    @EE is there a working phone number to get through to customer services or the upgrade department? I have tried all the numbers available on your website and 150 and none appear to be working 😩

    @EE please explain to Georgia (Grantham) getting rude and obnoxious with a customer wantong a upgrade, when I say no to a Pixel 6 at £56p/m (after explaining I don't want >£50 / need more than 4gb data) is NOT the way go keep a customer. Very nice chat with @three afterwards tho

    @EE It does work but so slow on iPhone I have had issues forever we are looking for another supplier as I’m using all mobile data literally as soon as get it thank you

    @EE wired Internet in Heol-y-Cyw (Bridgend) Wales is down. Any idea as to when it will be back up? Been told it might be something to do with BT.

    @EE Yeahhh... wanted to make an order but your online checkout doesn't work. It keeps saying "Must only contain letters and spaces." I couldn't find any errors so I didn't make any order/

    @ee What’s happening with your phones today? I can’t get through on 150 or the direct mobile numbers for upgrades - pretty poor service for a telecoms company.
