@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@EE Load of bollocks. How much profit did you make last year. Investment but your service is shocking. Getting worse year on year

  • toootiepie Tootiepie (@toootiepie) reported

.@EE I will be joining the throng of people ditching your service due to the appalling decision to increase charges by more than 17%. Because you can do something doesn’t mean you should. I’ve been a customer for 25yrs. You should be ashamed.

  • Brolipam broli (@Brolipam) reported

@EE Thanks for the copy and paste ! Shame we can’t cancel our contract mid through isn’t it to stop ourselves being ripped off by scamming companies, contract up in September been @EE customer for years won’t be anymore !

  • trojanhorse1962 Lee Jennings (@trojanhorse1962) reported

@EE Why is your 5G coverage so ****. Your 5G coverage map is not accurate at all. Your 5G speeds seem to be 5 times slower than 4G.

  • liam_barness Liam Barness (@liam_barness) reported

@rosi_roberts_ @EE 14%!! The amount of texts I get stating ‘there is an issue in your area’. It’s already the most expensive network, that’s a pisstake

  • csummers21 Cara Summers (@csummers21) reported

@EE hi. Is internet down in FY5? All lights green on router but devices show no internet connection?

  • Rabdoo71 Robbie Dow (@Rabdoo71) reported

@EE It will be interesting to see if these large increases are reflected in investment and better service, or turn up in profit margins next year. I suspect it’ll be the latter, with you and a lot of other companies all over the country.

  • JasonMUFC85 Jason #MUFC #GlazersOut ⚽️🔴🇺🇦 (@JasonMUFC85) reported

So @EE will literally be pulling our pants down from April with the most ridiculous of price increases and we're all struggling as it is.

  • LuminolNights Luminol Nights (@LuminolNights) reported

@EE have just informed me that inflation stands at 14.4% and will be raising prices accordingly. Way to lose a 25 year + customer #EE I didn’t ask them to waste money sponsoring the #EEBAFTAs that no one would miss in a million years #ByeByeEE

  • bignes1080 Ri (@bignes1080) reported

@EE 14.4% + 3.9% on a "fixed" term contract i took out in December, on the premise of "better availability" Can someone let me know if this 14.4% as its not part of the "reasonable" annual increase, can it be used to cancel the contract without fees?
