@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@EE very poor signals (reception) coverage since last 10 days around Redbridge Station (IG1) area. Can you please rectify this as it’s causing so much issue and unable to make calls and use internet most of the time. Thank you

@EE I Must say, this has got to be the worst Customer service I’ve ever received. The agent I spoke to couldn’t care less. Basically told me It’s either I like it or lump it n go elsewhere. @MarcAllera loyalty and customer satisfaction definitely doesn’t matter with Ee. Still unwell

@EE so, so fed up with app, website and 4G service regularly not working, even though I pay culminatively in excess of £200 per month!!!!!!! No refunds, no answers, crap service!!!!! NOT HAPPY! #kintyre #argyll #scotland

@EE so I was erroneously sent a text day after starting new contract saying my plan was going up!! Then told £100 paid for phone would be added to my account as apology. Now, £85 gone from my account. Complain & assured it would be sorted. Now told complaint closed.Wth..
