@nattyw82 @EE I’m glad it’s not just me but It’s so frustrating! I’ve got 3 phones on my account so I think I’m going to have to cancel them now as the contract end dates come up and switch networks. EE are impossible to get hold of to sort it out :-(

It’s a good thing I pre-ordered @SpaceX Starlink. @EE service has been down in the bays since Friday and no solution until the 7th!! Unacceptable when these communities rely on 4G for home internet because landline broadband isn’t an option!

@EE Guys, I've had basically no reception in CB6 for over a week now, and it had been highly erratic for a month before that. You're relying on my internet provider for me to make and receive calls, so why exactly am I paying you full price for a service I'm not receiving?

@EE got there in the end - please send a shout out to Jordan Richards on the helpline who was so, so patient and helped us out with a tricky issue

@EE Part of the issue is I asked DPD to call their driver and get him to deliver, apparently DPD cannot speak to their own drivers but you guys can (I am unsure how that makes sense). I did try to call EE but you had wait times of over 30 mins so I gave up.

@EE Two things, please change the hold music, it's horrid. More importantly why can't you do call back as an option. Other non-phone companies do, surely make happier customers, and less customer service grief?!

@EE Any update on coverage in the ST10 area? Day 4 of no service now…

@EE Reasons to avoid ee 1.Stupid waiting time to talk to customer services that done care 2. Uprage with them wait in all day and phone never comes (days work lost) 3. You call retentions even after they have failed you as a loyal customer only to be let down again ☹☹☹

@EE My home router has been down since Friday evening. I appreciate this may be related to power cuts due to the storm, but is it possible to get an update on resumption of service? TD8 area
