@EE I constantly have issues with accessing the internet, pages loading etc piss poor would be an understatement 😠 I’ve been on the phone for almost 50 minutes and it is the second day in a row I’ve tried calling you. So much for the UKs number 1 network? You’re really not.

@EE When I get home from work I can look at my monitoring and see any small drop outs they may have triggered the sending of an email to me(only sent if down for more than 5 minutes) still need to talk to them again about another issue I tweeted about some time ago

@EE is there an issue with the app or online billing? I've done multiple things to try and refresh my bill and its only showing last months as paid.. my bill date has past so should be showing already

@EE Thanks for getting back to me. Basically it doesn’t auto connect. I have to manually select the wifi at each station. Auto connect tab is on, I’ve restarted my phone multiple times, makes no difference. It doesn’t allow me to ‘forget the network’.

@EE why am I paying 50 quid a month to get barely any signal and 3G(which doesn’t even work). This has been happening for the last couple of weeks, Leeds city centre.
