He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

Being consistently told there's a problem with the system. So no-one can help at this time. Not acceptable at all. Can someone explain what's happening please?

At one point your helpline guy had me hunting round for a paper clip. Like - when did YOU last have need of a paper clip? This is amateur stuff. Worse than Gabriel’s penalty.

When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.
