@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE, joined on Thursday, STILL not got my number transferred from BT, not connecting to server, keeps dropping the signal. USELESS!!!!! More issues in 2.5 days than years with BT.

@EE hi, since yesterday morning, I'm being disconnected from the network, I'm getting an Android alert asking me to connect the same as if I'm connecting to WiFi. I've restarted my phone but it's either disconnected or H+ EE website says no issues in our area?

@Beno_ldn @EE I had this issue in Aylesbury constantly calls dropping out, their customer service is amazing but their network is poor. Every time I phoned up they reimbursed me that month.

@EE Thank you- Andrew, as an @EE customer for many years I knew it was a scam (number & caller were suspects). That's why "deal" was in quotation marks.
