@ee #ee after 20+ years with you with phones, broadband and smart watches I will NOT be renewing my contract in the summer. #inflation is not 14.4%. That's a scandalous increase and will likely backfire, I'm sure I won't be the only loyal customer to leave.

@EE Thats fine. Your short term gain of £20 per month in the interim is going to lose you £130 per month once my end dates arrive. This isn't how you build and service loyalty.

Been with @EE for over 15 years. Never considered moving to another provider, even when they reintroduced EU roaming fees, but just received a text saying the monthly fee for EU roaming is going up by 50%. It’s a no from me. Contract ends in August. Will be moving to O2

@EE When are you going to fix your website. I login and get immediately get logged back out. Also MyEE App no longer works on my phone but you're happy to take my money so far.
