  @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

  @EE Do you have network issues?? I can't make or receive calls. Some calls that I answer are not connecting properly and the caller is getting my voicemail?

  @EE So is there no way I can get that back now? This hasn’t always been the case has it? Reason bought pay as you go sim was because it’s for a back up phone, designed to not be used unless needed and other phone is down!

  @EE Hey EE. I need help but cant call atm as at work. I have my phone which I've paid off now (contact ends 28th) and got a new phone for christmas. I went into the EE store and got a new sim card which was cheaper as I'm poor. I NEVER got told it takes 30 days to cancel. (prt 1)

  @EE Joined EE broadband after being told you would communicate with my previous provider to cancel the existing contract. This hasn't happened and I have had no communication from @ee to suggest there was a problem... Very disappointing

  @john_seto Time to switch providers then. I'm a huge fan of @EE business customer service is very good.
