@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@VodafoneUK **Avoid** I've been into a Vodafone shop and was told I'd been put on the wrong tariff. I phoned 191 and after an hour wait I've been given a link to the chat service. Your complaint number does not go to a person to complain it went to the same call centre. Go @EE

@EE just been to your amersham store to discuss an upgrade and it was a terrible experience. Really poor customer service and didn’t listen to what I wanted. As a customer of many years, I will be looking to change provider.

@EE @LukeTwomey_ Same problem. It doesn't auto-connect like it did with Vodafone (before I switched, cause they ditched tube wifi).

@EE I've sent DMs but don't know if you have them as no reply and my speed test is showing reaaally slow connection and most apps saying no connection at all.
