    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    @EE is there a problem with broadband in Glasgow? I usually have 50MB download and right now I have 0.43MB. I’ve already restarted the router and checked on multiple devices.

    I have a distraught friend who, thanks to Covid, find themselves suddenly with less income. They contacted @EE to see if they could reduce the cost of their phone contract. They received an emphatic no. I know EE don't have to help, but it would have been the decent thing to do.

    @EE More bothered about dogs than actually help customers been on the phone into stores and all are a disgrace regards to upgrade supposedly 3 different systems and no one wants to help CONSTANT JOKE OF A COMPANY

    Great customer service from @EE helping me to change my father-in-law’s plan so he can use his phone more to stay in touch while he’s in hospital.

    @SkyHelpTeam At such times you should be able to keep the network up and running whilst completing that maintenance in the same way as all other major utilities .How would it be if @ThreeUK turned off the cellular network for maintenance or @EE? Why do u think they don’t?

    @EE Sure, I can send you over a DM; but if its going to be me making yet more calls to be hung up on anyway, is there much point? A simple refund turns into sales manipulation, a locked account and phone calls being hung up.. what an amazing professional customer service you have.

    @EE like i said, it is never is a great deal for the above reasons. what i am paying now is around £30 pm more than competitors. im paying for twice as much data as i actually need cause there’s no other choice 🤡 it’s just burning money at this point. zero loyalty. zero flexibility.
