UnTzY 🚶🏻 (@untzy) reported@dcuthbert I'm on @EE and over the past year it's become useless. Says 5G doesn't load anything. Worst part the mobile signal is shocking and it drops nearly every call. As Soon as i'm out of contract they gone. Would be nice if they let me out for providing a **** service.

Arnold Smith (@ArnoldLabour) reported@janettocornetto @EE If you can get online using wi-fi, maybe you could install a navigation app that just uses GPS only and doesn't need an Internet connection. The US is quite big, I'm guessing there's places without mobile signal.

Arnold Smith (@ArnoldLabour) reported@janettocornetto @EE Thanks! If you have any further problems with Google Maps, there's probably free apps on the Google Play Store (Open Street Map etc). Maybe very basic but better than no map at all.

Simon (@Simon_McNair) reported@lebara customer service isn't a patch on @EE but it's too late to change now. I wonder if, in a years time, I'll be moving back to EE.

Matt Bennett (@MattBennett93) reported@EE I can’t say that I’m impressed with the @orange service that I’ve been put on whilst in Barcelona! I’ve never had a problem with @movistar_es that I got up until this trip! Signal dropping out and still no connection when the signal returns! 🤷🏼

Brian (@Brian70362077) reported@vitaelectrical @EE I do, It was BT engineers made the connection error at the main exchange. EE are my broadband supplier point of contact who passed me to BT when a connection issue occurred

darren styles (@darrenjstyles) reported@EE I reported a fault with our Broadband last week, it was supposed to be fixed by yesterday, just so you know it’s still not fixed and nothing has been done by Open Reach, no updates, which is really poor customer service, and cost to me paying for something that isn’t working.
