    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @EE hello. I'm paying for the roaming further pass smart benefit. It worked fine until October. Now I'm being told I'm not eligible for a roaming pass. Nothing has changed. Same phone, plan and bill. Can you explain or fix?

    @EE 2/2 number we have had on the account longer, but the 5678 contract is 5G & has more time & we only need the one number now. I know you can get a pac code when changing networks but unsure if that work inter network

    @EE if we have 2 lines on an account but one’s contract is about to end & want to cancel it, can we internally port the number on the account thats closing to the active one? So 5678 would become 1234 after we cancelled 1234’s contract.. if that makes sense it’s just the… 1/2
