@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

@MarkDiacono @EE Had a similar problem with BT end of April. Someone set up a broadband and phone account in my name and I didn’t know anything about it until they tried to take a DD out of my bank account. World is full of scammers....

@EE hi the signal has been so bad for the past few days- saying I have 4G and 3 bars but nothing is loading and says no internet. I’ve restarted my phone so many times it’s really not okay - has there been a problem across Oxford..?

@EE is there an EE outage in EX39 at the moment? it was fine all day yesterday and until 8.30am ish this morning, but have been flitting between 0 service and max 1 bar since then.

@EE Yes has been the case since arriving…no network. Contacting you via my laptop. I was advised last night to reset network setting but that’s made no difference. Then told to live chat but wont work. SO have no way to contact or be contacted other than twitter/email - please help

@EE I am getting No service all the time since this. The only time I get service which was for a few minutes is when the battery dies and I charge back up or when I reset the Network Settings. Why has this happened?
