@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@EE I've done all that. App basics. Thats just it I dont want to speak to anyone its an app, everything should be there available for me, otherwise whats the point? For a phone company to have such a poor app is bad. A quick search can see its a problem most people are experiencing

@EE why can’t I make calls? Every time I try to call it drops. Fix it please.

@cm1380 @EE Last week had an issue with our EE Hub & line into the house, the EE guy on the phone said he could see there was an issue-that theyd send out a technician. A few days later, it stated that the case is closed. Noone came out. Do EE fob-off ppl on the phone just to get rid of them?

  • waheed2541 Waheed Ahmed (@waheed2541) reported

@EE I have not been able to acces my account online or through the app. Chatting to EE told no fix in place cannot give timescale to correct this.since December 2025, with everything online now I can’t manage my account with no fix and told to wait until EE has a fix ????

@EE_help900 Thanks for the invitation but I make it a rule to never give my PII to scammers impersonating @EE . But nice try ;-)

@VodafoneUK Customer since 1985 that's 41 years but sadly last day tomorrow as getting a better Sim only deal. Your greed is astonishing. Shareholders must be happy, I can assure you customers are not. Same for @ee and @o2 customers all leaving networks.

  • Bouault James Bouault 🇬🇧 (@Bouault) reported

@EE Is it a tactic of your call centre people, to pass the buck? Say they are sending someone out but in reality they dont do anything, just so they can end the call there and then without having to deal with problem themselves anymore. Passing the buck / fobbing off the customer

  • marifabisilva F. Silva (@marifabisilva) reported

@EE i can’t make any phone call is the network down?

  • dancelightning Dancing Lightning ⭐ (@dancelightning) reported

@MikeyNealey @EE Lucky you being able to cancel @EE full fibre. BT put us on EE rather than BT FF saying they're the same. After call, read the terms and conditions, and they're not the same, and wanted to cancel in 14 day cooling off period. They say cooling off only starts on install. Why?

@mfazaman9 @EE @TMobile I am planning to move to a different network from #ee because they offer better prices. They keep hiking the price and no time for customers.
