@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@EE @sharmin_94 I meant not resolved yet and still waiting as Nathan from billing departments is failing to acknowledge the lack of communication from ee also the bad customer service sharmin is receiving.

@EE EE do nothing to help disabled people and in my case made me travel to a shop to buy something even making me an appointment only to say when I got there im not eligible. Think EE I'm disabled I ask for help you not only didn't I physically suffered for nothing but embarrassment

@EE good morning why is my wife being bullied by billing teams about the iPhone 13 she never received 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be resolved in 72hrs after receiving a text from ee she called back and then was asked to wait 72hrs and no one has since..
