@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

The “upgrade” button on my @ee app doesn’t work. It also doesn’t work if I log into their website and try to click upgrade there. Everything else seems to work, I just can’t upgrade. Maybe I’ll see if I get the same issue with another provider.

@EE hi. I can can only use my phone thru WiFi. Can you tell me why this is happening? Everytime I try and use the network it connects to my intended call but I can't hear anything then the line goes dead!

@EE it's been two days that I have been trying to call your cancellation service number for SIM plan cancellation with no success, waiting and waiting on the line. Is that the only way?

Thanks @EE for leaving me without a useable phone for at least 4 days now. @O2 to the rescue having to use my iPads SIM card until I can get a physical replacement for you. All because you don’t support esim transferring between devices. Slow clap for @ee.

@EE I will tweet every week until EE sort this problem out. I joined in April, as a PAYG customer, and still the problem continues. No access to their APP, no ability to check my account or buy extra data.
