    @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

    @EE disaster trying to move today from business to personal acct with you. You’ve managed to loose the number I’ve had for 27 years, connected to 2 businesses, stationery, websites, bank accts. been with you for 10 yrs and shocking customer service. Expect a legal complaint

    @bt_uk @EE its not ODD is it... on how youve responded on here its the service level agreement and tge way simce pre covid my api iso Global IP not general has been used across UK in councils "CRM" under seperate limiteds. not agreed. diverting my comms illegally you all know that.

    @EE I have an 0800 to call tomorrow I will see what they say. If I have lost a business number of 25 yrs it will be disastrous. It seems no department communicates with each other or is trained properly. I pay £350 pm for 4 mobiles! Ombudsmen complaint plus legal. I hope u sort

    @bt_uk HELLO. In 2022/23/24/25 I tried to send communciation of court documents/ other to court. the bt domestic nor bt commercial (OE) would DIRECT hit your signal server ie interferred with. Im being to by ee its the sim. in my ohone with them. @EE are to pay for a new sim term FOC

    @EE no internet for two days. We need that internet for work and security. Your call centre person said we need a new router, the other one is one year old! Now down detector and on here says you are having coverage problems. Be honest. Which is it?

    @EE @EE After every attempt to call 150, I only get endless options and then this message before the call disconnects: "Hi from EE. We haven't found any issues with your network at W39BA. However, we can still offer technical support. Reply NETWORK if you can't make or receive calls or texts. Reply DATA if you can't access the internet or have data problems." This loop prevents me from speaking to a real agent and the SMS routing issue remains unresolved. Immediate action is required. #EE #CustomerSupport #Urgent

    There is no service on your network in my area, your help page says to call you but with no service this is not possible. This has been ongoing for about 1 week @EE
