@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

Phone bill being increased by over £7, @EE are *************** here. Blaming it on inflation, yet another company that probably makes record profits each year. Hang your heads in shame!!

@EE your price increases are disgusting. A few pound yeah I understand but £9.94 . And to add 3.9% on top of cpi. Terrible business in the middle of a cost of living crisis. I can see lots of people leaving EE

@bouldie @EE That’s shockingly bad!!! I’ll be leaving them@in November when my contract is up as I had a similar increase. Thankfully I’m over half way through my contract. Is there a 14 day cancellation period or anything like that in your contract?

@EE I think the issue may be when they attempted to change my device. last week, it has been knocked off my account. I haven't yet attempted it, as they were long queues

@EE very poor show on the price increases, you didnt need to use the total inflation rate as at Jan, you could have taken half that rate, but no.

@gcampbellmusic @EE IT IS OUTRAGEOUS!! £6,60 for me on top of the amount I barely could afford. Lately the service is not reliable either!! I’m leaving this company after 5 years.

My phone bill increasing by £8 a month (that’s 7.5%) in line with ‘inflation’ is outrageous. It’s time to call out companies like @EE who are profiting from and taking advantage of the cost of living crisis. Is this 7.5% increase affecting every customer? Shocking!
