    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    Over an hour on the phone waiting to speak to someone at @EE which is an absolute joke. Not even a queuing system so you know where you are. How are they winning awards with this type of customer service ??

    @cononeilluk @MikeyPB @EE I now know who not to move to when I next renew my mobile contract! Not acceptable to treat a disabled customer in this way. If you cant provide the service they need release them from contract.

    I’m disabled. I've had to move to a new apartment where there is no EE signal. EE knows I'm disabled & they’ve told me ‘We don't need to guarantee a signal inside U should walk outside till U find one',even though they know I can’t. EE won't release me from my contract. @EE #help

    @EE does anyone actually work in customer services been trying to cancel my daughter’s contract since 9am this morning been on hold in total nearly 6hrs on/off as they won’t let me cancel in store

    @MissLauraHolmes @EE Hello @EE, Very disappointing to hear how you treat disabled people. This is unacceptable behavior. You need to release Laura from her contract, since you can't provide the service you're being paid for.

    @MissLauraHolmes @EE Come on @EE! If the service Laura is paying for you to provide, you need to agree to cancel the contract without fees, or provide signal booster. You've got to have one or two of those knocking around that you can install without charge.
