@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@EE does this mean with the greater than inflation price increase that my phone contract will be paid off sooner?? What improved service will I be getting from the “uk’s best network” because currently I get next to no coverage at old Trafford where other networks do??

@pauloefc1878 @EE I have 4 phones on there. I’m tempted to cancel my direct debit and send phones back and let them try to take me to court but as far as I’m concerned sending phones back is a fair deal. Also I fell the increase should only be on the line cost itself not the phone cost as well

@EE Thanks for the reply Dom. Is that regulated or a voluntary scheme? How much do you expect to gather and spend on these services for services for vulnerable people? Should investment in the service not come from profit?
