@EE Nice easy one to start your day, why is my signal abysmal on 4g full bars? Been so many problems with EE performance off wifi calling in our local. Checker says nothing wrong everytime, but it’s clearly not accurate.

@EE You call customer service and they just robotically state " you signed a contract agreement as saying we can up the price this, "nothing we can do about it" nowhere in that agreement did it say, you would increase my bill by 14% 2weeks after owning the phone.

@ohffsmartin @EE I’ve just received a similar email, increasing by £6.29 a month! Making my iPhone 11 £42s a month! Counting down the months till I’m free from EE. What a joke.

@JamesH4ll @EE I really don’t know what to do going forward as it’s unsustainable. I also have mobile broadband with them as service at home is dire. This is going up almost£8 per month.

Hey @EE @bt_uk any chance of you explaining your significant cost increase to contracts during a #CostOfLiving Crisis despite your staggering (and comparatively un-changed) profits? This despite an obvious drop in the quality of your service. #corporategreed

@EE I’ve spoken to your tech support and they’ve escalated for review. Regardless, we’ve decided to leave EE 4G and move to a fibre connection for the reliable stability.
