@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@EE my partner joined EE yesterday, got a PAC from O2 and got confirmation from them to say he left. It’s over 24hrs but his old number hasn’t transferred to EE yet…still using the temporary number. Can you help?

@EE EE is worst customer service team. I have been talking for two hours with customer service for an issue that it's 100% not my fault and didn't reach to a conclision . End of call, customer service agent hung up the line

@cazlovescoffee @EE Damn... I usually write to the CEO. Works a treat. Look up CEO addresses. There'll be websites that'll give head honcho email addresses for free.

@EE I've placed an upgrade order with you Friday. I was asked to call you on Saturday as there was an issue with the order, and was assured that the insurance I requested was added. I've now started getting the new contract texts and both that and MyEE show no cover? Help please.

@EE Don't join or shop with EE. EE added my name and address on contract without taking my consent and requesting payment. EE can't provide copy of contract they pretended I signed. Customer service is not aware of anything Fraud team is not investigating and not providing feedback
