@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

People have struggled so long and hard under the tories - we've had them, banks stealing from us and treating us like crap and now a pandemic. Folks really don't need flippant flick offs like this.

@Soxthewavingcat @EE Just jack them, I'm with sky, £5 a month sim only contact, unlimited calls and texts and 2GB of data every month which can be rolled over for 3 years. I've never run out of data and have 20GB saved to use as I please. 12 months contract.

@EE hi, my mobile data & calls never ever work inside my building despite my partners working. i was told i'd get excellent connection when i provided my address before getting my contract. i'd like a reduced plan or a fix for this issue. please message me.
