@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE @EEHelpdesk @madebygoogle No one at Google and EE technical support actually bothered to undsertand the issue or take responsiblity. Lots of "we'll raise a ticket, we're here to help, we'll call you back" and non of these were happened. 2 of 7

@EE I recently upgraded to a Google pixel 7. I was given a lovely reward card as part of the upgrade deal. This reward card is now non-functional for no apparent reason. I held up my end of the bargain in this contract. Why don't you sort this out as it's a poor reflection of EE.

@EE @EEHelpdesk @madebygoogle This moring I went to the store, explained the everything again and non of store staff were interested or to sit and go through and learn how to resolve this issue when Tracy.B called. Again it took nearly an hour but finally it worked. 4 of 7
