@hugh_boner @EE Prices ain't an issue despite the high prices. My issue is hardware. I have unfortunately come to the conclusion that @EE Dontbwant me as a customer despite being a legacy customer, my disability seems too much of an inconvenience for them.

@jarvefromossy @O2 @EE It's been awful in various parts of the country for me

  • petergmartin1 Peter (@petergmartin1) reported

@EE @windowlickerrrr Sorry but the price increase is ridiculous. No one anticipated increases by this amount a year ago and customers rightly feel exploited. I’m relatively new to EE after being with a previous provider for 30 years. I feel let down and will now leave at first opportunity.

  • MarkR1892 Mark R (@MarkR1892) reported from Peterlee, England

@EE @jon_mann Many contracts were taken at inflation levels nowhere near where they are today. You can't possibly suggest that people should have expected last year's 10% increase and this year's 15%, especially when there's no significant improvement in the service.

  • jennifer2142 Jennifer Davison (@jennifer2142) reported

@EE There is literally no point all you recommend to do is use wifi calling. I’ve called about it so many times, there seems to be no issues but when I can’t make a phone call inside anywhere unless I have wifi clearly shows there is

@EE @OPPOMobileUK I have a transcript of the conversation which confirms your error. Your colleague has admitted that you are at fault. Yet you refer me to the ombudsman to claim the money you cost me… awful

  • KurtColbeck Kurt Colbeck (@KurtColbeck) reported

Gotta say I regret going down the eSim route. Completely got no service at all now until a physical SIM arrives to activate. Don't make it easy to transfer to a new phone 😒 @EE

@virginmedia @O2 Match made in heaven - don’t think so. Told my pretty basic package goes up from £60 to £75, yet a new customer can get a better package for £29.99. Phoned to ask if I could have the same & was basically told to bugger off. Not much point sticking around then. Off to @EE we go…

  • ian_safc_1974 Ian (@ian_safc_1974) reported

@EE Well Sarah given 3 of my 5 contracts are up. You will be losing a customer of 25 years on at least 3 contracts.

@EE Unfortunately when i signed up 12 mnths ago i didnt expect such increase. There are providers who still offer broadband+landline for 22.50 where with you broadband only will cost me near 35£. And threaten with fine for early exit. 15 yr customer
