    @EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

    @EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

    @EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE Hi. Yes, the advisor was very helpful, as always, but I don't really think the available options are that helpful. It looks like I'm being offered a 'good as new' replacement but that's what happened last time without me being told and I've had issues with the replacent handset.

    @EE I need internet stability 24/7....not just some of the time. I’ve reported the problem to EE many times these last few weeks and they say that there has been an issue in my area every time. They then email me and say it’s fixed, but then the problem starts up again.

    @EE EE who contacted my Dad black fri Thanks for reply Phil 👍service at Customer Service at B.T was awful Sorted it all now Cancelled the whole lot cos original date 9/12 then today engineer arrived then HO said Feb. Cancelled now.👍👍👍

    @EE And it has nothing to do with my router because when I look at other complaints in my area and in other areas of the UK, it’s become widespread in recent times. I’m not sure why it’s become so bad, but I live in hope that things will return to normal SOON.

    @EE hi I upgraded my phone this week and was able to choose one smart benefit. I chose Apple Music and had the sms to say it was active and could now be used. But unfortunately it’s not working and allowing me to use its services. I tap that I’ve joined through EE multiple times.
