@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

@EE Hey :) Nope still can’t pay, just tried both cards again and both still are declined. Worked fine last month on website and I used both cards in shops yesterday without a problem :(

@EE Did you know Voyager 2 is 10 billion miles away in space sending back pictures of the Ort Cloud & it still gets a better bluetooth signal than your shiiiite home wifi, I'm in the garden 25ft from the router & youtube is buffering like it's running on a 2001 56K ether cable🖕

@EE Changing the phone is clearly not addressing the issue. I am also expected to pay £21.80 per month for a phone EE are currently retailing at £14. So I am paying £149.60 extra for something I don't have. I guess the consumer rights act is considered a list of suggestions.

@EE I believe that I am eligible to add the PS5 console to my plan, and have registered interest to do so multiple times. I’ve just changed my marketing-preferences from email to SMS but can’t find how to register interest again? Can you help?

@EE can you explain how after a 24 month contract ends you can continue to take money for a device that is paid off and refuse to give it back??? Been a loyal customer for years but not anymore!
