    @EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

    @EE Well that's a bit of a shame, pretty gutted the sales advisor didn't advise my partner to come in today and upgrade....as she is on the exact same contract to claim the xbox, loyal customer well, been with EE for years....
