  @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

  @EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help

  @EE So I signed up for broadband and changed x4 of my sims but apparently your employee made a mistake now you won’t honour it 😡 Rubbish service and liars @Ofcom why is this acceptable behaviour if I made a mistake I would be told im stuck in contract early termination fees!

  Nice @EE paying for an iPad for 7 months longer than the contract as it never showed an upgrade option, strange how my phone plans do.

  @EE It’s a moto E13 I think but it’s no good trying to guide me through it as I’m not with her again until next weekend. I am trying to find someone who can go with her to the shop in the hope that they can, at the very least put in some emergency contacts for her

  @EE @EE How am I meant to check local service issues if ya own website tells me it can't even get information from its own service? Kinda need the data i've paid for or should I just request a chargeback and swap providers?

  @EE credit where’s it’s due, EE staff, both call centre and online help, sorted me out a treat with my holiday coming up, actually got told that as a loyal customer they’re happy to look after me! #refreshingtohear

  @EE We order a TV and it’s damaged. I spoke to the customer service more than 1 hour and 1 person ask all the details and waste 20,25 minutes and pass the phone to another and she asked me the same questions and pass to the other. EE supply chain giving a time slot 9am to 5pm 1/1

  Hey @EE how do you actually speak to a human to resolve a fault!!! Been waiting over 2 hours for someone to help fix my broadband issue... pretty poor customer service
