@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@EE Hi, when I call my number I get the phone's not available message. If I log in to my EE account it says call 150. When I call 150 it says my number is with a different provider. I know it's not changed, can you help ??? Thanks. (I think it's probably down to lack of use.)

Great service this morning from @EE after my wi-fi hub died last night. New one already on its way. Great to call and get put through, immediately, to a human – thank you Laura. Meanwhile, hot-spotting off my iPhone and that noise you can hear all across London is my laptop fan…

Congrats @EE for losing another long term customer. Loyalty clearly stands for nothing. Firstly you couldn’t beat your competitors, sim only contract and secondly you tried to tell me how much data I needed! yet most of this year has been in Lockdown so data usage would be low.
