  @EE what’s happening to our phone signal here again, once again no signal, you reassured me that it was sorted after the last fiasco of months without signal, if it wasn’t for WiFi calling in the house I would be left once again high and dry !! Not amused !!

  @EE fed up phoning you now and getting nowhere, lost count how many times in the last few months, your customer service is a joke, your masts are always down in this area, paying for a service that you are not providing, sort yourselves out, and the phone signal at the same time

  @Hepworthclare @EE Have to be the worst company I've dealt with so I've decided its cheaper to pay off my mobile contract & will be cancelling my TV & broadband account when that is up cant wait thought virgin were bad but I was wrong unfortunately

  @EE Then I find out that my tv order has been cancelled, and will not be delivered, and now I have to reorder again tomorrow, you’ve had a month, dreadful service, I’d better get my boxes by Friday

  Why are the simplest things ALWAYS the most difficult to sort out. Been trying to sort my Internet out for days now either a new contract or just a simple renew with my current provider @ee. It's true no loyalty in absolutely anything these days so **** @ee and hello @VodafoneUK

  That's the end of c.28 years with @EE , started with Freeserve - Wanadoo - Orange, finally @EE good service overall, must say, shame they treat their loyal customers with such contempt. @vodafone been okay so far, at least the guy called me to check all was okay as he promised!

  @EE help my broadband has broken and I can’t get a new one until Monday at the earliest. Can you get it to me any soon or does any EE shops have any stock of routers that I could collect ,my girls having a sleepover on Saturday to watch movies on @NetflixUK and on @sky streaming

  @EE I’ve spent allday being told there’s no issues, when in fact 30house down the road have had no internet allday and have been affected if your on EE, BT & Sky so why aren’t your staff being open and honest about the situation????.
