@NoServiceHereUK 3 times in the last few days @EE have fixed problems with the network. Looks like it'll be a fourth fix in up to 8 hours. Just paid for another 30 days with @Plusnet so wonder how I can get some of that money back.

@NoServiceHereUK terrible service over the last 2 to 3 days. On @Plusnet. @BT is the same so this is an @EE issue. Data service unusable.

Right @ee if your website says some errors have occurred but doesn't say what they are how much real use is it? This is after it error checks and passes the form too. Why are things this difficult in a world full of tech to make our lives easier?

@DSR_F11 @VodafoneUK @EE I would read the tweets on here before you rate their customer service or consider moving over. My experience has been appalling the last couple of weeks and ive been Vodafone loyal for 25 years.

@VodafoneUK Just to be clear, it wasn't with Vodafone, it was with @EE, so I think I will move my business to Vodafone in the hope customer loyalty and care has more meaning than it appears to have with EE. Thanks for you quick response Iona, which I appreciate.
