    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE despite twice phoning up, the most discount offered was £46 over 24 months vs what I can get on the website myself - so very little attempt to keep me which is disappointing as a loyal customer. Even Sky and o2 are offering cheaper deals than me staying!

    @EE signal quality is still intermittent in Stoke Gifford (Bristol), even on 4G - never used to have a problem! Are you doing upgrade works at all?
