    @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

    I will never recommend @GoEnjoy to anyone. Rescheduled a delivery without notification, and then Ryan decided he was just gonna go home instead of do his job. You’re super fast delivery is three days late. A very disappointing partnership from @EE !

    @EE and @Apple are the biggest jokers. My iphone11 packs in 3 days after warranty runs out (again) then EE want £420 to fix it 🤡 I wonder why Apple only give 12 month warranty and all the others give 24 month? Because they know their phones are shite

    @EE Hello there ! Sorry to bother you only my mobile phone is failing to send text messages. Is there a network problem in #Kidlington #Oxford where I live ? My payments with you are all up to date so that cannot be the reason. Any thoughts much appreciated.

    Been overcharged by EE for 3 months. I was told after the first month it would be rectified and refunded. 3 months later the same problem. Absolute disgrace. @EE
