    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    why is @EE so bad at giving a simple answer the chat on the app and website is useless. You cant speak to a human, No one mans the X chat just automated messages !

    @EE I have been on the phone for 40 minutes and hung up. Want to take my service with me when I move. Apparently I can have a brand new service with no issue but to take my current service requires another day off of work and engineer. Why so hard to just move house. Rude service

    @EE I have only received 1 part of a 2-part order yet you have emailed saying both have been delivered. It won’t let me track on DPD either. Please help!!

    I’ve upgraded the broadband an extra £6 a month. All the new equipment arrived on Saturday and the EE guy was supposed to come today and install it. Man alive, why do they tell you they’ll come then just don’t bother and let you down. I could have put money on that hppening. @EE
