@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

I don't often feel the need to comment on service but the @ee customer service line has restored my faith in top class assistance. My BB router got delivered to the wrong address & lost. Three calls, with three different advisors, and everyone a star: 10/10!

@EE 14 days without access to the app is absolutely ridiculous by the way. I’m not calling again to be told it’s being looked into. Never get an update. Just get fobbed off. You telling me you’re not aware of app outages concerns me when people on the phone say otherwise.

@EE some feedback... Your website is truly awful. It's slow, taking far too long for pages to load, and it's very buggy. Trying to apply a couple of changes to my account failed on each occasion, with the message "update not applied, our fault not yours, try again later".

@EE 20mins on hold. Finally get to speak to someone. They tell me that the case has been transferred to executive team, and they have to transfer my call to them. Instead they transferred me to the Business billing team. Something is very badly broken in EE
