@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@EE you're broadband is awful, I cannot get a seamless service between rooms, it keeps cutting out. Your TV mini boxes also keep losing connection & God forbid pausing a programme as the whole thing shuts down! Crap service & I pay over £100 a month for the privilege. 🚫

When @ee say if I cancel my broadband (in the first 14days) I will loose the £7.50 total savings on 3 of my sims & they will instantly increase by £20 EACH ….

@EE i am wasting enough time on this... i found some time yesterday to call and the lines were shut after saying they were open. the time before that i called and my order number changed status to 'cancelled' and i received no new order number. absolute **** show. can i just cancel?

@EE I won’t be making any calls. I contacted EE because I cannot access data. The message EE sent me states that data roaming is included. Your agent told me it wasn’t and that I had never received a message. Please confirm data is included with no charge and how I access it.

@EE your smart wifi pro has decided to stop working. Its not capped at 10Mbps and latency is over 200 for download and 150 for upload. Up to about 2 weeks ago it waa 180Mbps and with decent latency. Issues seen to coincide wuth the router software being updated
