  @EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

  @EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

  @EE I’m so disappointed!I’m trying to get my fathers phone repaired. I pay his contract as he lives nearly 80 miles away from me and has no family close. His phone has broken through no fault of his own and because he doesn’t have photo ID he has to wait 14 days for collection!

  @EE Thanks Ian. Myself & others have been unable to identify source of problem. A few hours after Twitter suddenly became unavailable, it equally as suddenly a few hours later, became available as usual. This outage appears only to have impacted on those using computer & ethernet.

  @EE is there a reason why your phone staff are so rude? I called to discuss potentially upgrading and to query a few things and the attitude I got back was actually awful, surely they get commission so not sure what her problem was…

  Thanks to @EE for sorting out my son's phone contract. Phoning up customer support like that pushes all my anxiety buttons and I'd far rather do it all by email, but Joe who I spoke to knew just what was needed #phew

  @EE Extremely disappointed with thoroughly unhelpful staff at Stockton store over thelast 2 days. iPhone not working, under warranty but 3 trips to store for help (25mile round trip each) still no help. Left store in tears last night - apparently too busy to help & closing in an hour
