    @EE Did you know your online store is down? I've tried upgrading via the portal and the app. The former reports an "oops page not found" message and the app says it's not available right now.

    @EE Absolutely despicable company I added 3 sims to my ac for my elderly mum and in-laws, my Mum has passed away 🥲 it’s taken me 5 months to be able to cancel her no to be told by EE I have to give 30 days notice and pay an early termination fee of £66 she died not changed provider

    @EE waited all morning for an engineer who didn't show up. More lies and wasting of my time - another customer going, never seen worse customer service or more lies passed on by the staff!

    @iD_Mobile_UK A 13.4% rise in my bill?? What the actual **** are you trying to do to your customers?? @EE is charging my fiancé an extra 4.5%. You should be ashamed of yourselves, but sadly you probably don’t feel a thing. Loyalty means nothing eh?

    @EE I have one issue, I got one of those disks that comes with my families bt braudband but its not connecting to the rooter, i can confirm this by going into system preferences on my mac and it tells me that ethernet has a self assigned IP address

    @EE Unfortunately Nick that doesn’t help. I’m trying to determine what proportion of my plan is subject to your inflation charges as the cost of the device shouldn’t change. O2 are able to do this, surely EE should too? Being clear to customers etc
