  @EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

  So @WeAreOpenreach have lost my neighbour's consent form twice and totally refuse to provide an explanation to @EE or me on what is going on. There is no way of contacting them or complaining, and no consequence for providing dreadful service, ordered fibre in May, still nothing

  @SerpicoFranco Was pushed by BT by poor service etc and they said superior with EE. No incoming calls for several days, no call centre working. In fact 3 times needed the service it hasn’t worked. Will not renew with @EE

  @EE what’s going on with the signal in OL1 area of Chadderton? It’s been disgusting for a week now. Plenty of people having the same issue despite your signal checker saying it’s good so you need to change that aswell.

  @EE Thanks ive tried your L1 and L2 techs. Is there any L3 group or a team that specializes in roaming issues? Do I have to go back via L1 to get to them or is there a direct contact?

  @DerekAllan61 @EE When my contract finishes with @EE at Christmas I won't be renewing either ridiculous been with them 12 years prices and 5g coverage is terrible

  Getting by fed up with @EE as the television and internet is constantly dropping in and out. Has been an issue since installing but getting ridiculous now.
