@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

@EE 4 days spending 20+ mins on your call line to upgrade and no ones picking up, absolutely ridiculous, im guessing you dont want my money. Terrible customer service, ill be going to another provider if i cant speak to a human rather then machines.

... @EE you guys got any staff on the lines tonight? 25 minutes on hold wanting to get on and cancel my dad's contract. Ridiculous. Stick bills up 9% year on year but won't put staff on to take calls.
