@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

Currently experiencing the worst costumer service with @EE Never upgrade online! Go to the shop & speak with a experienced team member. Im out of contract in Sept. I cant wait to find a new provider! 3 days, 2 calls (at nearly 2hrs) & one 30min trip to a shop: still no resolution

@EE I've been thru this so mamy times now, I live on a narrowboat on a permanent mooring half a mile from the town, nearest postcode WD31JJ. It is inside the M25. My mobile phone signal is constantly just 'H'. Nothing, it would seem, can get me a reliable 4G signal where I live.

@EE when I signed up to broadband and Apple TV I got BT sport included now it’s saying I don’t have a subscription since I went sim only on my phone…help I need football back

@virginmedia has once again let me down with no engineer till next week probably 4th time this year thankfully I can teether my pc with my phone thanks to @EE cheers! Come November when my contract with virgin runs out I'm off to @CityFibre
