@EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

What has happened to @EE customer service? First they message me to say they are trebling my SIM contract price. Then make it impossible to leave after over 30 years with them because nobody can answer the phone....just cancel the DD and buy another SIM I guess?

@EE I had no EE service at 8.15 this morning for about 20mins. When I reported it I was advised there were no issues in my area. Working now, but only one bar showing.

Like wtf @EE blacklisting my phone when I haven't reported it stolen, my bills always paid b4 the due date ....now I know why I can't make calls ect .....

If you're considering @EE for your broadband, don't bother. After my supposed "upgrade", they've actually turned my service off... awful service.

@EE Is this still ongoing? I still can't call Vodafone mobiles from my EE phone -"Call Failed''. Originally I was a Vodafone customer but ported to EE many moons ago.

@EE Guess what EE it's STILL bloody down here in central London FFS! and STILL can't connect or get through to 150! so STILL no voice calls in or out can ONLY use mobile data for WhatsApp this is a joke and I'm NOT LAUGHING! WHEN WILL THIS BE SORTED OUT? IT IS ALL GOOD IS A LIE!
