14.4% price increase @ee? You have to be joking. I’ve been a customer for nearly 10 years and I have 3 lines. I will be leaving in the next 2 months due to this increase. #CustomerLotalty

@EE I literally signed up to this contract in January, you can't justify an increase of that size 5 weeks later, especially when factoring in that a portion of the cost of my contract is for the device itself and not network related in the slightest.

@EE so you have already done the ***** deed of hiking everyone’s contract by higher than inflation which is bad enough but you’ve also increased the cost of some ‘add ons’ by 50%. What’s the justification for that one?

@EE I get that but when I only have 2 bar signal on 4G when you claim to be the best 5G provider, a 14.4% rise is ridiculous

@EE Problem is, you actually contacted another line on my account, even though I am the main account holder. So if they hadn’t forwarded the text, I wouldn’t have known.

@EE Cut and paste reply, nice. My usage on your network is about to fall to 0. I’m done with companies like EE ripping people off. I hope more people vote with their feet.
