@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@EE Customer for 19 yrs, always had 4+ products, horrendous service for last year&half. Upgrade offered iPhone 12, 1GB for £35, when I called back to sign up I was told this offer didn’t exist&given a higher monthly quote, still waiting for the promised call, last tweet ignored

@EE I’ve been with @O2 for donkeys years, and I’m yet to get a signal at any even that holds more than about 300 people!! Drives me insane when I can’t go live at events because I “have no signal”!!!

@EE Really unhappy with you this evening. You wiped the phone of my fiancee which held a number of important details for our wedding. Not to mention, the lax attitude from your customer service teams is staggering.

@EE Why everytime I go to upgrades its either site maintenance or cant load right now and tells me to call....I thought was a problem that day but its every time 🙈
