KRC (@CurnainC) reported
The usual annual increase in April of £1.15 per month for the same pathetic mobile service across all networks but more so my own @EE. Printing money for themselves
-
Simon Kidwell (@simonkidwell) reported
After porting my number, I had a persistent issue with incoming calls that my previous provider couldn’t fix. Since moving to @EE, their outstanding customer service took the time and care to resolve it. Impressed!

@Cymru @EE @LiamJCullen What game were you watching I thought he was poor compared to how he’s played recently for wales

Rhys Grant (@Bluebird131999) reported
@Cymru @EE Didn’t play bad, but wouldn’t have been my choice. Sorba or Wilson personally.

@dshensmith @ThreeUK @EE To be honest I don’t know of a decent mobile Company in the UK. I have tried all of them, they are equally as bad as each other. But as normal us British don’t say a word and put up with appalling customer service but pay the price.

@EE I can't even just re-add the hd&4k through the app. It forces me to start a while new tv order and then tells me I already have an open order, which I don't, so I can't do it. Your app is absolutely useless. It never works and your website is worse.

@EE So, all in, I've spent the equivalent of two working days on the phone – only to learn four months later that the original issue was never fully resolved, and your incompetent systems have cost me £159. Gonna chuck in the equivalent of two days' wages for so much wasted time?

@EE Yeah, an hour later, I learned that the bright spark who cancelled my old account shut down the services but not the billing. Mind you, that account was only abandoned because it took 4 weeks for you to realise you couldn't process a change-of-address.

Been on the phone for an HOUR trying to get to the bottom of duplicate direct debit charges from @EE that have been coming out of my account since February – the same time that they completely ****** up my change-of-address and took four weeks to fix it Crooks, or just idiots?
