So now all calls are barred from my phone, there literally is no end to the incompetence of @EE I don't believe that there is a worse run company in any industry. It's almost impressive just how terrible their service is, it takes genuine hard work to be this bad.

In the latest instalment of @EE cavalcade of incompetence, they've charged me for using my minutes & data abroad, when they shouldn't, refunded an overpayment but not credited it against my bill and now my data roaming has stopped working. They are just so terrible!

@CagedChef457 @EE There app is **** too, it never works, it takes half a dozen tries, each requiring them to send me a pin by text, to get it to work, then I have to set up a pin every time and even then it usually can't show my bill details. It's a joke

@MarcAllera @EE You need to provide a decent 4g service first. Can't get signal or calls constantly disconnect, that's if you can understand what the caller is saying.

I can't use WiFi calling because my @EE broadband is also intermittent. We have had a visit from an engineer six times in the last two years and still we don't receive anything like the service we signed up (and pay) for. It's time you let me go and find better #nothingnowhere

@EE Hi, I'm having problems with my broadband since thrusday already spoke to costumer service (didn't help at all) and rang the broadband helpline... Got no answers and my Internet is still not working properly...

@EE Just moved and having to use data as haven't got WiFi yet and I can't even reliably get 4G. I'm literally on Weymouth seafront, I should be reliably getting it right now. Ive had this problem since I joined EE and was told there was an outage nearby. Clearly that was a lie..
