    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @WeAreOpenreach @EE good morning We have an engineer appointment for this morning but I’ve now been informed that it has been cancelled and booked for tomorrow. Yet EE say this is not a missed appointment, how can that be? We have broken phone cables since Tuesday.

    @EE Yeah. It’s useless. Keeps testing the line saying there’s no problem when clearly the internet dropping for 3 hours at 8pm for 2 nights suggests something is up If it goes tonight then Starlink it is

    For all the British “knowledge” prowess, they can’t get their websites right - BA, EE, BT - all garbage! Complicated nonsense that just doesn’t get the basics right. Trying to get hold of customer service is a whole different ballgame. Yeesh! @British_Airways @EE

    @Ofcom Could you help direct me in the correct path. @EE sold me contract which as been billed incorrectly for 5 months since I been with them, 1 hour calls each month to get them to add credit and not fix the issue. Endless managers and complaints and it's making me ill.

    @EE hi there I’ve been told I need to send back my WiFi router otherwise I’ll be charged however I’ve messaged service desk on here several times but they’re not responding!!!!! We didn’t receive any postage information or barcode to send the box back.

    @EE I’ve been without a working phone outside my house for 4 days now because of a signalling issue (meaning when I’m outside my house I have NO contact with anyone) As well as no one being able to call me from my house. When is this issue going to be fixed??

    @EE @craig_trickett The link you share says no issues which is a lie as there is ALWAYS Issues, is this your clause for use not to cancel our contracts for you providing bad service? Fed up of it now!
