    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. @EE has been amazing for phone signal, but todays customer service has been the worst… Almost had me in tears, eventually 2 managers in they saw it was their fault. PAC acquired, but now where?

    @EE you’ve charged me for 8 months at £31pm after my Apple Watch contract ended. Your customer support who were sympathetic said they’ll only give me back 4 months worth. Very disappointed long term customer. Will look to take all accounts away in May.

    @EE Its been the last year and a bit! My 4g home Internet is awful and your company has lied basically. I have no idea what the benefit of 5g is to a town of less than 5 thousand people is, especially when they already have high speed broadband and decent 4g. Once again its.....

    @EE Engineer called . Identified fault existing on main cable 70m from property ie first telephone line to primary box some 500m away. He has to come this week and try to find fault. My internet is working as before and likely to intermittently go down until main fault found.

    @EE Hi, just letting you know, it is still broken online (not showing flat number & crashing on edit) but the folks who replied to my email quoted the correct address (with flat number) so I think the most you can do is to lodge an internal tech ticket for the website.

    @EE why is it so hard to cancel a business account with you? 5th phone call and now being passed around to people who can't help. Latest excuse is that we are an Orange customer - says EE on the top of the monthly invoice!

    @EE ......the rural folk that get screwed over. Its a complete joke. My kids suffer because of it as well with their homework. EE never accepts fault for it either. It's basically oh well and thats it.
