@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

  • andrew_moor andy (@andrew_moor) reported from Thankerton, Scotland

@EE absolute shambles, been trying to call you all morning and unable to talk to anyone, seriously thinking about cancelling now and going to a network that actually works !!

@EE beyond belief just how bad EE is. Been trying for 3 days to get my PUK code as yhe appalling website is unable to display it, so far today have spent 47 minutes waiting to speak to a rep, I thought if you click the thinking of leaving options then it may be prioritised.

  • GrumpyGreyhead Dan's wardrobe furnished by Botany 500 (@GrumpyGreyhead) reported

Yet again I find myself wondering how @ee have won Britain's best network 11 years running. Finally managed to sort out a new phone and contract after three weeks but they've added ScamGuard - a service that costs money - without actually asking me first

  • kifley Beverley Grayson (@kifley) reported

@EE Just did this and still the same problem. I also can’t access my account via the app, so not to do with the caching/cookies. Please can you check if this is an issue for my account?

  • ChrisLeeTM ChrisLee™ (@ChrisLeeTM) reported

@EE You Drunk Bro! Internet is off and on, very poor speeds, as low as 6mbps here in Bodmin, Cornwall and now the app is offline! Experiencing problems I guess? 😡

  • johhno49 Neil johhno (@johhno49) reported

@EE very unusual for you to provide shoddy customer service, but it's been a characteristic since you joined with @bt_uk Promised a call back in an hour, eventually I called back about 3 hours later. Agreed a new contract and call dropped after 45 minutes, didn't call me back.

  • esiotrot54 Nemesis 🇺🇦 (@esiotrot54) reported

@EE really not impressed with the EE app— can’t access wifi controls or see bill from the app—really bad—just signed up with EE from BT and was expecting better

  • toney_richard RichT (@toney_richard) reported

@johhno49 @EE @bt_uk Waiting on a phone back myself about an ongoing internet problem

  • Umit_Berliner Umit Imamoglu (@Umit_Berliner) reported

@EE cant login to your website, telling me sent a passcode but got no txt

  • simonlevans simon le vans is on BlueSky (@simonlevans) reported

So I’ve bought a new iPad which requires an eSim. I already have physical data SIM card for my old iPad. It’s a QR code which apparently cannot be emailed (only god knows why not) So @EE are charging me £1.50 to post it. Best network winner apparently. What a rip off.
