@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@EE No need to DM. It’s the same issue I’ve told you about over the last 5 years. There often is barely any network connection. So phone calls are extremely difficult.

@EE, not sure what is going on but apparently I've used all of my Data even though I've accessed nothing but WiFi and the racked up £30 + of charges.... what's going on with the website. Called 150 and had someone talk to me about an upgrade with security information? #Help

@lisapoulton10 @EE Yeah if we wasn’t in a lockdown & the store was open I would of gone in there least the staff there listen & understand basic English & don’t try to give you something you don’t need etc part of me felt like telling him to stick it & cancel the contract ,

@EE when will fibre be available in my area because I don’t think I should be paying for crap like this I have regular EE WiFi as soon as fibre is available in my area I will be the first to get it I have to work from home now and to do all my work and also play games it’s hard!!

@karleburford @EE Seems more ridiculous to me that I am probably at a higher elevation than you, and have much less in the way of building structure, surrounding me, Of course that may have no bearing on the signal reaching me🤔
