    @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

    @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

    @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

    @EE I have had terrible, patchy, or non-existent signal on my home router 2 4G device all week. Spoke to customer service on phone twice, told 2 different stories. What is problem please, and when will it be fixed? Relying on this devide to be able to work!

    @EE hello my phone has been showing no service for two days now I cannot ring or receive calls or text or even use wi fi calling I have tried ringing 150 and it won’t even let me do that????

    Staying on 7th floor holiday Inn Hotel, why @EE 5g network so rubbish? Come on it's 5g and only 7th floor. Can't even open Instagram app properly. 😒

    @EE order of new sim still not arrived after 3 weeks, can’t contact your call centre as you insist on a mobile number (stupid) or ask me to call 150 (even stupider) which I obviously can’t. Was a PAC order too so it’s a bit of a disaster. Can you advise how to resolve.

    @EE have you got network issues in S12 Sheffield? Usually get 5G but only getting 3G this afternoon??
