andy (@andrew_moor) reported from Thankerton, Scotland@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

None Superior (@nonesuperior) reported@Ofcom I am concerned that @EE sales approach is not genuinely customer-first. They make advisors force SIMO plans on customers rather dan a meaningful assessment of the customer’s actual needs & circumstances. This is making advisors put customers in unbearable conditions. Do better!
-
Danfotoman (@danfotoman1) reported@EE You claim to be the best network in the uk, your terrible in Birmingham does ee stand for “extremely exaggerated “ probably the worse network I’ve ever had
-
JP Glover 🏳️🌈 (@jpglover1982) reported@EE need some help guys, done messaging told to ring 150 and 150 are not able to assist I need to speak to someone regarding ee one up rewards
-
Ben (@WorbleGames) reported@lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down
-
Julian (@JuFitJuJu) reported@EE why is it so difficult to get a simple question answered? Can I get full fibre in my area? Yes or no? Now I’ve your colleague asking me if I need my internet checking or me to look at things in the house…..No I just need to know if I can get this service and then we talk
-
Math (@inlandtaipan1) reported@EE on my 40min train journey from central London to kent just now, i had data availability for about 10mins in total. As an EE customer, your 4G/5G data coverage is utterly atrocious.
-
Stuart1959 (@StuartT34021273) reported@EE hi I would like to cancel my tv & broadband package & before you say i can't because I have a contract then I will take this further as I'm sure it's illegal to charge for something you can't provide I will phone tomorrow when your so called telephone service 150 opens 🤬
