  @EE Hi, You keep asking me to create a new profile as I'm apparently on an old profile. When I try, it states my email addresses is already in use. Why couldn't you just migrate user accounts to the newer profiles instead of causing issues? Technology is great if you use it properly.

  @EE How do I report a case of fraud with you? Basically there is this company that are charging me a fortune each month but are not providing the services I signed up for. For example viewing my bill or trying to use this companies website or app is impossible. I feel like I have had my pants pulled down and my *** spanked by this company. The company is you, you bunch of *****.

  @EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!

  @HappyDa63374790 @EE I would use the website but the drop down bar for choosing device doesn't work so I can upgrade a device. Both knackered
