    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @LucyGoBag @virginmedia Tell me about it. To make a data protection complaint to @ee Data Protection team, there was no email address or phone number, just a webform hidden through several clicks on their website, or the option of a postal address.

    @EE how can you not help a vulnerable person with children to not have access to their phone. My daughter been on the chat all day to supposed vulnerable team and just keeps getting told “not available on her account” wth a customer of ee for 6 years , I’ve been a customer for 15

    @EE I've had a look on the website but I can't find an answer.. can I buy a week roaming thingy from you to use in the USA?.. or as my phone appears to not support esims, will I have to buy a SIM card from a US network.? 🤷

    @EE Actually not so good and yeah from a dodgy mobile number I was pretty distracted earlier on so far no damage on any of the cards used for the shipping & have frozen them until such a time as one replaced them can't believe I even fell for that one but I'm definitely off the boik
