  @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

  @EE - is there anyway of talking to someone from abroad which doesn’t involve a call. My calls aren’t working (data roaming is) but I can’t call anyone - not even you to help me fix it!

  @EE prices have gone up, which doesn't bother me, but what does is when the internet shuts down so many times daily any reason why and my bills paid on time every month

  @EE this is already after about ten days trying to solve the problem by just getting an esim which after about five different online chats and in store visits literally never activated. i just need a working phone.

  i wiped my broken phone in anticipation of the new one i booked @EE / @Chubb to deliver today and now tech support are like oh it's pending wait a few days and i have no clue what's going on but i now have no access to any comms except tweets and DMs and emails if you're a freak

  @EE Appalling service. So shocked to have received this diabolical customer service from you guys. Me and my friend applied for a new phone on the same day. Since we have not been able to access our pac or numbers. We have had wrong bills and billing dates. An extra phone.

  Hello @EE 07850 957 539 is on your network. Calls coming from it pretending to be @Visa security department. Someone has to have registered this number with you. @actionfrauduk this number should be taken out of service ASAP.
