@EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE Yes many times! It’s a joke! I’ve been told I need a new SIM card but I’ll be damned if I’m paying for it seeing as I’ve had no service for the last two years. Wished I hadn’t of renewed the contract now!

@EE I've been without mobile network for 24 hours now in St Albans in Herts. Never any prior problem. I can't seem to find any reliable info on whether you have a network issue in my region or not. Not good when I rely so much on my phone for work
