  @EE no signal now all-day😡you don't know from one day to the next whether it will work. Not good enough!!

  @NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

  @NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

  Moved into my new house end of March and still no broadband with @EE. Absolutely piss poor. Day 14 of hot spotting off the work phone. Let’s see what the 3rd @WeAreOpenreach visit brings when again, they stand round a socket, headscratching, looking like they’ve been lobotomised.

  @EE Your coverage at @HeathrowAirport (airside Terminal 3) sucks! I’m not passing through I work here and on a daily basis I struggle to use my 5/4G

  Is @EE the hardest organization to speak to. Instead of meaningless text options why not answer a phone. And why when you open a complaint will you close it unless I contact you. Surely you should contact me to say how and when it’s been resolved. Absolutely appalling

  @EE I have recently upgraded my phone with Freddie in your upgrade department but I was never told about the flexi pay. I was told I was going to be paying £48.11 per month. Not an additional £24 per month on top of that. I am not happy and feel like I have been scammed

  @EE @EE Jus been told I have to wait while you investigate with multiple teams where my new phone is - in the meantime I’m paying for an upgrade with no new phone and have to wait while you go through a million processes? Rubbish service EE!!!!
