    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE 5 days of waiting and still not delivered my phone, they didn’t put my address down correctly and they still haven’t corrected it. Shambles. Paying for a phone I don’t have.

    Part 2 @EE how NOT to look after the recently bereaved. (A) falsely claim that the deceased customer owes you £164 (B) Falsely claim that the deceased customer had a phone upgrade last year. (C) demand payment straight away before customer can check....continued
