    @60MWPodcast @EE Yup. They don't give a **** anymore. Even if you ask them to price match others they refuse. Never had issues with o2 mate so can recommend them.

    @EE I have spent 3 days on the phone 2 hrs a day explaining to your team that there is a network problem in Ireland that does not connect me with UAE and KSA phones. They raise a ticket with the network, only to come back asking me the same questions asked on day 1 .

    @60MWPodcast @EE Very true, you fill their coffers with money for decades troublfree but they consider a new customer is worth more to them. Just means being a new customer elsewhere.

    @EE been a customer for several years upgraded to the new iPhone only the rep had no clue what she was doing and now told she was right I was wrong even after she admitted she does not work in upgrade department the phone is a toy I am so disappointed the customer service zero
