@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

So, mum gets overcharged £53 by @EE on her mobile bill. She gets a text from them saying sorry, you've been overcharged and we're cancelling it but £53 goes out of here account and she's unable to get through to customer service. #leavingEE

@EE you need a word with whoever is in charge of your spec sheets! You don't sell a Samsung galaxy book pro 2 5G in 13.3" because it doesn't exist! But you still tell your customers you do and can't give a suitable solution other than you can return it and pick another!

Hey @EE I've just moved to a new house and the reception is terrible despite the signal checker expecting me to get excellent 4G indoors and outdoors. No issues showing on the status checker either. Any ideas?

@fullstacktester @EE Their interface is absolutely terrible. Also, there was a bug in it awhile back where it didn't update..I believe they fixed that one though.
