@mouthwaite @EE If you want to read a soothing guide to all this, either Moneysavingexpert or Which online do league tables of who's cheapest/best. I like the fact Giff Gaff are little guys and other customers solve your problems on the message board. No more being on hold to customer service!

  • wistfulVTR
    V Taylor Roberts 💙 (@wistfulVTR) reported

@caitlinmoran @mouthwaite @EE I'm another Giff Gaff from EE convert. One caveat though: phone/data signal can be sporadic. Just spent a week on the Wales border with NO internet access and limited phone signal.

Wow... It is astonishing how awful your customer service is. Left messages with more than 3 people, been to the shop 3 times, once for 40 mins and still nobody can replace my phone for 7 days. I am actually due an upgrade & have been an @EE customer for many years... HOW?

  • kipper11
    kipper11 (@kipper11) reported

@mouthwaite @EE We are shocking, trying to cancel with them is a massivly difficult. Can't do it in store, can never get thro on the phone. So pleased I'm now with tesco mobile now

  • dom209
    Dom (@dom209) reported

@mouthwaite @caitlinmoran @EE GiffGaff is O2's budget brand so uses their network. Voxi is Vodaphone's. Might be worth checking signal coverage where you are...
