@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE Thank you. I’ve been on chat this morning and tried to sort but as she has never spoken to CS before, she doesn’t have a password set up. We will try to sort it today. But can she get a refund on the add on if we can set up the roaming?

Just moved over to @O2 and I'm shocked to learn that they don't support Wifi or 4G calling for phones that weren't bought direct from O2 🤯 I never had problems using my @OnePlus_UK (bought outright from OnePlus) on the @EE network. What gives, O2!? It's 2023 – come on!

@EE Hi. My friend has just landed in Miami and her only option for roaming was to pay £30 for 7 days?! Is this right? As the website says it should be “Roaming pass” but the options only gave her pre paid data packages. Can you help? She is worried and can’t contact family.
