@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@EE is it reasonable to leave me waiting nearly 2 months for my complaint to be resolved? Is it reasonable to leave me without access to my account online all that time, due to your webchat agent's mistake? I haven't heard from anyone in weeks now. I'm fed up of chasing.

@EE I think gifting data to friends who are on a different accounts would be a good feature coz then I won’t feel bad when I have unlimited data and my mates have none left. I would feel like a greedy bloke.

@EE Morning @EE Thank you for message, yes well happy to be staying with the number one network! I did ask about part exchanging my old phone but said it wouldn't make any difference in my price!
