@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE 1/2 Stop over subscribing. Stop lying about coverage for areas where it's virtually non-existent. Stop making excuses for months and months while people are paying for a service they're not getting.

@btodman93 @simonhardwick @EE Virgin Media actually do, but you get passed through a number of stages before you get to them. I ended up talking to someone about Amigas for about 45 minutes while they sorted out my problem and renegotiated my contract to what I wanted, rather than what they wanted me to have
