@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@EE Could do with a way of ordering a new esim online without being charged? I just signed a new 2 year contract and am changing phones. Don't really expect to be charged for something digital that facilitates my use of the network. No biggie tho, phone call sorted it

@EE I’ve already called and they just apologise. At this rate I’ll be on your new RPI pricing before I get the kit. I assume I can cancel the order. Would I still be held to a notice period?

@EE Disgraceful customer service from EE. As a longstanding customer I upgraded to a new plan and was promised beats headphones. Despite 5 calls of over an hour each no progress. Managers apparently at home
