@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE In USA & beyond frustrated with my mobile data. The service is shockingly poor & at times non-existent. When going in to check my permissions in both the app & website accounts, it’s showing roaming “blocked” and won’t allow me to change it. RF activated before leaving uk

@Ioan_Said @EE I wouldn’t worry it never works anyway once it’s installed 7 months we’ve been waiting for a resolution… and still nothing … constant circle scrolling on TV …. Not able to game , not able to watch anything on phone EE broadband is diabolical 😡

@EE BT said I could be put onto my partners EE account and share his data, texts and calls. I was meant to be sent out a new sim but never received one? I’ve spoken to BT they apparently know nothing about it

So if you move from @EE to another provider because they are asking for stupid amounts of money ask them first how much a TERMINATION FEE IS NOT AN EARLY UPGRADE FEE IS! one for @MartinSLewis to talk about I think

@EE I upgraded my sim this morning to a £23pm deal,had an email to say I’ll be charged £40pm plus lost my 10% discount.rang to cancel,20 minutes on hold, no one to talk to,you’re the uks best network?
