On a good day it delivers 0.34 download but continually drops off. @EE has a new 4G mast near her house offering high speed internet plus mobile signal where there was none as out in the countryside.

At one point your helpline guy had me hunting round for a paper clip. Like - when did YOU last have need of a paper clip? This is amateur stuff. Worse than Gabriel’s penalty.

Twice it leads me round the houses, then says, "Weve sent you a text. Follow the instructions and you're sorted. Good bye". I need to say thanks and bye to end the call.

All I wanted to do was to set up EU roaming (and be billed 2.72 per day) for ONE of the 3 SIMs on my account. Your website defeated me.

Mark Davies (@_MarkD) reported@VodafoneUK really not happy. It seems when I call 191 I can’t even talk to someone to complain. 7 mth issue and no one gives a stuff. Let’s see if @EE are able to offer me a better service after 30 years of being a Vodafone customer.

Robert Melvin (@Melvin23Rob) reported@EE Despite your helpful Tech 1 team telling me my problem with you activating my Apple TV trial without actually giving me any means to actually use it was in hand and elevated to Tech 2 - the call back and resolution in 24 hrs still hasn't happened. Not very good really!

Some UK Tesla Guy (@SomeUKTeslaGuy) reportedSo today's customer service issue is a really unpleasant experience with @EE. I have 'Mobile Broadband' with them and, whilst on holiday, a fault seemed to occur. So I called up, got passed around, talked to 3 different people. After passing security with the first two, I still eventually got asked for a password which I was pretty sure I'd never set and, after two attempts, I was told that's it - I had to go into an EE store with the device and my passport. So I go in, and it's a billing problem. They'd sent a message to the device's phone number (which is never used, as it's a home broadband router), I'd had no email or other warning. Sure enough, the helpful store guy said, there's often no password but the system asks for one anyway. So I got a payment missed charge (lots of stuff in and out - I had missed something) and had to drive an hour round trip and pay parking to get someone who knew what they were talking about. Bloody ridiculous.
