    @EE recieved my emergency alert but my friends who had alert turned on who are @ThreeUK customers yet to receive alert is that a failure by the three network to reach there customers in times of emergency’s?

    @SkyUK Thanks for that but the problem is the line and exchange. On a good day it delivers 0.34 download but continually drops off. @EE has a new 4G mast near her house offering high speed internet plus mobile signal where there was none as out in the countryside.

    @EE Can’t get a bloody signal at work though where I actually need to use my phone. But hey, far more important to be able to do a video on a sodding beach. Get your priorities right.

    Well I’ve ditched @ee as of today entirely because they were the first to add roaming charges. I’m under no illusions, all providers will add charges or curtail use, but first out of the blocks to fleece customers is a bad look.

    @lewis_goodall @EE Are forcing me to end my contract in August and shift me onto a new one. Never did in what must have been 10 years or so with them, but pretty obvious why now.

    . @EE Such appalling customer service - will find new provider asap. EE provide absolutely no controls for parents to stop kids racking up Add on costs on their mobiles. Surely they have a duty of care here
