@EE I am exasperated by the lack of service from you. Overcharged since October, told I need to pay the overcharged bill even though you blocked the service so I couldn't use it and now no callback as promised from three advisors. New customers get better deals than loyal ones.

@EE I'm thinking of switching from PAYG to FLEX at the end of the month, I read that you are offering triple data for 6 months, after 6 months will the 15GB go down to 5GB?

No internet tonight, no help online, no phone number available. The only help given being to turn our router off and on again. However it keeps disconnecting/flashing yellow and the sign in page tells us to check our order status? @EE what's happening?

@EE I ordered a new phone online as I couldn't get through on the phone and apparently order a new number. I’ve been paying for 2 numbers without knowing. The advisor said 'sorry but that's your fault not ours'. Haven’t used it. Been a loyal customer for long. Appalling!

A customer of @EE for 23 years, from Orange to TMobile to EE, finally left after they continually pushed their prices to extortionate levels. No help through the pandemic when I lost my job. No loyalty to long term customers. No service in my house for years! Good Riddance 👋🏻
