The chat on the app says their customer service team is available till 11pm but on the @EE twitter bio it says support is available 24/7 on the app.

@EE Your team told me they’d contact me within two working days about a broadband order, and they didn’t. Not having much luck getting through to your customer service either. Thought I’d try twitter. Any way you can get someone to contact me?

@EE I spent over an hour of my holiday sorting it out - finding out I was double charged without being advised it would happen bcos of your billing cycle. "Sorry but you'll just have to suck it up," translated customer services response.

Just starting a customer service interaction with @EE via their app, which I am signed into. Their website says "My EE app... You won’t need to verify it’s you" but already I have been asked for my name and my phone number." I don't think this is going to go well.

@EE I was told by your “customer service” team what the technical issue was and that @EE would email me today to tell me what settings to change in my router. Surprise surprise, no email received.
