@EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

@EE Incompetence to the max, what a complete shambles of a set up you are running... working from home doesn’t mean poor customer service.. cancelled two numbers on the back of several waste of time conversations..

@EE Phone is ok Jason, as per my tweet, it's not just EE, but also with Three, O2. Can't confirm Vodaphone as never used them.

@VodafoneUK Already have a complaint manager looking at it. But you letting me know that final bill is in normal cycle and your website confirming within 22 days I don’t think you have a leg to stand on thanks. The date on the bill was March 2021. I have been a happy @EE customer since 2018

@EE @Ofcom I have had very poor customer service from #EE they have taken no responsibility for my issues with my phone, but instead cold transfer me to other advisors who have not known what is going on. Very poor customer service. I have lost all trust with #EE 👎😡

@qucharski @EE I intend to take it forward, base on the packaging the phone was originally due for sale in the Czech Republic, I'm guessing somewhere in transit it has been banged causing internal damage to the battery which in turn as caused the scream to crack when it as heated up.
