    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    @EE your mobile internet service has been so poor for the last two weeks. I’m having to connect to any wifi possible to even moan on Twitter. It’s embarrassing.

    @EE I’ve transferred over to EE via an offer with BT. I’ve got my sim, and put in… however my number hasn’t transferred over yet? I put the sim in yesterday, made a call.. but this morning number hasn’t changed? Any help?

    @EE @rootmetrics You can do all this and yet you can't the upgrade I was to be sorted out since 17th October! Customer focused? What a joke!

    @EE are actually ****, messed up 2 of my upgrades with false deals and almost cost me £570 ... Now blocked my 2 other numbers from upgrading and the only resolution they can offer is to put me in touch with the team that lied to me. All I want is the ability to upgrade myself.
