    What is going on with @EE signal? Used to be brilliant but now I'm not getting signal anywhere. Missed out on MCR tickets today as couldn't get a signal.

    @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

    @EE Got new contract phone but realized don't need new phone so wanting to return phone and cancel contract.

    @EE nearly every day in my area in wales there’s an issue. We rely on EE mobile internet for WiFi calling and internet. Yet everyday there’s an issue. And no compensation for the hideous price we pay for this. In the 21st century this should be efficient, fast and reliable.

    @EE hi, why is it when customers use an offer from a third party website to get their broadband with you - you then cancel it? Apparently you’re cancelling 2 out of 3 people who do this so it feels like i’ll be wasting my time if I sign up?

    After more than 2 weeks of hassle at least, a dozen calls to customer service { 6+ hours }, 2 failed orders. @EE offer me a contact that any mug punter would be offered on the website 😡 14 years with them, currently 4 lines. These bastards offer horrendous customer service

    @EE just had a representative of EE at my door saying they are "fixing peoples problem with slow Internet". He then asked my my ISP. This is a unhanded way of trying to get people to switch if they didn't know any better. @CTSI_UK

    @EE what’s going on with the signal in OL1 area of Chadderton? It’s been disgusting for a week now. Plenty of people having the same issue despite your signal checker saying it’s good so you need to change that aswell.

    @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

    @EE why is it so difficult to get a simple question answered? Can I get full fibre in my area? Yes or no? Now I’ve your colleague asking me if I need my internet checking or me to look at things in the house…..No I just need to know if I can get this service and then we talk
