    @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

    @EE recent update of Android 12 to S21ultra causes camera to crash and restart the phone. Restarts also happen intermittently. Is this a known issue and is a fix on the way? Phone purchased only in July. Thank you.

    @EE I even spent 50p I shouldn't need to requesting a new esim code online, and that didn't work either. So have no confidence the paper version will when it arrives. Asked in store (after they said they couldn't issue esim despite phone saying they could) if they could give me 1/2

    @Omeran3 @O2 What they don’t do is beat @EE for 4G never mind 5G coverage which incase you didn’t realise is their main job not dishing out wee daft freebies

    @EE Hey guys. I upgraded yesterday, I’ve been charged for delivery and I’m paying for my new contract, yet I haven’t received my new handset and sim. In received no text from DPD. Infact, didn’t even get an order confirmation from you. Can you help please?
