    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @DavesMateAl @TimHarford @EE It's the best network Well, used to be... Depending on masts etc. Call them and say you want the best value or SIM only and sort it out that way. It complicates it to link to broadband but makes sense if out of contract with no plans to move house.

    @EE hello! My stepdad recently died and his phone says no SIM Emergency calls only. Any ideas? It doesn't look like airplane mode is on. We think the hospital may have changed a setting or disabled something as settings appear to be picking up a SIM

    @MartinSLewis GC14 and GC23 @Ofcom does a text method now hoever when sim not active still a nightmare with all network i trained @EE

    There can be no justification whatsoever for @EE to increase their broadband package by £4 per month or £48 per year. This is wholly exploitative. Can anyone personally recommend a broadband provider that offers great service for less than £40 per month?

    What's with all these fake @ee customer service and help accounts on here? Try complaining about your mobile signal, they try to get you to WhatsApp them. No, **** off. Build a better mast in Earl Shilton.

    @EE @geoff_wiv_a_g @EE I’m paying for a service that is clearly not fit for purpose. I am requesting this be treated as a formal complaint and I want to cancel my contract without penalty due to ongoing service failure.
