So it's now 3 weeks without @EE broadband. 4 engineers no resolution. Today the engineer didn't even bother to turn up and @EE promised a call back to explain why but nothing. Utterly useless.

@EE As I say I’ve been a customer since I was 18 that’s 19 years, in that time not one late payment, in fact I pay my bills generally 2 weeks early as soon as they are generated. It’s just not an acceptable way to treat a long standing customer...

@EE I decided to upgrade my phone and I got a watch and a new phone. Both of which I had to have replacements for as the phone was scratched and the watch was not working. I was told on two occasions that I would get a call back from agents and I never did

@EE I was told i would get another call from GLENN GAULT today. No call so I called. The agent said they cannot help me and I said I feel i have no choice but to leave EE and she said someone will call me tomorrow to process the cancellation.
