    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    @Hannah_Arra @EE That's why I left years ago. In my right to cancel as out of contract. Because I cancelled they tried to take payment for months I got bad credit rating because they couldn't get payment. Try keeping you but hate it when you leave. VM are the same.

    @EE Do not try and get out of it, I have never had this problem before I can only receive texts on a phone the tablet has been switched off for ages the wifi is a long yellow wifi box and I never touch the sim it stays where it is you wasted too much of my time

    Never sign a contract with @EE they will not honour it and hide behind an app that is designed to avoid dealing directly with customers

    @EE What ******** has any “ism” got to do with EE. You sell mobile phones and contracts.

    Wow rang @EE up to cancel my contract as I found the same deal half the price with 3, first person I spoke to instantly cancelled my contract with them to stop in next 30 days then the second I asked if there was anything they could do so I didn’t change network… nope sorry!Wow!

    Soooo @EE I think I’ve made a mess out of setting up my number as an eSIM and now my physical sim is gone and no service on the apparently “activated” eSIM, so can’t get any codes etc. How do I go about fixing this?
