  @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

  @EE I’ve tried to call but I can’t call, I’ve already set up roaming, it’s working, I have no spend cap, I’m on a local network. It’s not working. I can’t call to check a delivery if calls are not working from my phone…

  @EE Hi, there appears to be a network issue in the SG16 and SG17 postcode regions. Several of us in the region have no mobile phone or data reception. It’s impossible to report via 150 when you have no reception. The Report A Problem web page is down and tells us to phone! 🤯

  @Samishlol @EE I'm paying my contract off as it works out cheaper than paying the amount for a service I mistakingly taken up on my recent upgrade for next 24 months & when my TV & Broadband contract finishes that will be cancelled as well

  @EE again absolute shocking service from EE ordered additional handset for my bussiness over 4 days ago, no order confirmation, when I ring CS passed through multiple departments which results in automated message saying that are too busy to speak to anyone. EE are a joke really

  So @EE have moved my mum's broadband installation date from next week to October, giving her barely any notice. She's an 86 year old widow and this is the second time they've let her down in a year. Her existing deal with @SkyUK is ending soon so she'll have no communication.

  @bmstewart2004 Was with @EE who are ****. Just left them for @Virgin £91.99 for e'thing+1gb. Was stuck in a 2yr contract after being forced to switch from BT. Was paying £118.99 for 38mb broadband and ltd. tv service, FTTP not available til this yr, tried to lure me to stay with FTTP. Do one.

  Less than an hour after an @EE home engineer visit (that resolved nothing) we’re down yet again. I think this is now the beginning of the end. Hey @Plusnet 👋🏻
