@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@ee #EE why is the App so bad? Only works intermittently and when it wants to —so unreliable— have reported both on here and by phone but nobody sorting it out—expect better from BT/EE —very bad

@EE Every time an engineer turns up they say there's no parking and just drive off. Now your advisor said I should pay the council for parking. This, to fix a fault that's been present since install.

@EE The question is why don’t you? This problem affects many of your customers. I’ll be changing back to BT as apparently this is the only way to resolve it.
