@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE please advice I have had several days in the last 2 weeks where you having been working in the area and has effected my phone. I'm really disappointed with the service I am getting. This seems to be a regular occurrence.

@EE need some advice. My brothers son got my 78 year old mum to (unknowingly) stand as guarantor for his contract. She thought it was just the payments coming out her bank. Of course he hasn't paid it the the store are very unhelpful. How do we cancel the contract

@EE been having network dropouts and now getting H+ data speeds. Didn't realise I was in 2008 again :( your 5g network seems more flakey than usual :( any issues?

. @EE I have been trying to report the recurring problem with your 4G broadband which has been ongoing for 4 weeks and the website cannot accept the report form. I was told it would be fixed on 26th April and so the website says a problem has been fixed. It has not.

@EE I now have as my son cake home with his phone but...had he not been coming home and I needed to add it what would I have done? The online option (and app I might add) have been down for days. We all pay a premium for the service. I know it's not your fault but it needs sorting.
