Mr Gray (@Monetization26) reported@tholumusam @EE We still have no signal, we still have no internet, no call back, still no engineer, still no 4gmifi and the customer service has been shocking with being lied to miss advised and when telling the you rely on internet for your job they just aren’t bothered. Completely shocked!.

Oh and also take into account the number of times I’ve called during the course of the complaint as well as accept fault
