@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

I am so annoyed that @ee have been over charging me for 4 months, on my phone contract, and despite many calls to them - they pass me from one person to another and it never gets resolved. Anyone else had a similar experience? #ee #overcharged

Day 73 of #PhoneGate Still no further response from @SamsungUK on the updated error report. Still no deadlock letter from @EE either (Royal Mail doesn't work Sundays) I am stuck in purgatory with no sign of escape. #ChristmasInIsolation

Looks like @EE love to con people out of their benefits package, upgraded to the newest phone on the basis I’d keep them, only to have them all deactivated, can’t get through to anyone, atrocious service! #badcustomerservice #complaint

@EE Are there any issues with the network in Central London? Over mobile data, some websites do not load, eg. 'community. ee .com', & 'isitdownrightnow. com'. Additionally some speed tests work and some do not. Issues aren't present over WiFi, they also persist after reset...
