    @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

    What is going on with @EE signal? Used to be brilliant but now I'm not getting signal anywhere. Missed out on MCR tickets today as couldn't get a signal.

    I need to speak to customer services. It's a nightmare trying to speak to someone - is anyone there. Phone the local shop - nobody picks up. Had to buy a new phone - my previous phone - stll on contract non operational. This is not good. How can I get some service @EE

    @EE HI, I placed an order last night. Just over an hour later, I received 2 emails one saying that my order was on the way and another saying that it has been delivered when it obviously has not. Since then, I am unable to track the order as it says there is a problem! Pls help.

    @EE hello, I was sold EE by BT 2 years ago and have had no reception since then so I can’t phone you. I had a text saying my contract ends 6/8, just requested PAC and says works from 29/8. Please help or tell me how I can get help but can’t phone. Thanks

    @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳

    @EE I transferred my phone to another provider, you sent me a refund cheque, and have now sent me a bill for what looks like a whole month. I am confused please help. I left with about 14 days on the contract so how can I owe a whole month? And why refund then ask for money?

    See whilst I hear it....sometimes this UK place has trash signal 😤 Don't even know why I continue to pay a phone bill to @EE 🙄 Then they make your data move really slow when on a phone call, so to use my phone whilst one a call, i either need to whatsapp call or use wifi

    @Hepworthclare @EE The whole world is quietly going mad queuing in an automated service. Meanwhile in an abandoned office somewhere on an anonymous high street there’s a single telephone ringing, never to be answered again

    @ee yet again we have poor coverage, but each time I check the app it says no problems in area. Well I’m stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isn’t working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception
