@EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE Back to being able to make calls but now being told a 15% rise in my bill. I've had issues with signal for a while now and was told masts were being sorted in the area. Still not great at times. Been a customer for years, now feel service isn't as good and prices are up!

@EE I Can use internet Facebook and twitter but cannot use mobile or landline to make phone calls landline receives phone calls but mobile goes to voicemail new customer and vulnerable luckily call button works

@seafordroly @EE Exactly, I’ve got 2 contracts with them also, but service is poor and price is high, and now even higher with the increase. So yeah I’ll be gone too

@rich_atkins @Faymondo73 @EE Is there still a percentage rise which effectively breaks the contract? That always used to be the case, always kept quiet. Once a rise of a certain percentage (mid contract) the contract is in breach of terms. And you have the right to cancel ( I’m a decade out of the game)
