  @EE Hi EE. Sorry for not getting back sooner. I called up later that day and it was related to the PAYG customers all losing connection that morning. The person on the phone was helpful in pushing a network settings update that fixed it for me and others in the situation he spoke to

  Really disappointed with @EE and their service recently. Was told I could leave without charges as they can’t fix the fault in the area now told I can’t and have to try a new SIM card as mines old? Paying for a contract which is way more than I use. You say you’re ‘committed to..

  @EE are the latest company on my **** list. "We are currently receiving a high number of calls. You will be waiting at least 20 minutes." I can't stress this enough. But I don't give a ****, get more staff and stop thinking it's acceptable to ALWAYS say you're busy

  @EE EE 5G Coverage In Edinburgh Last Q4 Of 2022 Since EE 5G Service was first launched on 30th May 2019 in Edinburgh it was limited. Now going forward 3 and half years later, there's very little improvement. You still can't get 5G service in quiet a lot places around city centre

  @EE really poor customer. Upgrade phone last month on Ap. Receive bill for double what upgraded to. Ring up and am told that two lines have been added to account. Advised this is not what I requested. Old line cancelled, huge faff with change of number and 140 still deducted
