@EE my partner has been trying to get a return pack to send his phone and hasn’t received it. He’s spoken to you multiple times but as it’s a third party that deals with it he has to keep calling! He has until the 19th to return the phone or will be charged £600! Please help!

@EE It booted up and said EE before changing to the time. But I did this twice before then it went down again. Seems that calls are ringing out again.
