@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

Back in the @EE store today. Still trying to get a phone returned and contract cancelled. Absolutely appalling customer service. Nobody seems to have any authority to do anything, just shrug their shoulders.

@EE Just thought your top brass should know that I was in your store today at Bloomfields Shopping Centre in Bangor, County Down. I was served by a young woman called Jess. No older than early 20s. Exceptional customer service, patience and knowledge. A really good experience. 👍

@EE Yes there is a issue with the dunball mast and apparently there is nothing you can do about it someone else from my town has also complained signal has been shocking for months tho here
