    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @EE your broadband is a mess, 3rd day in a row dropping out regularly, now unusable and can’t get through on the phone since the signals so poor in my area👍🏻

    @EE I beg you to get in touch with me - I am now approaching three weeks with no land-line, no broadband, no mobile, intermittent wifi, multiple engineer call outs, no resolution. Back to work Monday and I really need this to be fixed.

    @EE Just tested my speed with as advised by your help page, got a high of 3.19mbps when I was upstairs, went downstairs on got 0.02mbps (router downstairs).

    @mickbrace @EE Hey Mick. I’d advise avoiding @EE They have some very shady tactics when the end of your contract comes around. They erroneously charge for services and then left a red Mark on credit file which they refuse to rectify. Customer services full of ‘computer says no’ types #EE #avoid

    @EE Hi, I am moving to an area of slow WIFI speed. Someone has advised me that I can get a router and a SIM card to combat this and have quicker speed. How do I know if your network would work well enough for this in my area (I am currently with EE so was hoping to stay with you)

    @EE hi, having problems with my WiFi at home, won’t work but says it’s connected to phone, etc. having to use 4G. None of the devices in house are able to use services requiring internet

    @EE my smart hub has been flashing yellow for the last hour. I have rebooted everything, unplugged everything and started again and it just won't connect. Can't find anything on community. Please help!
