  @EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

  @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

  @EE just following up on the month of constant outages, in my area that your own service checker says hasn't been serviced since 2021. It's still happening, it's still terrible, and I'm still waiting until the 27th for a fix, after I was lied to about the last "fix" other week.

  @EE I'd have expected it to be a case as simple as updating mailing lists the same way you remove my EIN. I don't have the energy to speak with someone over the phone for it, I'll just set all emails from that address to go straight into the deleted items, appreciate the support.

  @EE Its been nearly a month that we have been without any Internet. Countless calls made , customer support has been terrible. We have had multiple openreach engineers attend who have not been able to do anything . This has caused so much disruption to us.

  @EE I need support via anything other than phone. My watch upgrade delivery has failed today because the DPD PIN was sent to the watch's number instead of my mobile. Live chat only tells me to call. Could someone please contact me via DM to sort this out?

  @EE I waited one day and no one came to pickup and just said sorry. And want to come another day and time slot is 9am to 5pm. What do you think we have nothing to do all day and we wait for them to come and collect. Which courier service give a time slot of whole day 🤔🤔🤔
