Kevin Vedmore (@spacepods) reported from Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn, Wales@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

-
Tim Chapman 💙 (@timchap) reported@Hepworthclare @EE Welcome to our faceless, dysfunctional, bot-laden society where proactive human customer service has been progressively replaced by tech driven customer dis-service!
-
Alison Denham (@paddymaid) reported@Hepworthclare @EE It’s called “customer service”, apparently. It’s sadly lacking in some companies & yet they talk about it enough. As with so much else, it’s just words. 😩
-
Mark Royle-Evatt (@MEvatt) reported@Hepworthclare @EE Does any major company have good customer service? They all seem to be absolutely useless and not care about their customers. All the websites now have an AI bot that absolutely pointless but needs dealing with before speaking to a human. It’s just so frustrating and stressful.
-
🚂 MissCatTrap 🏳️⚧️ (@MissCatTrap) reported@chriscollins462 @EE True well it’s already filed but I’d rather just have the router replaced as anyone with a braincell can tell that’s the problem
-
Jon Chadwick (@JonD_Chadwick) reported@EE yet more billing problems with EE. Why is this so terrible? Some of your team are great, some not so good, but your systems for dealing with problems are awful
-
Beverley Rutter (@BeverleyRutter) reported@ee yet again we have poor coverage, but each time I check the app it says no problems in area. Well I’m stood with my phone in front window looking onto a mast and I have 1 4g bar. Clearly something isn’t working yet im still paying for a decent coverage/reception
-
Clare Hepworth OBE (@Hepworthclare) reported@akaMrsO @Hlrybuck @EE The people in my local ee shop are very nice. But They are so laid back -they're almost supine. BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.
-
Alan Royston (@pagechord) reportedNot only is your customer service appalling, @EE has the audacity to inform me I can only view my bill via your App. Why? I receive my bill by email which I can cope with. EE would cause havoc in an empty house! I am aged 76 and feeling totally marginalised.
-
Stephen B (@Stephen40141780) reported@EE I may move my own phone & 2 family contracts to EE. Before I do, confirm whether EE has ever, currently, or plans to provide free/subsidised phones SIMs data or other support to organisations assisting illegal immigrants or asylum seekers in the UK? Straight answer please.
