@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE Do you still have issues with the network? Cannot make any calls. Tried to call your support number, 150 doesn't work and the 07 number from another line says there's been a problem and cannot connect your call. Thanks.

@EE Still not working here in Exeter, Devon. Coverage checker says all is fine, but can’t even get through to 150. Look forward to a reduction on my bill asap please.

@EE London is STILL DOWN no calls in or out can only use mobile data so having to use WhatsApp! Hospitals and GP surgeries DON'T USE WhatsApp!!

@simoncgray @EE Completely 100% agree! can not reach customer service, like it doesn't exist, no news or updates. Newsfeeds all saying statement from EE "the technical issue has been resolved everything is good".. what was the technic issue in the first place and why wasn't customers told?!

If @EE were anything like a decent company they’d put a pinned message up top, and admit there is a serious problem for the second day running. But they’re not, and don’t want to put potential customers off by admitting their current customers haven’t had a phone for two days #EE

@EE Calling 150 is still not working today, briefly worked yesterday evening but today, no dial tone, cuts off after a minute or so.
