@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

@EE wanted £13.60 a month for a second line - 25GB, two year contract, speed capped at 100Mbps. Gone with @1pMobile instead - £15, 50GB, no contract and no speed cap. It uses the EE 5G network. Getting great speeds!

@EE broadband down for the 4th morning in a row. Engineer visits find nothing wrong and getting messages to confirm fix I can’t reply to. Supposed to be working from home today again! Just perfect.

@EE (like imposing a card payment ban), you could tell the customer first? I could have an important call in the morning say from my GP?? I even received a text from EE on Sunday saying my payment would be collected via DD on Monday (and it didn't because of the ban).
