@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@xxLouBearx @EE Who uses phones as phones anymore? Just call people through Facebook or WhatsApp, it uses WiFi so no need for signal, just need the other person to have WiFi or it doesn't exactly work lmao

@EE Waited 2 days to finally speak to someone, to e met with inflexible customer service. Clearly EE not interested in retaining customers anymore. Used to be good and very helpful a few years ago.

@EE What a waste of time you can't get a reply on here and when your on the phone for over an hour on hold then they can't help you. ask to speak to a manager. To be then told basically he can't be arsed speaking too you by the call operator. What a network. Avoid EE for your crimbo.

@EE New phone arrived. eSim won't download from app or website (know issue apparently, not that you said anything in advance). Physical Sim in pack does not work. Assume I will not pay anything until service works? Physical esim being sent- up to 3 working days!
