@Leelamou @EE I had the same thing, it wasn’t much more to get a brand new phone than it was to stay on a sim only deal. I moved to VOXI which are a Vodafone owned thug. £10 a month for 15GB and unlimited calls and texts and signal really good and strong

  • andyb8600 andy berns (@andyb8600) reported

I endured @ThreeUK for 9 years. Their UK service was terrible but their #feelathome service kinda made up for it. Now that’s gone I’ve left with three lines to @EE , Why didn’t I do that sooner, I can now get a signal. Why would anyone put up with @ThreeUK terrible coverage.

  • infectedgene ignorant (@infectedgene) reported

@EE After spending ages on the phone with loads of different people no one offered an apology. I've been with ee for quite a while but have left now as the customer service I've experienced has been incredibly poor.

  • infectedgene ignorant (@infectedgene) reported

@EE thanks for wasting my day by sending someone out to fix my Internet to just turn around and say we need to send another engineer out. Took the day off work and now need to take another day just for @BtOpenreach to do the same thing, which I can't do. Pathetic customer service

@Leelamou @EE Contact upgrades team.. they wont give youthe information on what you are gaining and losing and tell you you are getting the earth to sign you up but its worth a laugh.. i have been with them since Orange motorora flip days and still never got it right first time.. im off too..

  • E5Grizzy GrizzyE5 (@E5Grizzy) reported

@Ofcom I am finding @TheO2 service unusable in Central London. Often calls are dropped. When I have to take payments on my phone I often do not have the coverage to do this. Can I cancel this contract without incurring early cancellation. Never had issues with @EE

  • DunstanWClarke Stan Clarke (@DunstanWClarke) reported

@ee here we go again. Txt from ee saying I can upgrade early with no fees. Website wants at least £360 and double my monthly bill. Just working out how to cancel and go to someone who knows what they’re doing #rubbish #avoid

@KieranF94450500 @EE same here, service has been shocking all day
