@EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

  • andrew_moor andy (@andrew_moor) reported from Thankerton, Scotland

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE It is yes. Getting 1 bar of signal. I used to get 5G, now that has stopped too and only connects to 4G

@EE I'm getting a really slow broadband speed - is there an issue, are you working on it, and when will it be resolved? #thursdaymorning

@EE @wembleystadium Yeah ok. I'd give my meet & greet with the England gaffer to some poor sick kid going through chemo or similar but would just love the #SamsungGalaxyS21 please. Good luck everyone!

@EE Hi, I have been having issues with 4g and dropped calls most of the day. I have done the normal switch on and off. Is there a known issue in Bristol.

  • nessyhm1982 Nessy (@nessyhm1982) reported

So i get to upgrade today with @EE but they wont offer me any good sim only deals because my usage is low (working from home and use wifi) so they can only offer me really bad deals compared to other providers. No care about losing a valuable customer! Time to move i think!!

@Enchill_jake @EE Same problem here in Bristol, is there a fault or works ongoing?

  • Ms_Kelsall Lucie Kelsall-Pitchford (@Ms_Kelsall) reported

@EE Hi Michael I’ve had to come to work so I’ve disconnected from the WiFi. The set up was really slow, I started it yesterday at 8pm but it didn’t finish until around 9 this morning.

Thanks for the texts @EE following requesting my PAC code. Though had you acknowledged the fact that my reception in my local area degraded massively over 12 months ago and done something to rectify it then I wouldn't have felt like I have to move network
