Muteant (@theoverlordunit) reported@EE I do have network envy because your signal doesn’t work at all. Ee has garbage service, and all customer service says is turn your phone off and on again. THE worst provider I’ve had the misfortune of using.

Its come up as being for video data pass and is an extra charge. Not sure why as I usually use WiFi and have 40GB data which i certainly don't use. Can you help?
