@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE @Emilyb_1991 If you call upfront hiding that information in the tiny, endless small print then yeah, guess so. I left EE after many years due to continued price increases, appalling customer services and too many ‘brand new customers only’ deals. Rubbish.

@Mumonamission89 @EE We think we found a fix - we had it in a plug extension, so we removed the extension and put the router plug back into the wall socket and it’s not done it since 🤞🏻 If you’ve a lot of electrical outlets being used near your router plug, maybe remove them or isolate the router

@EE absolutely appalled that after being ill advised by customer service team I have lost my number of 10+ years with little to no mention of compensation apart from a new easy to remember number free of charge. The stress this has caused and my time should be fully compensated.

@EE taking £220 out my account without informing me. Taking money for a SIM contract that I was told hadn’t been processed. Spent most the morning on the phone to customer service and still no further forward. UKs best network, no way.

@EE Hi EE It is simply unacceptable to utilise the excuse of having a degraded network where I live, whereby I am unable to rely on my phone to make and receive essential calls. Unacceptable, unreasonable and unjustified 1.
