    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @EE No, I haven’t. Although when I spoke to someone in your customer service, they said that we haf already used the offer. This is definitely not the case!

    @EE It's more a DPD issue but my phone was to be delivered today and I was by the door and it was marked as delivery refused. I need the phone asap.

    @EE Could you take action with your diabolical network today? It has been nightmarish where I live, BUT not just where I live….it’s in huge parts of the country. Are you aware how much money people lose when your network is not functioning?

    @EE Avoid ee at all costs and please don't place an order with them you will never see it I switched to ee from o2 and after waiting 4 weeks for a handset inly to be told might be another week I cancelled and went straight back avoid avoid avoid avoid
