  @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

  Had to call @EE twice for two separate issues today. Both call centre operatives listened, were polite and helped quickly. Massive improvement on when I dealt with BT previously. Well done EE I’d moan if you were bad so credit where credit’s due. 👏👍

  So @EE failed at customer services today. They make the mistake, make things worse and dont want to fix it. It shouldn't be this difficult and stressful for a disabled person to just get broadband! Appalling!! 🤬

  @EE #billing Check your bills with EE!! After 39 years with BT we switched to EE in June. Never had any inaccuracies in my bills with BT. Ever since switching every bill has been wrong! Staff are friendly and helpful and sort it out but this shouldn’t happen.

  @EE Rubbish service - end though I purchased data allowance on roaming in Delhi. Upon arrival my data didn’t work , couldn’t call as outside hrs, recorded message asked me to contact business chat but in the absence of data I could not even do that !
