  @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

  @EE The issue is that no decent signal here from any of the providers. It's something I know our local council and MP are trying to address but, so far, are making no headway. But any tips on making calls during power cuts and with no mobile signal would be appreciated!

  @EE we have 6 days of intermittent services. Access to account challenging. EE have given another customer reimbursement of a monthly charge for a days interrupted service Another customers restrictions? Why?

  @EE hi there I’ve been told I need to send back my WiFi router otherwise I’ll be charged however I’ve messaged service desk on here several times but they’re not responding!!!!! We didn’t receive any postage information or barcode to send the box back.

  . @O2 I keep using your bad network due to priority and it's been weeks that it won't let me even access it. I called your customer service repeatedly and they have no idea what's going on. I'll give it 2 more days and then my husband, parents and I will switch to @EE
