@EE Today an insurance complaint bot kept repeating 'we don't cover accessories'. Can you show them an actual Z Flip 3 out of the box? The screen protector is FACTORY FITTED BY SAMSUNG to help protect the folding screen. Its not an accessory. Christ on a bike. #customerexperience

@EE Hi, I ordered the upgrade on the s22 ultra on Feb 22, got a confirmation email and nothing since, online tracking says no help. Can you tell me when the pre orders are due to be delivered?

@EE I appreciate that, I’d prefer visiting store as can get feel of device but if I’m honest I’m going to consider options whether I stick with EE especially as I’ve been loyal customer for a number of years or cease contract and move elsewhere. Thanks for your response 👍
