    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    @EE trying to top up a Wi-Fi card with no success. Can’t get through to customer services as the options given are not what I need or I need a mobile number to get any further. I only have a top up card?
