@EE yep, i’ve tried a manual network search but when trying to select 3, it says that it cannot connect to the network even though i have a phone next to me which uses the 3 network and it has near full network access. the other networks are very weak and can hardly pick up.

@EE 5G often comes up on my handset but mobile network is slow and sometimes doesn't connect at all im having constant connection issues also calls dropping out etc I've done all the trouble shooting and still having the same issues please can someone sort this out ?

nice to get calls from folks who apparently @EE gave my details to talk about business tariffs. Especially when they want me to confirm details apparently given to them from network??
