    @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

    @NiallHolloway @EE Nah mate, your contract won’t just stop it will just kind of roll month by month until you upgrade, switch to payg or fully cancel the plan

    @EE probably the poorest customer service I have EVER spoken to…….you guys need to sharpen up your act or you will lose a lot of customers! Absolutely no idea on how to treat your existing customers……shocking beyond belief!

    @EE Hi phone folks. Not happy. After your excellent customer services rescued poor, poor advice about a ‘broadband roaming dongle’ at a retail outlet. Now I find I am completely unable to access business emails either in phone or iPad. I need help. And fast. Pse

    @EE EE steals from the elderly by emptying their accounts when they top up to have an emergency family contact. My account was emptied of £16 credit overnight when I wanted to reply to concerned family call How do you get the license to steal. U give donations? fl
