  @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

  @EE hoodwinked my 83 yo father in law into a new contract making him believe that would solve his signal issues in his home. That he went into shop to ask for help. Hes Still having signal issues. Now they want £179 from him to get out of the contract they mis sold him.

  @EE Checked all the locations I’ve been and there’s apparently no issues. I’m disabled and currently living alone. This is not safe, and not fair when I’m paying for a service!!
