  @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

  @EE @SamsungMobile @SamsungUK are you just conmen? What a joke- 9 pound in parking and 2 hours for them to just say the phone’s damaged. How is their damage if you haven’t checked the phone??? Screen protector not been touched and they said no visual damage ??? It’s a known fault

  @lizardbutts @MarkyTalk @EE As I said to Mark, buying the phone outright upfront is often significantly cheaper long term. Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

  @DerekAllan61 @EE I too have had so many issues with EE/BT, spanning in excess of two and a half years. Wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.

  @dalli_72 @EE I get 5G but it’s poor. Get 5G then back to 4G then back again. That’s why i think that phone signal in UK is behind US,Canada Europe and Asia

  Dear @EE what’s the point of me accepting a contract renewal over the phone if you neither progress it, nor advise me of any issues? I’m making all the calls and getting no real answers here.

  The worst network customer service i have ever seen @EE . I made an order and customer service said they can’t do anything because the order is still at @parcelforce . the worst courier service in UK. I will terminate all services from EE.

  @EE Support required. Business support is closed. I can’t log into my account for over a year since you upgraded my account to business (known issue). Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.

  @EE I am currently overseas and for some reason, despite buying an international add-on, l can't make calls which is annoying. I have called the 'customer service' number but the options are wholly unhelpful and don't address my problem. The App is also useless. Please advise.
