@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE I have a problem with my account - can't phone you as kept on hold for hours, cant live chat you as no one available, cant sort problem out on my app. This is rubbish customer service - will look for another provider if you cant be bothered to retain the customers you have

Hi @EE I got a new phone with you guys a couple weeks ago and I'm having some issues with it, I was told I could come back to store within 30 days if this was the case but now I'm in tier 4 so I assume you'll be shut! What should I do? Thanks :)

@mortynator @EE EE, I am currently receiving the same issue. I received my headphones few months ago but thought it went down this normal but my friends definitely don't go down as fast.
