@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE Hello I am angry I bought an EE dongle in August( what a waste of money it has never worked properly; the shop is useless, calling useless and now it is disconnected, I cannot get onto the internet, it says my internet password is wrong when the right one as per my card

@EE 3 whole days without signal in EE in the Bethnal Green and surrounding areas. Why should I be paying a phone bill for a service I’ve not had for 3.5 days? Extremely difficult and extremely annoyed
