@EE I’m trying to upgrade my phone and have spoken to a representative. After agreeing a deal, I’ve been told that the phone is not in stock, yet online it’s showing as in stock, but I can’t apply the discount online. HELP!! 😩😡

@EE Trying to unlock a phone, stuck on Step 2 after adding IMEI code, with no error message or way to proceed??? Tried different browsers, and also via the app. Need to use a second sim and need that Unlock code to do so! help please!

@EE I’ve upgraded my plan recently in October and was told in store my NHS discount would be applied. It hasn’t been. Can it be applied now even though my plan has started if I ring customer services?

@EE Who can help out with problems accessing online accounts? Had account deactivated and can’t re-register as still recognising the email you’ve deactivated. Spoke to 2 advisors on phone and they couldn’t sort.
