@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

Went into an @EE store to change my plan today. Four members of staff sitting around doing nothing and I was told I needed to call 150 to do it. Stellar customer service. 🙄

@EE I think you have a problem with the Amy Account section of your website. Neither the add or website seem to be working. Other people are tweeting. For example I’m trying to view my bill and date usage, just goes to a blank white screen

@EE internet has gone out at least 5 times in the past 12 hours. The outages range from a few seconds to a few minutes and it’s definitely not an issue with connection to the router as I have Ethernet and wifi devices going down at the same time

@EE please can you send me a copy of the form for cancelling a mobile contract that is under 14 days in an editable format. I've tried with the online form in 5 different pieces of software and it won't let me do it. Thanks for your help.

@Vhero @EE I spoke to a person at ee yesterday morning, they told me I will get 5gb on top of the standard min of 1gb because of being a broadband customer... My account got updated today. Still says 1gb in my ee account. I really am not trusting it right now.
