So disappointed with @EE customer service. Customers travelling abroad should not be used to make a quick buck….extortionate rates and the most economical rate not given as an option in the arrival abroad text. Disgrace!!

@EE I was just wondering how long it can take for a bill to mobile payment to reach my mobile account after it has been refunded (Google Play Store), I know Three can take up to 2 months but unsure if this is the same for all refunds regardless of the Network you are on?

@EE how can you land an aeroplane remotely according to your ads yet everytime I make a mobile call from my house the signal breaks up and cuts off the majority of the time 🤔

Is there any cash incentive from @EE to terminate contract with @O2 in the interest of them getting a new customer with a phone that actually works in an area when there is 100 people. Blackpool last night with the kids and can’t even make a phone call.

@EE even after raising a complaint, your team is yet to grasp the situation. Asking non-sensical questions and providing horrendous explanations. Glad, I got the PAC Code and opted to switch out. To hell with you and your network.
