Then encouraged by @EE to raise case with ombudsman. No referral letter sent by @EE as promised for ombudsman and still unwilling to offer any resolution / compensation for not only the incorrect charges but continually charging me after I asked for device to be removed from 2/3

@EE hi. You’ve been very generous to give me two weeks of unlimited data whilst my broadband has been down. (14 days today). They have started work but it still may not be back on this week. Cheeky to ask but any chance of one more week please? Thanks!

@EE I have £1.46 charges on my monthly bill for 3 picture messages. I sent them in error and immediately deleted them so they were never seen by the recipient. Why have I still been charged?

Utterly disgusted with the lack of service from @EE .Customer for over 12 years, wrongly charged for an add on device I never agreed to/received yet EE unable to clarify how it was even added to my account in the first place. Raised complaint and denied any compensation (1/2)
