  @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

  @EE I’ve spent allday being told there’s no issues, when in fact 30house down the road have had no internet allday and have been affected if your on EE, BT & Sky so why aren’t your staff being open and honest about the situation????.

  @EE why is your wifi so bad? Told you it would be when i joined. But as usual your bit doesnt understand and no humans. All i wanted was to add another extender At least BT were mostly helpful, even their autobots sometimes. Ee now help whatsoever

  @EE So today our internet has been down since 10:30am, 30 houses have no internet so there sending an engineer out tomorrow he’s going to be busy!!!!! Why didn’t they just say there’s a site wide outage!!!!.
