@EE Hi, hope you're well? I was wondering if I could get exact copies of a contract I signed up for? I tried the online chat but they weren't much help...

@EE Hardly as first time was a complete block out with an error message and second time it cleared after 5 minutes. Just strange how you can claim best network when after being with other providers I never had 2 wipeouts in any month

  • Doxfive James (@Doxfive) reported

@EE our broadband is down and I’ve checked all the usual suspects. Trying to contact customer support texts me from an SMS short code which @Plusnet (my phone provider) don’t support! How can I get my problem looked at/talk to a human?!

  • kaz_harris Kaz Harris (@kaz_harris) reported

@EE Brand new pixel pro 6. Doesn't do WiFi calling! Spend over an hour on phone to tech. They can't resolve. Tell me I need to do 2 hour factory reset. I have no signal at home, a mum with dementia, I work full time from home and I'm a single parent to a 4 year old. Terrible service
