@EE Hi Tom have e messaged you and sent a complaint anyway. But not happy the solution was to buy another SIM card. Had to rely on strangers phones as I was lone working. Husband not pleased.

@EE we have just moved home and both myself and son cannot get any signal at all. My wife on Vodafone gets full 4G but we cannot even get 3G. What can be done otherwise we will have to terminate our contracts and switch. I am not paying for a service you can't provide

@EE Phoned today, and they basically said, we don’t know when it will be back on. Would have as well just answered and said ‘go **** yoursel’
