    @EE I try to dm you but the bot keeps telling me to call customer service. I can’t as I’m not in the UK I’m away on holiday! I can’t even call 150 hence the problem!

    @EE our plan is out of contract nice rep resolved a query tried to put us through to retention team they did not want to know and told him to deal with us Guess we are off to new provider Disgusting could not careless retentions team Hope you are proud of this service#EE

    @EE No internet for three days. Messaged me to say the problem was fixed yesterday, it isn’t. Can’t get through to an operator, just sends me to a bot. The problem is all with most of my local area, any chance of getting someone out to fix it or am I waiting for another 3 days?

    @EE Well ! I have tried twice now and if not sorted in the next few days it must go to level 2 but I changed back to EE at least 6mths ago the ago. One person never called me back and even made a time and day to call NO CALL !

    @EE switche internet over from BT to you. Activation date was last Friday, it's now Sunday and you haven't allowed me to start the service. Your customer service reps are just putting my partner and I in a loop. Adding random time frames where nothing changes.
