@KellyAllen01 @seatzie @EE I’ve been on SIM only EE for about 4 years now, think it started about £20 a month but over the years has crept up to £25. Unlimited mins, not sure about data but I’ve never run out and I use it a lot!

@EE Hi sarahjane, yes I have and the deal wasn’t as good. I appreciate what you say about service etc, but that’s how I feel about loyalty, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed with Ee for over 20 years! I don’t use half the benefits you mention so maybe it’s time to look elsewhere

@EE I have looked online to try and report coverage issues bit there isn't anywhere on the website to do this. My mobile network coverage has been awful for about a week now but the Web page says there is good coverage, can you assist?
