@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@EE so let me get this right. Your warehouse team open Apple products breaking the seal in the process to update them then put them back in the box and ship them out when customers order? Is this true as it’s what your customer service team have just informed me?

It’s ridiculous how @EE thinks it’s ok to bill you for 5 months straight without doing anything about the service issue in the area. At least have the courtesy to offer your customers a discount while the problem continues.

@EE absolutely disgraceful. Ordered phone on Monday and was sent email to contact you. 3rd day trying to get through been on hold for over 1hr and still waiting tonight again. Awful customer service

@EE why am I paying so much a month for an old handset. Upgrade only happened feb/ March this year and battery life is awful. I have been a customer since 2007! My friend has straight away got an iPhone 13 and is paying a lot less.

Dreadful signal across the board today @EE in WN2 area of wigan, no 3/4or 5G and terrible call connection with an age to wait to connect to the other person. Checked online says no issues but obviously not the case.

@EE ... And still the saga continues. Still no.@EE phone signal in my postcode. Still complete dingy from @EE customer service. Good to know they can still send out the bills though...

@RadioBorders competition is grand...be better if @EE sorted their signal out so people can receive calls be gutted if missed it because of their signal issues! Been crap all week
