@EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE nightmare.1 hour online to upgrade to new phone, then cut off, contact EE again and go thru questions again.Get message from DPD for phone delivery & EE have stated wrong address. Now can’t get hold of anyone. Customer for many years, never again.

@EE your advert (apparently on snowdon) says the mechanical arm is controlled through the EE network. I can tell you I’ve been to snowdon a few times over the last few weeks and never had a signal so I find that strange that it can operate a robot arm but can’t make a phone call
