    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @EE my wifi is not great at being picked up upstairs in my house, If i turn my WiFi off on my mobile my EE 4G is literally 1bar and slow is there anyway as a good will gesture you could send me a signal booster.

    @EE I think after the service she has had recently she will be leaving and looking for another network , it's not just the upgrade it's not being able to see what your using on your account , I am afraid to say @EE are not doing themselves any favours with these two customers

    Absolute fed up with @EE never getting a signal didn’t bother me much before but now my mam is generally really sick how I’m a supposed to receive or call my family to hear news about her on a daily basis

    @EE Yes. It’s been ongoing issue for years (since Orange and T-Mobile merged removing some nearby transmitters) and it’s getting annoying now. Most calls either drop out or it’s too muddled to understand.

    @EE Everytime I use your site, whether it's on laptop or phone, it's just really slow, pages take ages to load. Last night I was trying to upgrade and no matter how many times I click the Sim only deal pop up to go away, it reappears over what I'm trying to either look at or write.

    @EE Thanks, but that isn't the answer. Your sure isn't up to scratch and it's pretty horrible to interact with. The same pop up shouldn't keep coming back up, that's an error that needs addressing immediately.

    @EE But this has been going on for months now and you have fixed it once , only for it too happen again @Ofcom you really need to be looking at @EE for there awful service to customers

    @EE Then I'm still being valued lower than a new customer who you'd assume would be eligible for F&F on what's a completely standard deal on your website. Hugely disappointed at such poor service to existing customers 😕
