    @EE ABSOLUTELY USELESS YET AGAIN! called yesterday to add a sky sports day pass! Told it would end at 0800 today. Advised call Saturday morning. Currently calling you. Yes we can activate it on TUESDAY! WHAT is the point!? Flexible service my arse!

    Switchin wifi provider. This other company gotta lot to answer to really, even if they still working on it. No internet for 3 weeks as a paying customer is bangers. Jus glad there was thee @EE ppl there today. 50£ gift card. To shhhpend any where. Unlimited data sim. 20£ off for a whiile.

    @EE trying to connect my new smart hub to the EE app and it keeps saying it can’t. I keep having similar issues like this with your app. Frustrating please help

    @EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.

    @EE Your customer service so poor that nobody contacted me, i am unable to connect Internet, the smart hybrid is not working, after 9am ur phone line magically busy till 5pm no call back nothing, this is how worst you people are, i made a mistake trusting u

    @EE Hey! You guys done some sort of remote update to SmartHub+ on my fibre broadband? All of a sudden I (and other EE customers) are having issues with Zappi chargers losing connection. Router has to be restarted every time I plug my car in. Nothing else has changed.

    I’ve spent so much money with them over the years with phones, watches, AirPods. Like, where’s the reward for loyalty? Ugh! What’s a good phone network to go with these days? @EE

    @jdklfc @EE Just leave EE. I joined 1pmobile you can use your data for free in eu countries. No difference because they use ee network
