  @EE tried to renew my contract and agreed on a price and the agent is like "don't worry about the contract the pricing is wrong but it's right on my end" ??? Do you think I'm stupid? I've not signed anything and now it's gone through? I've had confirmation emails. Unwind this now

  @EE They wont raise a complaint for me. Been trying days. Because you sent me to store to send the phone off. Store wont raise a complaint your ee repairs team wont either. And customer care said no a store issue. Store send me to customer care

  @EE Done that today - they reset the mast (even though your system said no internet issues) now it’s even worse than before!! 4 hours I’ve been logged on with minimal activity…. How do I complain so I don’t pay my next bill as am not paying for service we’re not receiving!

  @EE Hi, please can someone respond to my complaint sent yesterday morning, urgently! My Mum has been without a landline for two weeks, due to move from Plusnet. My Dad is in a home with Alzheimer’s & she has to keep topping up her mobile to stay in contact. Causing huge stress!

  @EE How can I phone if there is no signal and I don’t have another phone or landline? I don’t know it s a local issue, phone issue or network issue. Thanks for your reply not actually being any help at all. Not a can we have your postcode to check for you?
