    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @EE your wifi box is so bad! Gave and promised false hope and trust but no the wifi service never seems to connect, always cuts off, just all around problems. Might just have to look into getting virgin media

    @EE why do you make it so hard to get help for home broadband? The WiFi account isn’t in my name but I have all the details I need, but because I’m using my phone the AI bot will only consider my account. Typically the WiFi stops when the office is shut. EE broadband is so so bad

    I'm with BT, through them I get EE, so I can use TNT Sports, which I have to use Discovery+ to watch, and now they're saying I need an HBOMax account, but when I go to login they don't recognise my email, so I can't watch any sports that I've paid for. @bt_uk @EE @discoveryplus

    @EE I have received a scam letter from a debt collecting agency saying they are collecting a debt for EE. I have never been with EE. I have sent an email to your phishing email address, is there anything else I need to do?

    @EE riddle me this, why am I getting no little to no signal at home on the ground floor, upstairs only one bar. Signal checker says no problems but won't let me check further?!

    I pay a lot of money @EE for your tv package as well as 1gb internet. Why are your live sky channels constantly glitchy regardless of how many resets I do? Even other channels are the same but sky sports is by far the worst. Not good enough is it when it’s every 30 seconds or so

    @EE hi, is there an email address I can contact you on please? I’m abroad and have no mobile services. Phone is dead unless on wifi and your chatbot is not helpful. I cannot call 150 as I have no signal. Thanks
