@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@EE @Emilyb_1991 If you call upfront hiding that information in the tiny, endless small print then yeah, guess so. I left EE after many years due to continued price increases, appalling customer services and too many ‘brand new customers only’ deals. Rubbish.

@EE why take £30 credit of 76 year old elderly person. It was unused credit…even though didn’t make calls needs mobile in emergency- no EE email to complain too! I don’t have time to call too busy being a super stressed carer so don’t ask me please supply email

@EE Been having problems with missed / dropped calls and data in Burton on Trent for weeks... Just had a text that I'll next get an update for the site / matlst issue on 18th April - how long does it take to fix!

Have been with @EE for many years yet am unable to change my direct debit details despite being on their chat service for an hour! Pretty poor for a tech giant, maybe time to make a change in supplier

@SimonDunmore @ThreeUK @EE Was in Majorca last week Simon and they blocked me because I'd reached a spending cap limit i hadn't agreed to and apparently needed to pay £2/day roaming even though id been with them for 3½yrs. When I did get a signal it was 💩. So likely losing another customer here too
