  @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

  How long do I have to leave @EE , after just moving via @bt_uk mid Feb? I do live steams out and about in various locations over the U.K. and the signal has been SHOCKING. Never had signal so bad before!
