@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@rzeta0 @EE Best thing is to find one you never need to speak with ! #GiffGaff not only don't have a customer #CallCentre and dont charge you for the privilege.... But they also run the least costly and most efficient and reliable service in the UK ( based on my experience of several)

@EE hiya. I’ve had to add an add on of unlimited data for £20 it says I can cancel it anytime, but I can’t see where to do this. Please could you point me in. The right direction. Thank you

Well done Louis from Newcastle @EE you really managed to be rude, unhelpful and arrogant and very unprofessional for the entire phone call. I do hope whatever is wrong in your life is better now you have taken it out on me. Yes EE you should contact me and apologise.
