@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE tried to have phone repaired 3 times in a month through EE- each time errors and zero communication. Apparently now it has been sent off from store (?) I now am without a phone and due to go away alone tomorrow. This is unacceptable customer service.

So not only has my phone broke £2300 later and a month before my contract ends, now @EE have logged me out and when I log back in it says I’m not the account holder so I can’t do anything on the app 🙃 **** your contract, **** your phone, **** your company. Robbing *****
