@EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE appalling customer service from @EE this week- ordered a new phone/contract; after not hearing anything for a few days chased up and order has been cancelled due to 'missed deliveries ' (no communication at all) wont send a new phone, refuse to cancel contract

What useless,unhelpful service @EE Best to deal with the main provider & not some other ‘middle’ company that is just making a buck out of you.I will be terminating my contract with EE & returning to BT. 9 days without internet has affected my boys education & my work!!
