@EE I wouldn't bother with this company - my mobile network does not work in my home - they basically told me to put up with it - I can only get a signal near my kitchen window - complaint sent to The Ombudsman.

@EE Thanks for your message Chris Sadly, signal strength both at home in Gillingham & around the Old Street area of London where I work is so weak, I consider alternative network. Shame as I've had phones with EE for years. EE auto phone system is AWFUL to use. We want HUMANS

@VodafoneUK hi..I’m possibly a new customer, however, I’ve attempted to 1. Speak to someone 2. Upload pac to your website 3. Register - none of which seems a possibility..so I’m a little fearful of leaving @EE

@EE thanks to your inept insurance team I will be cancelling my contract with yourselves. Your mistake in not supplying my minutes one bundle with the insurance policy I've taken out to be told if any damage happens while I don't have this bundle, which is not due for further...

@Ofcom Long overdue. You should never be able to agree a contract and then just months later it goes up by 14% - @EE and @virginmedia are prime examples of this. Free license to fleece customers.

@EE Nah that’s a complete cop out. I can even get a signal in my house.

@EE I’m up £10 per month. DISGUSTING. Paying £77 per month for a contract where I get no signal in my house and an iPhone 13 Pro Max when I can get a 14 for the same price. Lost a loyal customer. No one expects £10 increase a couple of quid but not £10

@MarcAllera @EE This all sounds fantastic Marc. All I ask though is that I have a satisfactory resolution to my recent email I sent to you, it was passed on to the executive customer resolution team. I have responded to ***** Parvin

@EE “your price plan will increase by £8.67 a month on or after 31 March 2023.” This is disgustingly steep. You need to be more honest. People are never signing up for “£20” per month. By the end of the contract, you’ll be paying £50 a month! For a plan that isn’t even worth it
