@EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

@EE Upgraded my s10 to s21+ using the trade in discount. Its taken right amount off as to deal used (40 gb at 55) but the email itself states the wrong trade in options (150 for s9) rather the 350 for the s10 displayed in deal. Is this likely to cause issue when sending in??

@EE holla me again! On the jubilee line, I used to be able to get data (3g/4g) which is great. Now just showing full bars and often the dreaded E signal 😱checked my work mobile and is on O2, that has a 4G signal.... Do you know why this is the case EE has no data signal? tIA xx

@EE No have not heard anything. They said would be in touch once it was clear if the issue is with us or BT. At that point it came back for a couple of hours but since about 2:15 back to intermittent.

@EE trying to cancel my contract, been told to ring back today if I didn't want to pay £2.68 to cancel today you £42? Who do i tell to after 23 months to stop my contract after the 24 months, i honestly do not know why this is so difficult.

@EE I'm Starting to lose my mind with this company! Problems getting the internet installed and now your over charging me! The cheek is unreal if this was sky or bt or any other company they would be doing anything to keep me after the mistakes yet ee is doing the opposite!
