    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @EE How do I make a complaint???? It’s NOT acceptable to reply to people who tweeted hours after me and ignore me. Then leave me waiting over an HOUR in a live chat. No one is speaking to me and it’s outrageous & causing me more mental anguish😡😡😡

    @EE So is there a cut off date for new contracts not to get the increase? I am still within the 14 day period so can cancel and re do if for example it's cut off from the 1st March

    @EE EE are by no means 'UK's number one network provider'as they, or Kevin Bacon likes to say...my contract of 4 lines is up in November and I, and many like me are gone too. Shameful behaviour. Hopefully we'll leave in droves and they'll see how poorly they've actually treated us.

    @EE Why are your price plans so expensive ? I want to upgrade to the s23 Ultra bet cannot warrant the massive jump in my price plan to £85 per month, I can get the same phone on a different network for like £30-£40 cheaper per month

    @EE Any idea on why my signal has plummeted to > 1mbs (from 12mbs) and literally downloading at KBS over hotspot? happened yesterday at 3pm and hasn't bounced back

    @EE Yes. But I am very unhappy with the concept of a new contract after 38 years a customer! It’s no way to treat such loyal customers. And, quite apart from really poor communication and the service dropping out after 31/2 days. @MartinSLewis

    @jamiebennett92 @EE I don’t even get signal at my girlfriends house where I am half of the week, absolutely not justification on such a steep increase

    @EE Any chance you can advise on how to stop keep paying over the odds on an expired contract please? And to ensure the account is still under my name? Only you closed my local store and I've given up trying to use the actual phone (signal here is dire). Ta
