    @EE Got new contract phone but realized don't need new phone so wanting to return phone and cancel contract.

    @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

    @EE morning, any reason as to why I'm getting under 2mb speed on my data speed just now? Any issues in the Cockenzie/Port Seton area been reported? Thats a hell of a slow speed, need that sorted pronto folks.

    Oh no - after escaping from the clutches of @virginmedia, they have merged with @O2 and now their customer service is terrible too. Think I may switch to @EE!

    Just seen that @EE have reintroduced roaming charges for new customers, despite claiming back in January they would not do so. I will be leaving the network when my contract is up. Very disappointing. 😡

    @EE How can you get good signal up a mountain but if I leave my front room and go to the kitchen I get none 🤔

    @darrengrimes_ @EE This surely is opportunism, does anyone know if the phone providers are actually incurring additional costs. Problem is you move providers then when they’ve captured you all they folow suit, it’s a cartel.

    @EE bringing back roaming charges is pure profiteering. I will be leaving at the end of my contract after having a continuous account since 1996 (pre EE with T Mobile). So disappointed in the company - have always had great service but very unimpressed with this news.

    @EE There has not been any signal in the CR2 area now for more than 18 hours. Can you please update everyone as to what is happening. EE/Virgin etc are all down.

    @Caerlynydd @darrengrimes_ @EE No he’s saying people will move to another provider. Cancel culture is purposely trying to shut a company down because you don’t like their views.

    Looking for a bit of advice phone wise, I've been with @EE for a long time but thinking of switching to @virginmedia because they have better deals but how would everyone rate there signal, and customer service, any advice would be much appreciated
