Obviously the upfront cost is quite large but generally i've found you save about £100-£200 over 24 months doing it that way. I'm with EE for internet as well so that brings it down

Alan Aldridge (@afaldridge) reported@EE @Vizique During my protracted time wasting with your customer service somewhere along the very long, frustrating line you ascertained that I indeed have a fault. All I am asking is, if I have said fault all I want is an engineer sent round to have a look.
