@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE this isn’t a complaint by the way, I am fully aware of my own ineptitude and as a precaution have replaced all my shoes with Velcro fastening and removed all scissors from the house. But in case I drown in my cereal I would like to have a phone to ring Batman for help

Congratulations @EE that’s a full month today with NO broadband, being pushed from pillar to post and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Finally having to resort to naming and shaming on social media to see if someone cares?
