@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE @MarcAllera it’s not the service I’d expect but I’m afraid really shows you have significant operational issues both in your inability to expedite delivery when you let your customers down and that of almost every agent I dealt with let me down

@Laura10990366 @EE Same thing happened with me where a customer care sold me 35GBP mobile plan for unlimited data.I have been chasing them and calling them bur EE staff is not bothered and just waiting for their. Shift to over
