    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    @EE After 1h 10m, yes. Nice chap tried to be helpful but you are refusing to increase my speeds even if I pay for it. And you want to charge me £100 to move to a service that will help. Shocking. @ofcom

    Disappointed that I’ve been a customer with @EE for 10 years, my contract is up for renewal but they still can’t match the deal @O2 are offering so I’ll be moving to o2!

    @EE Hello, I spoke to someone via the 150 message text on Tuesday who asked for a link of the deal I am trying to get I sent them a picture of it, then nothing, it keeps saying every morning we’re online now to help you, then nothing
