@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

@EE awful customer service in EE at @_Metrocentre misold a contract on top of an existing contract. Returned to store hours later to return the sim once realised what happened. Was rudely and embarrassing refused. Horrendous experience and hugely et down. Left ex wife in tears

Lazy incompetent @DPD_U_K 🤬 Waited 3 days for a delivery from unhelpful @EE only for the useless courier to keep saying no one's in, poxy service!!!

@EE Now I've opened a new complaint as I've just been informed via BOT that it will be fixed on 5th August 11.08 Spoke to someone at EE , they said it is now a major outage. He will call me back on the 6th August.

@EE Hi EE, I’m trying to make a call but it won’t let me. I’ve won a draw for tickets to the Nintendo Museum and I need to phone a toll free number to confirm my identity. EE seem to be blocking me making the call - please help?

@SkyNews @bt_uk have gotten away with this, unfortunately. They are an appalling company with terrible customer service. Now that they have merged with @EE, who provide excellent customer service, they will survive.

@biggerbadderdom @EE We have had no broadband since Sunday early hours. Manchester area. We have had the same messages as you. I think the problem is spreading not getting fixed.

@EE you have messaged me to say I need to contact you about a problem with my order….how do I contact you? When I message I get a generic reply telling me to call. When I call you I sit on hold waiting for 45 minutes plus each time?

@EE anyone working tonight? Been on hold 40 minutes and yous close at 8. At the same time, increasing my basic sim only deal by 8 quid a month, not sure why I’m with you’s, crap customer service
