@EE This morning I had no mobile internet at all at my home. I had to leave my house just to try and use mobile data, and even now I cannot properly check my emails or browse the web. This situation is unacceptable and clearly shows the service is not fit for purpose.

@northolt3103 @EE Yup it's awful, and the price is madness. They are still better than the rest but I use Mozillion it's much cheaper and uses the EE network and roaming in Europe is free.

@Jamie__Gray1 @EE I just got over a similar issue with them, with upgraded authentication requirements buggering up my account access. Took a 45 minute call to Level 2 support to get it sorted and they still couldn’t really say why it happened. What was wrong with a good ol’ email and password eh?

@EE hello! My stepdad recently died and his phone says no SIM Emergency calls only. Any ideas? It doesn't look like airplane mode is on. We think the hospital may have changed a setting or disabled something as settings appear to be picking up a SIM

What's with all these fake @ee customer service and help accounts on here? Try complaining about your mobile signal, they try to get you to WhatsApp them. No, **** off. Build a better mast in Earl Shilton.

@EE 25 minutes on the phone to your customer service so far, I only want an e-sim, I passed security 7 minutes ago, and put back on hold. Do any of your managers ever try and pretend to be customers, might be an eye opener.

@DavesMateAl @TimHarford @EE It's the best network Well, used to be... Depending on masts etc. Call them and say you want the best value or SIM only and sort it out that way. It complicates it to link to broadband but makes sense if out of contract with no plans to move house.
