@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE This is the second time this has happened to me with EE, previously I was charged for 5 years for an iPad that was not used after the contract ran out as the screen was broken. This time I cancelled myDD after the contract expired. I just got a letter today threatening me for£126

@donnafp1983 @EE I had the same issue last year so wanted to leave! Told I could have a sim only deal that I could cancel anytime! Took that till the new iPhone came out so went to cancel to change network and surprise surprise they said I was tied to my sim only deal for a year!
