    @EE is it reasonable to leave me waiting nearly 2 months for my complaint to be resolved? Is it reasonable to leave me without access to my account online all that time, due to your webchat agent's mistake? I haven't heard from anyone in weeks now. I'm fed up of chasing.

    Love how @EE has charged me for a trial I’m not even using and have never used... £21 I really wanted to spend... not impressed!

    @EE I think gifting data to friends who are on a different accounts would be a good feature coz then I won’t feel bad when I have unlimited data and my mates have none left. I would feel like a greedy bloke.

    @EE Defiantly. Thanks again, and well done for defusing an annoyed customer when your colleague was just pointing out basic deals and giving me nothing but road blocks. Ahhhh man that's one lucky dude. I'm about to start the weekly grind as we type. Fingers crossed here haha.

    @EE Morning @EE Thank you for message, yes well happy to be staying with the number one network! I did ask about part exchanging my old phone but said it wouldn't make any difference in my price!
