@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

Great service from @ee in sorting out the wife’s phone - had an issue last Saturday and was sent for repair and all sorted and returned by today (Friday). Shoutout to William in customer services who dealt with our issue professionally

I’ve moved to @EE this week from Vodafone. Admittedly I live in central London, but am surprised at the 5G signal I am getting indoors, three ‘bars’ out of four on iPhone 12 Max Pro. Vodafone would register two ‘bars’ on booting the phone but would then revert to 4G. Impressed.

@EE hello my 24 month iPad Pro contract ends on the 5th March 2021 and I would like to cancel it so I need to give any card details over the phone to cancel? I don’t like giving card details
