What is going on @EE? Broadband internet down at 1800 yesterday, I was told will be fixed by 1800 today. Today I am being told that it will be fixed by 1800 tomorrow! It's 2022, I can't survive without internet!

@EE My mother is the main account holder. We have had two scheduled appointments for a technician to come out and see if they can fix it. Both were canceled. Including yesterday when it was cancelled but we weren't informed that it was cancelled until we had to call up to chase

@EE your app has been saying since yesterday I’m out of credit but I’ve not used any of my plan. This means I can’t call, text or go online without getting charged at standard rates This happens frequently-please fix it

@EE Overall between the twitter team, broadband team and tech team coming out to try and fix this, you've been a disaster and added so much stress onto our lives in a time where, not to go into it, but we really didn't need it So we're really gonna have to reconsider staying with you
