@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE I'm unable to manage my phone as you're having issues with the website and application. Spoke on the phone with EE and they said it's a "known issue". When will this be fixed? I received a "case closed" email after ending the call but the case is not resolved.

@EE broadband has been playing up all weekend. Dropping in and out especially in the evenings. Been told there is an issue in my area but not being fixed till Thursday?? Absolute piss take.

@EE Why can't it be fixed? Try being honest about the problem. Tell people when it will be fixed. Or, turn off full fiber until you can manage it reliably! If my house gets robbed because the alarm isn't working, you will be in court!

@bt_uk @EE I got a text last night saying it's all fixed. IT'S ALL OFF AGAIN! IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE FULL FIBRE, SWITCH IT BACK UNTIL YOU FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN! MY PHONE IS BARELY WORKING NOW! FIX THIS NOW!

@EE the worst company to be with I wouldn’t recommend this company on worse enemy, their customer service team are all high off their faces and non of them have a clue what they are doing. I’ve spoken to 3 different people and have been told 3 different things AVOID THIS COMPANY
