@mouthwaite @EE Doesn't matter what provider you go to you will always find issues of sorts. All providers are terrible for call backs. Getting a same day replacement for a broken phone is non existent, process tends to be to send the phone away to be assessed for repair or replacement.

@mouthwaite @EE I get you Tamzin i dont get why so many are being rude to you because you are expressing your opinion. Don’t get that. ignore them. I’m with sky’s had a few issues like most of us out there. havent yet had anyone who has not been helpful and sorted it out for me
