  @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

  @EE Spent 73 minutes on phone with Sebi (23 mins), Graham (12 mins) & Henry (38 mins) of EE earlier. I have a big issue that Henry promised he would find a solution for & then call me back. That was nearly 5 hours ago! He initially said he'd be back to me in 10 minutes. DISGRACE!

  @EE very disappointed in your false offer of some Buds. Voucher code doesn't work. Have phoned twice getting promises of a new code being sent & receiving nothing. Been with @EE forever but now having 2nd thoughts.

  Changed to @EE broadband, awful coverage in the house beyond the living room and dining room, on top of this trying to sort my home phone with them, i think its now 4 times they have failed to complete my order. Really wish i had just stayed where i was.

  @EE when are you going to fix the pathetic coverage in Edinburgh? Since BT got their grubby paws on EE huge dead spots have appeared. Don’t text me to say I’ve got super 5G when I can’t even get 4 🙄

  @EE Still no resolution on this. After all day trying I was eventually told on Monday the 12 month would be created for me. Only for the contract to be sent over at 24 months. When I queried they said contact again in 48 hours for it to be re written. Now being told o can’t have it

  @EE dear EE I bought a £35 unlimited data sim for a Mifi device that isn’t tied to a particular network but I’m unable to activate it.
