@EE I did that before and @ee response was to use WiFi Assist. If EE delivers the service it’s website claims, WiFi Assist should not be necessary.

  • JohnBurnswriter John D Burns (@JohnBurnswriter) reported

@EE Not waiting it's just that there's some unresolved problem that is preventing getting the connection set up. Sounds like communication is poor.

  • onet18975 David Paterson (@onet18975) reported from Morpeth, England

@EE Customer service equally as poor. Dialogue started only to be waiting 30mins between replies

  • liamjsimms Liam Simms (@liamjsimms) reported

@EE are ****, there alright taking your money for 2 years. But soon as you want them to unlock your device they drag there feet and pass you from one department to the next. Thinking that you will take out another plan. Think again!!

  • jfrncs_ John FH (@jfrncs_) reported

@EE See second tweet. It isn’t my phone, it’s your service so it’s not for me to speak to a technical advisor about my handset

  • ThisIsNuka_ Nuka (@ThisIsNuka_) reported

Yeah, @bt_uk needs to have a word with Alcatel. These 4G Mini Hubs are probably the most rotten pieces of technology I've ever used. The ones I've been assigned constantly, CONSTANTLY disconnect from everything. And drop @EE, their 4G signal is abysmal.

  • Daz_P_K_ Daz K (@Daz_P_K_) reported

@England @JesseLingard @EE They may be talented, but this quite a weak England team. Too many kids and players more interested in 'Insta'. Still, at least they knelt down before the game. 🙄

  • Rosko220884 Ross Armit (@Rosko220884) reported

@EE Rather than waste my time i won't shame. The lad I managed to get on the phone was a class well above whoever runs your online department here!!! Problem solved

  • happywelshchic1 Lindsay Davies (@happywelshchic1) reported

@Apple @EE @AppleSupport was wondering why sometimes my camera always freezes when trying to take photos on my #iPhone12 ? Is there a problem with your software? Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you

  • JohnBurnswriter John D Burns (@JohnBurnswriter) reported

It's taken @EE six weeks not to connect my fibre. The update is that they don't know what the problem is but they'll come back in a few days when they'll tell me that they still don't know. My next update is on Tuesday. I'll keep you updated.
