@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE It’s still not an acceptable way to deal with your customers, and “as soon as possible” means what? One day? Two days? Next week? I am feeling pretty so I think I’ll just cancel my contract. How can I work with no mobile? How is my wife safe with no mobile?

@EE I was given yet another date of tomorrow for my cheque thats 3 different dates now, tomorrow is the last, not only will I want my money back tomorrow NO LATER I'll be cancelling my service with you also.

@DJCElijah @EE Wouldn't be so bad but they don't notify you like they're supposed to. They limit it to online only so you can't ring them about it. Then this happens. Nearly 5 months I've been waiting and missing out several times from not being notified 🙄

@MarcAllera Marc, I have been extorted and gaslighted by your company @EE, their fraud department, customer services, Kerry Rutland and Aimee Dagg. I was the victim of identity fraud in 2015 and EE have failed to rectify their wrongdoings and are now gaslighting my experience..
