    @EE Could do with a way of ordering a new esim online without being charged? I just signed a new 2 year contract and am changing phones. Don't really expect to be charged for something digital that facilitates my use of the network. No biggie tho, phone call sorted it

    @EE Hi Monika, I was given inaccurate information in my initial call and accordingly my update is not until next week. There was also some issue with the router that tech support have now resolved. Thanks

    @EE That looks like the exact place I've already reset it, but never get the email. I will recheck my settings to make sure the emails aren't blocked in some way bit if not I don't know what else to do

    @EE I’ve already called and they just apologise. At this rate I’ll be on your new RPI pricing before I get the kit. I assume I can cancel the order. Would I still be held to a notice period?
