    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

    @EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

    @DMadden10002146 @EE Absolutely shocking service! I had lots of things recorded too and now all gone! We also have broadband and both mobiles and tablet with them! Not very happy at all!

    @EE Hey Craig. It's all downstairs and most of upstairs. I get better speeds, around 16mb, when the phone is in our room on our bed. Other than that, it's pretty poor. I'm sure the cell site is fairly close too. 🤔

    @EE We never got any text or letter regarding it. Does the Apple TV enable live streaming for tv channels like EETV? Or is it just on demand and online streaming service?

    @EE for the last few days my signal and data has been rubbish! Or not working at all. My friend who’s also on EE is the same... what’s going on???

    @EE Hi, thanks for communicating. I swapped smart benefits, removed the Video pass and reinstated it. Did another check with the EE app, there was 1.8GB left. I then watched a video on YouTube; checked again and it's down to 1.1GB left. The Video pass is not giving me free data.
