The fact you have to call @EE if you want to cancel anything is ridiculous. Cant cancel in store, cant cancel online, but then cant get through without an hours waiting time on the phone. Should be illegal. It should be as easy to cancel as it is to purchase.

@EE we keep having trouble with your website, trying to order with student beans discount, either it doesn’t Accor the code, the couple times it did then when choosing to store it kept searching and never located store despite multiple stores nearby and this having worked before.

@EE I need to unlock my phone as I have moved to another provider (I got a PAC code for my number from EE. However I am being told to request unlocking through My EE but I can’t as my account is closed so I can’t. Help!!
