@EE is there a fault with landlines in ST13 area? Tried using my landline to make a call at 9.30pm tonight. No outgoing nor incoming. Broadband was down at 10.45pm but back now but still no response when dialling from landline phone. Disappointing you don’t have a 24/7 helpline

@EE I've paid for 2 months of home broadband that hasn't been working - still, no one has come out to help. Luckily, I'm at the end of my contract and won't be renewing, but I'm seriously disappointed and would like to have a refund resolved

@EE is there a service issue? I keep getting a warning notification on my phone saying that EE have temporarily turned off the data and my mobile data won't work. Instead of getting 4g it just shows up with a H

@EE it’s been more than a month and you still haven’t fixed the issues we’re having in BS15!! Unreal!! If you go outside you can’t use any data or make any calls as the networks is unusable !
