    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE Please can you assist urgently! My account is up to date, confirmed by you, yet I’ve had no service since 25 Nov. A very long online chat failed to resolve issue. Online chat is not available but I can only communicate online. You are ignoring me. I’m losing the will to live!

    @EE talking to other locals the problem is you again. Three appointments missed bevause of you. This is not a service worth paying for. Im just glad it wasnt an emergency call you messed up

    @EE Jenny thank you - I called 150 but because the contract is so old I have no idea on password or what device the contract relates to. Unless I have this I can’t can’t cancel which is madness. Hence my annoyance as there were no options given to me except sorry can’t help you
