@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@EE Hi. I ordered broadband two weeks ago but there was an issue with my current provider which appears to have been sorted but I still have no written confirmation of the order from EE.

@EE Latest update is that it’s proving more difficult than originally thought, fix date is supposed to be tomorrow but they have sent me a mini EE hub as they are expecting it to take longer 😩

@EE New iPhone not working. Took into Perth shop. Say they can't help as I ordered online. Go home, go online to book help...up comes a repair appointment at my nearest store...Perth! What an utter shambles and waste of my time 😒

@EE your signal in B771NR has gone from 3 Bars to 1 bar sometimes none. Not happy your service is getting worse and if you don’t fix it I’m off back to @VodafoneUK

@EE Is there some issues with Signal strength across the (NI)? Only have 1 bar since 1pm and usually have 3-4
