    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    @EE can you tell me when the problem with your app will be fixed. It worked fine on my old S9 but since my upgrade to S21 it crashes on entering. Tried all the recommended fixes. App reviews are full of the same issue.

    @EE Sent do uesturday no answer have new phone can’t set up my online banking as calls from my bank go to voicemail? Other calls are ok also I don’t get imsg when I’m not at home but pretty sure all the options for those are selected? Please help
