@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@EE Just spent 25 minutes on live chat with 2 agents trying to order something from you to no avail, only for the live chat to then disconnect without me even finishing my complaint. Disappointed as you're usually a very reliable service!

@EE Don’t bother , in fact go hide in the stockroom like your business account manager when I arrived at shop to query his bare faced lies he told me , worst service/ company I’ve dealt with

@EE Thanks Holly, I thought I did once but not sure. Last time the lovely guy I spoke to said it wasn’t possible and that EE know it’s a problem but haven’t fixed it. You have to ring to top up 4G mini WiFi. Useless if you are in an area without phone signal (as I used to be)

@EE Right my elderly parents are in despair about your complete lack of customer service. Rural communities not matter? Different phone calls, no joined up answers, isolation. Please help.

Anyone else has an issue during @EE plan/handset upgrade that they keep you on both plans (and presumably double charge) during the transition? I thought an upgrade would cancel the previous @EE contract.

@EE Neither of my ee phones can connect. I've cycled the feature, and rebooted the phone. I live in a lousy signal area so reliant on it

@EE what is going on with your service in NE63? 3 days in a row I’m having problems with no internet. Each time I’ve reported it your “engineers have fixed a problem” then next day it’s off again!

@EE signal I'm Pencoed, Bridgend has significantly dropped today on all my families mobile devices causing problems
