@ThatGirlVim Thank you, this is a total bugbear. Then they offer you cheaper deals. I had this when I left @EE - they told me when I rang that I could get better deals chatting on the phone and I straight up told them that was just another reason I didn't want to be a customer. It's ableist.

I don't think people tweet enough about good service - I reported a fault with my broadband to @ee last night and they sent an engineer round and fixed it this morning. I'm really happy.

@EE why when I’ve been on hold for 40mins, on the phone to an agent for 15mins does he then put me on hold, hang up and not attempt to call me back? The service from your call centre agents and live chat agents recently is SHITE #EE

@EE got txt telling 80% data used - in middle of streaming an interactive app: try to buy more data on link given 1 link given tells me “cannot recognise you as a customer” ! 2 neither app nor website are working If can’t sell data when we need it, maybe give 250MB Pls reply
