    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    @mouthwaite @EE I can not fault any part of the service me or the husband has received. We have both upgraded added an additional line and called with enquires. Even visited a shop via appointment. I think they are providing a great service.

    @MeStressymummy @mouthwaite @EE It doesn’t matter - she’s a paying customer who should be receiving a service she is paying for. Everyone needs to stop using this ******* pandemic as an excuse to not do their jobs

    @mouthwaite @EE I left EE when they sold my personal info to other companies . I recommend giff gaff, cheap , no contract and you can buy/sell phones it suits me , O2 network too .

    @mouthwaite @EE It must be wonderful to be so privileged that you expect better service than us hoi poloi oiks. I’ve been with ee for ever and never had any problems with service or upgrades etc. Perhaps it’s because I’m nice to them?

    @mouthwaite @EE I’ve had the worst customer service ever from Vodafone! I’ve been with them over 30 yrs I’m still waiting for things to be sorted .... 😴
