@EE Hi Russ I'm paying £38.00 for a service that a neighbour has just told me he got a lot cheaper. As a loyal customer of many years I'm a tad hacked off..

@EE if you can't scrap roaming fees in europe like your competitors then I will cancel my contract and go to one of them. I live and work between UK and Spain and these silly add-on plans are not appropriate. you should listen to your customers or lose them
-
Ash Mohammed (@ashm1612) reported
.@ee Virgin Mobile and O2 users will not face EU roaming charges. Will EE follow suit and desist from fleecing its customers? If not I would suggest changing to a network that will not apply roaming charges

Captain Shep #DogRight (@TopSpaceXFan) reported
Just moved over to @O2 after @EE cocked up my upgrade. They claimed they couldn't upgrade me because my credit rating wouldn't allow it, despite me never missing a payment and having over $15k available credit on cards and Paypal. ***** lmao

@EE I have been refunded for December which is fine but I actually want my phone to work more. I have no way to contact my children in an emergency if they are out and vice versa. The guy today would not do anything about refunds for Jan even though he could see planned maintenance

Rxhnd (@CatalinCaba) reported
@EE Broadband been down since this morning, blue light on ee hub but no Internet
-
Tim Stoner (@stonertim) reported
@EE furthermore the last rather chippy customer service agent I spoke to on the phone said 'everyone will charge for roaming no matter who you use in future'. it's completely incorrect and arrogant. terrible customer service. you say you record these conversations, please listen #EE

Amy (@Amy99519281) reported
@EE I appreciate they might be but I want a working phone! For me and my children and if you can’t provide it you should allow loyal@customers of 10 years!!!! To take their business elsewhere! Not force them to keep contracts with you when you can’t provide the service!
