    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    @EE Not wanting to sound like a smart ar*e but I have already done that. I had these issues before so am up to speed on the things I can do this end. If I gave you the number associated with my account would that help?

    @EE Unfortunately still the same issue - rebooted twice. EE seems to have blocked the ability to turn 4G off in Pixel 6 settings. When it does go to 3G (rarely), data works

    @EE Hi, is there some reduction of speed or something in Brighton area? My internet speed is always reading 4G but has been so slow for weeks now.

    Just switched away from @EE where I have been a customer for years to go to @O2 - cheaper sim only contract and EU roaming still included. Companies like @EE should be ashamed for ripping off Brits who travel just because there isn’t a legal ban anymore.

    @EE kindly increase my contract from 59 to 64 a month they say there the best company best network well best network company would not increase the contract they did because they can't afford 5g so in order to they need to take more money if us even tho now my 5g phone broke

    @ee app is down and it s driving me slightly mad. App not working to move data between accounts. After spending £100 a month for 3 years now I am on sim only no data!

    @EE so pay you for a phone dpd don’t deliver it now it’s our problem to get the phone back how when they say return to EE I need that phone tomorrow and you have taken money. Going to take legal advice then. Never known to pay for something not get it and now I have to find it

    @Aprilshack @EE I've finally left them, contract is up in August and I'm going elsewhere. They've just got ridiculous with their service and prices

    @EE 1. hello, I’ve upgraded online but the EE shop won’t let me pick it up as I don’t have a driving licence and my passport is out of date. I used my work ID last time. Can you cancel the upgrade? I’ve been told I have to wait 2 weeks till the phone is returned to yourselves…
