    @EE Even after about five stages, there was no option for the actual problem I needed to speak about. (Despite giving EE my PAC code when ordering a SIM, there was nothing in place to port my old number across... I had to ask again. Now I have to wait until 28th Dec on temp No.😖)

    And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

    @AlisonCork @EE ok try -download app my EE if you don’t already have it, log in and go to view full usage, scroll down to add ons and select see all add ons, select roaming and hopefully you can add it.

    @EE Hi I appreciate you following up but I think you missed the point; I got through in the end but wanted to feedback how awful the EE phone system is. It's REALLY frustrating. Just put people onto a real person. SOOO many stages to go through and options to listen to. Horrible.
