@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE hey, outside of support calls you guys seem to have no status page regarding the fault with your entire 1.6gbps package The app rather brilliantly tells me there is no issue with the broadband dispite it being very broken, how come you aren’t publicly posting about the fault

@EE what a horrendous company. I’ve never experienced such bad processes or poor customer service in all my life. No care for customers, instead were blamed and charged after following the processes.

@EE is there any way of getting in touch with your customer legal team? I am sold wrongly earbuds on your website. I have dropped mail and done everything but no progress

@EE @itconor Why are you covering this up @EE ? It’s been down since 9am Saturday. If you check status it shows as “ok and no known issues” which is complete tosh. I’ve had it confirmed directly. It’s an authentication issue with your new IT tech. Texting help is useless

Hi @EE , just to let you know that I was very nearly just scammed by @relations8352 . They claimed they were your customer service team and said they would transfer me £450 by using an app called LemFi. Just spoke to the real customer service and they were great.

@itconor @EE You and I alike, very disappointed there was no notice to users! I have been super impressed with EE since I moved away from TalkTalk due to constant dropping issues! Would just like an idea when it is likely to be resolved @EE

@EE We are moving and have transferred the main fttp service to our new address. In the meant we have been advised to buy a 4G router which will provide us with an adequate service. I asked in particular whether it would support Sky tv and was told it would. It doesn’t.
