@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@EE To be clear: the problem is the tower. 4g on phone is also dreadful, and neighbours have the same issue. So it's not my router/ my house, it's the tower that's down and it reeeeally needs properly sorting pls.

@EE Had @EE for 6 years, got BT too and pay probably nearly £500 per month. Nothing but issues. Executive Complaints don’t keep to their promises. I would avoid EE like the plague. @EE your four Phones, Laptop and Home equipment at the Post Office on the way back. See you in Court.

@EE 1/2 Avoid these like the plague. Supposed to be the best Mobile Company and CS, nine years running. We decides on the Mickey Mouse? The Company is like a MM Company, taken me to cancel a DD and contact a Marc Allera, let’s see how long it takes him to get in touch….
