Hey Tails 👋 (@TailsQuest) reported@EE Guys I pay for uncapped speeds and have 5G across all these devices, 2x iPhone and iPad yet I get this problem all the time I do speed test and it says 70+mbps as well as still devices are overheating/frying and typing on my screen at the same time every time I get a new device??

Cate Hart (@CateTyduCymru) reported@EE I’ve done that, they opened a case, heard nothing since and internet been on and off since. I rely on the WiFi calling to talk to my oncologist each week. I pay over £30 per month for a service which doesn’t deliver. Got better service from BT copper wire!!!!!!!

Alan Royston (@pagechord) reportedNot only is your customer service appalling, @EE has the audacity to inform me I can only view my bill via your App. Why? I receive my bill by email which I can cope with. EE would cause havoc in an empty house! I am aged 76 and feeling totally marginalised.

John Ford (@john_ford_uk) reported@EE Support required. Business support is closed. I can’t log into my account for over a year since you upgraded my account to business (known issue). Last 2 days we have partial internet on all 4g/5g devices. Streaming tv, WhatsApp intermittent on all devices. Need help ASAP please.
