@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@EE hi, I’m abroad and unable to make or receive any calls. Data works fine as I have the roaming day pass. Every time I dial I get played a message that outgoing calls are barred on my number. Please can you help? 😩

@EE hi all I am thinking of joining ee soon but I do need to know a few things first. 1, is the app fully accessable using the iPhone with voiceover. 2 do you support the Apple Watch series 5 so I can receive calls when the phone is switched off(as a standalone device).

Dear @EE You just lost my business: Forever: 1. Your website made it too difficult to upgrade or do simple account stuff. 2. You telephone support is [ironically] useless. 3. The passive/aggressive 'please don't leave' call pissed me right off 4. Your Kevin Bacon ads are crap.

@EE Day 17 offline. We were told yesterday afternoon it was definitely being fixed yesterday. Wasn’t fixed, called that night, told the handler had just lied to us and it was never going to be done yesterday. Spoke to a manager who advised they’d call us today at 10am - no call.
