    @EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

    @EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE reckon they charge so much money because they're the best mobile provider. Laughable service, demanding money from customers for a phone they are not even in possession of! Daylight robbery.

    @EE Just a blank page. Tried several browsers. All the same. Trying to order a new contract SIM. I'll just call now as also need to discuss renewing my Broadband contract. I've just tried from a different location and it seems fine. Sorry to trouble you. BTW, love the service.

    @EE Meh. After my Samsung S9 bricked itself for no reason, then the battery failed, all within 18 months of getting it, I think not... It was the worst phone I ever had in my life.

    Trying to upgrade my phone with @EE and it won’t let me use my NHS discount code. They never added it for this phone and I don’t want another 2 years not being able to use it 😭
