@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

@EE hi I'm having trouble upgrading from the App. I follow the link but I get this message (pic attached). When I log on direct from website it doesn't give me the option to upgrade the line I want ( the others on my account are all visible). Help!

3 months after moving in I finally have internet!!! 3 months for @EE to not sort it and 24 hours for @VodafoneUK to offer a solution.

Never had an issue with @EE till today. & absolute shocking customer service!! Told I was paying a part payment from my previous contract only for the direct debit to show 2 FULL contract payments. Customer service rep then hung up on me. Shocking.

Hey @EE any reason I'm only getting 5Mbps when we should be getting waaaay more than that? Reported the outage but it's been like this since last night? I'm not seeing any down reports for my area either.

@EE How I wish I had went @EE with my Mrs and son and hadn’t stuck with @VodafoneUK Been in Wales and then Morecambe for 2 consecutive weeks and their 4g signal much better. Just about to go to Mull and finding they have better signal here too And you charge less

@OpenreachHelp Hello, you are the provider for our @EE broadband. Internet has been down in the CM1 area for approx 4 hours. The green light on the router was flashing, now it’s a steady yellow. The LOS on the wall box is red. Have restarted it a few times but still the same.
