@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE Already reported, AJ. Have had too many conversations with EE about the service problems. You’re the worst. Nothing changes. This went on for 6 months of last year. Promised it would be sorted at the end of Jan. Still we have issues.

@EE hi EE, I am an old customer of yours and have recieved charges over the past year for an account that was supposed to be closed. Ive payed off these charges and your colleagues told me that they had cancelled my account. Afew months later I have been receiving more charges

@Polly_Phluid @EE I've had recorded messages saying they're from National Crime Agency. Also, HMRC about tax rebate, scams claiming to be Lloyds, Barclays, Natwest & Santander; accident claims, people claiming I have a fault with my Internet service, refunds for goods I haven't purchased, etc.
