    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE what wrong with the customer service numbers? I’ve tried call ‘150’, ‘360’ and your ‘0800 customers number’ but it’s not connecting.

    Hey @EE and @sainsburys EE reception in Sainsburys at EH11 2QW is abysmal which means scan and shop doesn't work and also offers can't be viewed on the app. The alternative seems to be to sign up to O2 WiFi and hand over a lot of personal data. This is unacceptable. Sort it out.

    @ThreeUK @EE every day this week my 4g+ connection drops from 4 to 1 or 0 bars at 9am and restores at 2:30pm the speed is unusable, I log support tickets every day but always get the response that there are no issues. I am 100% reliant on it for work it's critical it's addressed.

    @EE It is true, for three at least. I was in Manchester all of December personal mobile signal (three) there is terrible ! Work phone on EE wa absolutely fine
