mi manca Sanremo 🎶 (@missingSanremo) reported. @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE
-
Simon (@Simon_McNair) reported@lebara customer service isn't a patch on @EE but it's too late to change now. I wonder if, in a years time, I'll be moving back to EE.
-
Alison Lees (@AlisonMLees) reportedAlison Lees @EE There's nothing on the dashboard online, nothing in my emails, search 'exit fees' reveals 'no results'. I don't believe this exit fee exists. I think your customer service guy was lying.
-
Jules Rollo (@RawlinJulia) reported@dbcxptures @EE I hardly really never have a reception, I mainly rely on wifi. Was on M25 at weekend not reception there either, neither near Norfolk
-
iBRAR (@ibrar_dev) reported@EE The odd thing is that email does not provide a complaint reference number so who knows if it ever got logged or now ignored.
-
Mark Baldwin (@bloomsburykid) reported@EE Crap download speeds tonight. This is central London not some remote country location. There is no excuse for such a patchy service.
-
Dale (@gde_dale) reported@EE So if someone were paying for 500mbps, and someone joined the public ee network and started using 50mbps, the owner would still get 500mbp? Or would they get 450mbps?
-
Gem🧣 (@gems_endgame) reported@EE How would I go about raising a complaint? I’ve spoken to Virgin Media who have said this happens a lot with EE putting through broadband or checking when no permission is given or basing an upgrade deal on it. Store didn’t want to know.
-
Dave Hales (@dayvales) reported@dbcxptures Totally agree. Starting to question what is the point of a smart phone! The comments seem to suggest @EE is a good option though? My @O2 signal is pathetic!
