@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

@EE Well not really. My husbands on the phone and is being told he has to return the new phone to cancel the new line opened to then phone him back tomorrow so he can order the exact same phone. I better get this at the same contract price. I’m not being charged more for your mistake

@EE Been waiting for an EE E-Sim still to be sent. Requested twice now. It’s been two weeks. The phone and contract upgrade was done over a month ago. You are charging me a fortune for a flagship smartphone that cannot make calls, texts or access this wonderful 5G network...

Switched my mobile to @EcotalkMobile and my broadband to @SkyUK (Sky Digital has been carbon neutral for a decade or something). Both previously with @EE one of the worst offenders on sustainability policies in the telco industry. 4/

@EE are there known issues with Home Broadband in Flintshire today. Struggling to watch video content for work and the kids are struggling to access and complete schoolwork. The 4G doesn’t seem to be working on the mobile app either. All very very slow and glitchy in both areas

How dare you @EE send me a letter about outstanding bill of £15.19 I haven’t used your network since December 24th and paid my last bill £76.61 .... you guys need to sort yourself out.
