    @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

    I have then had to contact back @EE customer service where im being told it’s exceeded 39days exchange policy despite 2 agents telling me it was fine to swap. I’ve then been met with an advisor who would not escalate the issue to her manager stating “it’ll be a deadlock”

    @EE are awful to use data abroad in UAE. How are you charging me £6.75 a day for only a maximum of 500MB with no option to have unlimited data🙄

    @EE is the worst network ever!!!! I have been a customer for 6years plus. How can I have a faulty device from September I’ve contacted EE to change the device they sent me to @Apple who refused to change the device despite it being brand new, still within warranty & no damage

    Then “the manager couldn’t help only send it to the ombudsman as a goodwill gesture £30 can be taken from my bill” @EE are you guys serious? You record all your calls listen back to them & see your advisors are at fault & sort out my device

    @EE what's going on with signal? Over a year now it's been on and off but the last 3/4 months it's been absolutely ****, paying premium business rates and can't make a call receive calls, texts , emails anything, useless
