@EE Nearly purchased black Friday deal y day on p30 Pro good as new phone for 41quid. Seen later another company doing same deal at £33..not feeling the live EE as a loyal customer for years

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Not a surprise. They recently attempted to rip me off in relation to my phone and broadband. They will be getting a complaint and cancellation request issued very soon. Good luck getting your Mum’s charges resolved.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Not surprised, I took out a new contract with them in April, 2025. £27 monthly for SIM only. At checkout I paid the £27, first bill arrives for £77 they didn’t say a word about £50 deposit for my line. Nothing. Passed credit check to. I am a BT broadband customer paid on time.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Other mobile companies have issues, O2 disconnected my contract without warning over a year ago and are not fulfilling the ombudsman's remedy, am now told to go to trading standards.
