@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE utterly useless. Run out of data but barred from buying more. Reset password on account and it’s blocked. On hold to for over 15mins. Not fit for purpose EE, youre hopeless and after 17yrs of this **** I will be leaving tonight for a real network

@EE on phone to you at £1.88 per minute and no answer .. your live chat not working and I need to know what’s happened to my data as it shows 0 and trying to transfer to a family member! Terrible service

@prestonderry @EE Same happened to me, charged twice for over 6 months. Seems standard practice. Pretty outrageous service from one of the better networks, I guess they are all the same 🤷
