@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@EE my internet connection has been awful since 9pm last night (15/09/2021) the upload&download speed is still bellow 5 when I go throughout wifi speed test!!!

@EE I'm thinking of renewing mobile phone contract sim only. Looking at 5g package plus bt sports. I've already subscribed to bt sport do I need to cancel my contract if I take up the offer?

@lerrosja @EE If its one of those small rechargeable box types it might be worth trying a reset. If its a home style router id try connecting a pc via ethernet to see if its the wifi part thats not working.

@EE Hopefully somewhere they get the 5G signal they're paying for 🤨 And not have their signal drop to H+ constantly 🤬
