Mark Oliver (@MarkOliver62189) reported@EE I asked for the supervisor to call me back when they were free again. this has NOT happened. EE seem to be lacking understanding of how the world works, ie logistics or customer expectations. I'm sad to say i'm still looking for an alternative. END

Nicholas Alexander (@nalex) reported@MarinaPurkiss @EE Phone companies should be regulated.... They provide a lifeline service and if their billing is wrong there must be recourse that is free and available. I have had terrible issues with another company. It took a year to sort it.
