    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    @EE I’ve just sent a dm to ask for help getting my elderly mum a replacement sim. We’ve had no luck with the online help and instore advisers. Be really grateful if someone could help asap. Thanks

    @EE It's been really frustrating for being without sim card for 7 days with no issues at my end. I have received the sim from EE and porting is also done from my old sim. but now both the sim cards are not working. I ported to EE only for better n/w. but now I'm regretting.

    @EE I have ordered a sim only contract via online on 27th June. I have also opted for Porting my old number. I have received the Sim from EE on 28th June. From today both my Sim are not working. EE customer care is asking now 7 days for my issue to be resolved. Please help here.

    @EE @dan161285 I wouldn’t bother with a DM , they just give you advice on how to improve your signal , they don’t want to say anything about loss of coverage today . Demand compensation instead
