    What is going on with @EE signal? Used to be brilliant but now I'm not getting signal anywhere. Missed out on MCR tickets today as couldn't get a signal.

    @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

    @EE it is dumb to need to verify WiFi login by needing a passcode I can only access by email WHEN I AM TRYING TO LOGON TO WIFI. I have no bloody internet!!! Make it make sense

    @EE My son & I called you yesterday. You are charging me for a tablet I didn’t ask for and that never arrived either. We were told by your team that I will have to continue paying for it even though he could see by looking at my account that I’d never activated nor used it, u thieves

    @EE Can you please fix your service that I pay you to provide by contract. I have gone through all of your different avenues and no one can provide me with an answer as to what the fault is. The connection is spotty at best and drops out fully roughly every hour.
