@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@EE It's an international number, not an international call. Just another way for you to pull our pants down. This coupled with the ridiculous price increase this year will have me leaving EE asap🖕

@EE rang ee to cancel broadband as the price was going up, they talked me into staying as I could have full fibre for a bit cheaper. Installed yesterday in the complete wrong place I wanted as the engineer refused to put it where our old one was telling my wife it was policy

@EE £56 charges to call a US number when they are in the UK connected to the O2 network is ridiculous. Didn't even get through to the person. Just kept hitting voicemail. Can't wait to end my contract with you money grabbing fekkers.

@EE Hi Chris, no issue with my account. Can access it fine on the web. It’s the app, I get a full green screen. Can’t get past it. No option to log out or anything. Tried clearing cache/ deleting app but nothing. Seems like an app issue?
