@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@Cymru @EE @LiamJCullen As a Cardiff fan I hate seeing this being made to be club thing. How did he get man of the match though?? He was awful. Davies was class, Rodon was class and my MOTM, Roberts actually had a decent match. This isn’t a club thing, but Cullen is poor. Had 1 good game but that’s it

@SimLocal @EE @Ofcom I’m unable to use my eSIM that is active. I’ve been to your Heathrow Terminal 5 store but was told to contact online support since they can’t help me. I’ve contacted online support but no resolution. Please refund my money!!!

The very first step to customer retention is showing them empathy when they are frustrated with your service but @EE 's customer service is highly traumatising! The company should listen to the call we had with their sale rep: Marty! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!
