    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    My son is so fed up with #instagram, trying to login & even to get through to someone by phone @instagram, @KarimPalant. Our @EE shop tried to help, but hadn't encountered this problem before. You say: Bringing you closer to the people and things you love? Not if he can't login.

    @EE Hi, any chance you can explain how I can upgrade from an IPhone xr(never a problem & great signal everywhere) to an iPhone 12, and struggle to get signal and doesn’t charge in the car..? #veryannoying

    @EE I bought extra 10gb data yesterday before realising I had a recurring add on. Now have 20gb extra.. Could someone help remove one of the extra 10gb please? Thanks!

    @EE Sent a DM to complain yet again about the trouble, anguish & stress that #EE have made yet another month on the line opened to keep in touch with our sick 9 yr old daughter, who is at the hospital a lot..for the short periods I arent with her! Disgraceful Company!!! 🤬😑

    I think you need to take a look at your online shop @ee - experience is terrible. Slow to the point of being unusable and the UX is baffling. I was trying to renew but do you know what? I think I might look elsewhere.

    @EE No, @EE @MarcAllera , it’s been happening since about June 2020. It was only in January that you advised it would resolved by the end of January. Still having issues. I mean, it’s not as if anyone ever needs to rely on their mobile network ....
