@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE I turned my voicemail off earlier as a friend said they were having a issue leaving me a message but now I am unable to enable it again and get a sms back saying I don't have voicemail on my phone but I do. Any idea whats wrong?

@MarcAllera @EE Meanwhile, people, where I stay, are lucky to get 4g ( 1 bar ) outside ( often drops to 1 bar H+ ) and need to pray to keep a signal indoors. 02 manages a full signal in the same area from the same main mast, so it is an EE/BT problem.

@EE You were here last week. It took 10 days for @openreach to appear - they were arguing among themseloves because it was an internal engineer and an outside fault. It is a rubbish service and pathetic broadband.
