  @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

  @EE #crapservice #worstmobileprovider How bad is it that you book a call with EE to discuss leaving and they don't call you back. Then you request to unlock your phone and 10days later you are still waiting for the unlock code! Useless service.

  @EE are there issues in a Coventry with your service? I can make calls & access the Internet via mobile data but when people call me it goes straight to answerphone. I've tried turning on WiFi calling and reset network settings too and it's still happening.

  @EE Thanks for coming back to me @bt_uk beat you too it 😎 they have called the EE tech team for me and they confirm a power outage at the transmitter locally to me so hence no signal on our phones or our hybrid connect router 👍🏼 @bt 🥇🫶🏻

  @EE hello, please can you tell me if there is an issue after the storm yesterday? I cant make calls as it says not registered on network. Wifi calling works to everyone but to EE. I am in the GU16 area. Thank you
