  @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

  @EE On top of all of this we have had to lose our original account and told to sign up as a new customer. We have been a BT/ and now EE customer for nearly 20 years ! this all due to an EE error. @EE @WeAreOpenreach

  @EE My roaming was all set up from my previous trip a few months ago. I've never had to take any additional steps prior to this. If I turn my phone on and off or manually search, it connects for just a minute. Already said I don't have access to another phone.

  @EE I may move my own phone & 2 family contracts to EE. Before I do, confirm whether EE has ever, currently, or plans to provide free/subsidised phones SIMs data or other support to organisations assisting illegal immigrants or asylum seekers in the UK? Straight answer please.

  @EE Had no service on my phone for 14 hours. Can't use live chat on website as you have to send me a code & I can't receive them. You suggest ringing 150 but I can't make calls. App isn't any good and just hits a dead end. Help! 😳

  @MsVespertilio @EE EE are awful they charged me 270 pounds for a supposed breach of contract , they admitted that they have no proof but I had to pay in protest!! 15 years as a customer down the drain never again with @EE

  Went into an @EE store yesterday, safe to say service with a smile was not what I received. Thankfully my apple watch ultra finishes next month and i can pay off my device as mazuma have offered me enough to pay it off. Not only that but my wifes sim and daughters phone can go to
