    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    @EE hello, just wondering if I’m ever going to be able to log into your website on mobile? I’ve been trying for days to shop for a contract while keeping my existing EE phone number and I am unable to do so as I’m unable to log in. Please help :(

    @EE I can access my account easily enough, but my daughter can’t access the Apple Music add on that I’m paying extra for, and nobody at EE seems to want to do anything about it, apparently it’s Apples fault, even though the EE forum confirms it’s EE! Awesome customer service again!

    In all honesty, Virgin Media are the absolute shittiest company to use for a mobile contract. How are these wallads charging me for 2 contracts, when I’ve only got one number? Complete and utter crap. @virginmedia @VirginMediaIE 🙃 I’m switching to @EE
