Chris (@ChrisHa21736755) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE The UK mobile companies have been dealing with massive 4G and 5G investment costs and ever decreasing margins due to reducing contract prices. Meanwhile mobile use continues to rise leading to network congestion. All part of a healthy competitive market you might say.

๐๐๐ ๐ (@a_n_n__m) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Canterbury has dreadful mobile network coverage too. Wherever else I go in the world, itโs not a problem.

๐ท๐. ๐ผ๐๐ ๐ถ๐ข๐ก๐๐๐ ๐ (@IanCutress) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE What did you do in the years you were in government to fix it? Plenty of time to do something, and yet. Stop virtue signalling and find some introspection.

Alun Morgan (@Broomrig) reported@EE I have tried this to no avail. Do me a favour, you try and navigate your website to report service disruption and see how you get on. The UX you offer is dreadful.

Photo man (@ach59) reported@EE The bots are useless recommending the same thing without understanding the issue. The router works & generally gives between 500to 800 Mb BUT although the four EE wifi extenders recommended & fitted by EE engineer glow aqua they have no connectivity = no TV, Alexa or heating

Richard Bentall #FBPE @richardbentall.bsky.social (@RichardBentall) reported@Gmcswineyyy @EE This is the worst I've come across for a long while. I am actually quite shocked about how I've been communicated with by their complaints team.

ะฉฮฃBBY (@TheonlyWebby) reported@EE how do I make a complaint about your door to door people? 7pm. Presses the ring doorbell. Doesnโt wait for a response. Hits the door like heโs coming through it. Just as my 10 month olds had gone to bed!

Mark Beardmore (@Beardmore8Mark) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all
