We have disconnected our broadband services and been asked to send back out router however we haven’t received any packaging or the QR code that had apparently been sent. Fred (@fred6279) reported@untzy @dcuthbert @EE If the SIM part of the contract is up or is monthly rolling then you can get out of that right now while still paying for the phone. I recommend Voxi for the best signal as that runs on Vodafone.
