@EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

Very disappointed to read that @VodafoneUK have followed @EE in showing a total disregard for their customers by reintroducing the scandalous, openly profiteering European roaming charge that was previously banned by the EU. Shame on you for your poor #customerexperience

@EE hi my charger port has gone faulty but still charges in some orientations (iPhone 11) . I do pay for damage cover. What’s the excess? I can annuals upgrade for free on my plan. Which would you recommend would be the cheapest option as I’m not the wealthiest of people.
