@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@EE I am sick and tired of complaining about your lack of service. I have bounced around several of your tech depts to be told "There is nothing we can do." You are under contract with me and you are failing to provide. Respond and fix this issue. You are appalling as a company.

@EE I'm sorry but there's literally no point in me DMing you. 2 and a half hours on the phone this morning and speaking to very rude employees that rejected my request to speak to a manager.. Atrocious company.

@VodafoneUK All I hear is, not enough folk live there, we don't care about the area. Stupid companies, need to learn: If a tourist sees me on my mobile, esp if I'm on data & is amazed, I'll say to use @ThreeUK & @EE, not #Vodafone & consider contract swaps.

@EE the service in Oxford around the high street/Queen’s Lane is appalling, please could you look into this? It’s been unreliable for a couple of weeks now. I have full signal strength there but it says 4G instead of 5G and I cannot connect to anything online

And you will know the day your internet is down because BT no longer provides it. But EE is not up or you have a way to connect. You would spent a minimum of 10 hours of the phone with the crap costumer service @EE has, and you will still not have solved it.
