    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @EE disappointed! Firstly got insurance and you are not able to replace my phone, and it's been a week! The customer service has been shockingly poor! Also, your network coverage in parts of Southend is shocking. Literally no service in Thorpe Bay and Clifton terrace!

    Hey @ee Now over a year since my local area started having issues with mobile data. I get text updates every week saying the same thing. Can I get more of an update? And some compensation for the rubbish service?

    Heading to the USA soon, @EE are charging me £11.40 to use my phone for 3 weeks (excellent customer service too) @O2 want to charge my husband £126 for the same thing Think someone's #profiteering here #lostacustomer

    @EE If they couldn't be used together, firstly the system shouldn't have accepted them. Secondly, the purchase shouldn't have been able to progress to credit check phase. Checking credit in the unattainable is just illogical and poor practice. I'll let trading standards etc decide.

    @EE I have been with you for years. Could never fault your service but for the past 6 months I’ve had no end of trouble and I’ve given up reporting the problems as nothing gets done. I get fobbed off and told there is no issues even when I submit evidence suggesting otherwise.

    @EE we seem to be just out of reach of the 5G mast in our village. All phones now have poor signal/data connection and calls dropping at home. Not having any luck with online tech team. Help?

    @EE No you can’t. Sure if your in one of the big city’s but as I work all over the uk I can tell you now Kevin Bacon tells lie’s. The phone signal is terrible & as soon my current contract is up your getting binned.
