@EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE so when will be be getting a phone signal ? My place informed me yesterday that problem from last November was finally sorted yesterday, lo and behold TODAY NO PHONE SIGNAL !!!!

@ee Well over a month now with mobile broadband and still you lie it will be fixed “in 16 hours”. And refuse to cancel the 2 months remaining. Horrible lot.

@EE your website is absolutely useless. Been trying all day (and this week) through the website and using the inaccurate phone numbers to try and discuss my renewal increased cost. Awful awful service. No live chat either. I'll just be cancelling my DD then...
