@EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

@EE is there any reason you are rewarding my customer loyalty by ripping me off for my broadband renewal. 25% reduction in speed and a 15% price increase. I think you can guess what the outcome of such a ridiculous offer will result in!

@EE My service has deteriorated year on year. It seems every time I get a text to say your engineers are working on a problem, the next day is worse. This is over 15 years. Today I've had to use my other phone with an ID SIM to hotspot for internet. Time to go I guess.

@EE I think your website has been hacked with Script injection. I was following upgrades and a strange popup appeared asking to login when already logged in. Your site is also shockingly slow. You may want to investigate this!

@EE hello. I went in store to get the Pixel 10 Fold and trade in my Pixel 9 Pro for the £768 you are offering Firstly, why don't stores actually have stock of the Fold 10? Secondly, why can I only get the discount if I upgrade online? I feel like this opens me up to damage/loss
