@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@5DSoul @EE Well I’d think they’d want to issue a new number to that person. If it were me, I’d say I made a police report. That will scare them into taking this matter seriously!

@LeylandRick @EE Par for the course Im afraid. Ee “ pride themselves on customer service”. Go to the ombudsman. Thats what Im about to do . They want me to make a note of all the details of my dropped calls .. like I have time for that with 2 terminally ill patents and working !

@EE hopefully you can help me. My aunties phone is directing her to the website to pick up mms. We have contacted customer service and inputted the apn for internet and mms but still happening?

@EE I tried placing an upgrade order for my watch online but I couldn’t get it to work so I called in and spoke to someone and it was finalised but I’ve had no confirmation email for the order and can’t find how to check it on the app, can someone help?

My @virginmedia internet is down and as I hardly get signal from @EE in the house, I have no phone as I rely on wifi. Really hope no one needs me or I need to make an urgent call! Hurry up and fix it Virgin 🙄
