@EE Yes I’ve registered, but it keeps saying there’s an issue with the email address I enter for some reason, it’s no bother, I’ll keep looking each day, not as if I’m going anywhere in lockdown anyhow haha!

  • christianj164 Christian Fowler (@christianj164) reported

@EE Hi, can you help please. I had some trouble a few weeks ago with My EE (it's now working) but I think the advisor changed a setting or something as I can't see my bills now on the app or online.

  • SomeAreDead Somerled Mackay - 💙 #ActorsNeedWork #RejoinEU (@SomeAreDead) reported

@EE Tend to be calls. The HMRC one the majority, though I’ve also started getting National Insurance number ones too. I’ve also had calls from Sweden, Bahrain and others which I’ve not answered. Odd thing is I’ve NEVER had a call like this before EE

  • UniMum1989 Ellen Moss (@UniMum1989) reported

@EE how is that when you guys make a mistake, create a new contract instead of upgrading and charge £50+ a month you insist its the customer's fault and no refund can be given and the phone needs to be returned so you can send a new one? #badcustomerservice #daylightrobbery

  • Churmie Lee Churm (@Churmie) reported

@EE is there an issue with using the WiFi on the London underground at the moment? The advice on the website is no help

  • RieRie9388 Marie Kearney (@RieRie9388) reported

@EE The same time every night my Broaband completely drops out and it’s around 45 minutes before it comes back on, I’ve already had a lot of problems with my broadband it’s not right

  • JamesPowers365 💥James💥 (@JamesPowers365) reported

@EE Changing the phone is clearly not addressing the issue. I am also expected to pay £21.80 per month for a phone EE are currently retailing at £14. So I am paying £149.60 extra for something I don't have. I guess the consumer rights act is considered a list of suggestions.

  • andrew_moor andy (@andrew_moor) reported from Thankerton, Scotland
