@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

Any idea if you’re ever going to improve the mobile signal in my home area @EE ? I’ve waited twelve hours for a support call from Apple and they couldn’t hear a word I was saying on two attempts to call me because of poor quality calls breaking up.

@EE Having spent most of today trying to sort out an upgrade problem that ‘often’ occurs when ordering through the app (according to 2 of the advisors I’ve spoken to) I’m still no further forward…any advice as to who to contact now??

@EE disgusted in the service! Asking for an upgrade and I have no help what so ever! Can’t offer me any deals and can’t help even tho my phone is currently broke!!!! And they are more than happy to loose me as a customer!!!! 100% changing server!!!!

@EE hi, I used your customer service for the first time today at 12:12. I spoke to Louise. This was by far the best customer service experience that I have had in a long time. She understood what I wanted and resolved immediately. Thought it should be recognised.

@EE honestly I’ve never known anything like it. I pay over 300£ a month in phone bills AT LEAST, & I keep getting passed pillar to post to the extent that no one has a clue on the system. After even working for your company, and being a customer for years your lack of CS is ****
