@EE how do I progress a proper complaint ? I tried yesterday and was offered some £ compensation which I agree but this shouldn’t preclude me from pointing out a process issue on your side ?

@EE Frankly having a recoded message tell me you would check strength of signal to me then hanging up. Then text to say it’s ok. Then for following 2 days texting to say working on signal problems in my area without apology was not impressive. So already not happy with EE service.

@MarcAllera @BTGroup @EE I’ve reverted to Religion for an appointment to fit my fibre. Unreal! Even the automated text robot lets you down. “We’ll confirm in 24 hours..” 4 days later… the robot says NO. Appoiments 5-6 week lead time if u get past the robot.

Bloody hell @EE what a stupid idea for an advert! Absolutely triggering for people with claustrophobia or agorophobia. Heart is pounding and I’m sweating after watching that 😡😡😡

@EE Is your network down as completely lost signal here in #Carlisle #Cumbria - just at home? No bars. Never happened before and it had been playing up the last 2 days when no calls coming through.

@EE Hi, my name is Callum btw. Basically we have really poor wifi. I called you’s up yesterday and they sent a guy out from Openreach today. He did a speed test and said everything was fine, but the wifi itself was poor.

@EE my £10 pack won't top up even though I have £10 credit. Tried texting "now" to 150 and called 150 as well. Any chance of some help before you steal my money if I make a call?
