    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @EE Promise everything, deliver little Why is it so difficult to get the a/c holder changed on my phone? Out of contract, so very easy to move. Shop no help at all, phone useless. Told change can’t happen for 2 months. Now looking for other providers. So disappointed.

    @EE In answer yes it does appear calls are handed from the BAI communication network to the EE’s network ok (tried it out lol)

    @EE myself and my husbands phones are both failing to ring out, we've tried 150 and also not working we had a message that work was carried out 18th July for 1 day. Please can you advise

    @EE Hi EE when I joined for broadband, I was under the impression you would terminate my contract with my old supplier, but that doesn't seem to be the case?
