@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@AsianGuyStream @EE I think add ons are really bad in the UK so I’d say go for a sim only contract as you get the most for what you pay for. O2 my contract is unlimited minutes calls and 3GB internet for £10 (pay £8.80 since there’s another O2 phone in my house

Was on the phone talking about broadband with some lad from @EE and he was really nice proper sound and then got disconnected and called back and the next lad was rude and sounded like he couldn’t wait to get off the phone barely answered my question wtfff deffo changing provider

@EE Unlimited tethering without throttling the speed! I use Three as a home broadband as well All those with much lower price than any other network So again, why should swap? In London coverage it's the same for any provider.

@EE Ok will check in a no Olivia - @vodafone are truly pants 2 years of nothing but inept **** ups even under the guidance of their “customer relations” team! They also then pass your data to third party companies - appalling!
