@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@melindiscott @south_eastone @EE ....it's mine from Day 1 so if someone offers cheaper calls or if I am back in hospital and need more data, I can up or down as I like, chop and change and I am on a 7 and looked after it and so this could last me 5-6 years, in which case it will be the best idea ever

@south_eastone @EE PAYG companies had a reputation with asbo/burner/council house lot many years ago but they now offer better deals than the pay monthly if you can afford to buy the latest iPhone or use Apple's 0% credit terms No issue with being on a small PAYG type network saving me £200/year

So turns out @EE have the worst customer service ever. Been incorrectly billed, logged a complaint. Been promised on three seperate occasions I’d receive a call from a manager. 5 days later still waiting. Awful.

@EE I’ve had absolutely shocking customer service today. Offering deals you don’t have. Promising to phone back but not. Disgraceful.
