    @EE @Apple What is going on? A friends new iPhone 16 was crushed by a car in a carpark by someone else and you can’t do anything about it because no insurance.. even tho it can still be tracked and rings. They are still paying £65 a month for contract. Poor poor service

    @EE @adchef76 Phones won't roaming when their home network has coverage. The fix is to enable flight mode until EE service is restored, then let automatic selection do its job.

    @alwaysMadManC87 @EE Tbf its so irritating that most voicemails dont give the option to cancel etc. When I worked on calls sometimes it goes to vm either without you realising or as you're hanging up or leaving notes yourself

    @scotlabnurse7 @EE It's dreadful. Thought I'd cracked it on Friday with a very helpful Customer Service person - but the attitude of the local ee shop manager today was appalling. I'm now trying to get access to their complaints procedure. They seem to have vanished.

    @EE So here we go again - having not tried my TNT sport package since last Wednesday I’ve come back to it today - and guess what - I still don’t have the full set of services I’m actually paying for and I still can’t receive it - this really is a pile of 💩 Well actually over 3 weeks now I’ve been let down after let down after let down - After being told don’t worry your TNT sports will be available to you after midnight on Thursday / Friday I feel lied to - Totally fobbed off - Total lies from totally incompetent people - I had a service when I was with BT - it worked - how simple could it be to move to EE - it shouldn’t be difficult- How wrong I was. incompetent, Liars and couldn’t give a 💩 that’s actually what you are - 25 times you claim to have been voted the best - Let’s see how you fair with the media once I take this to them - I’m sick and tired of the whole damn lot of you !! You couldn’t manage your way out of a wet paper bag !!!!

    So had an email from @EE saying my TNT Sport is going up to £25pm, message us to cancel the sub. Messaged and they say it will cost £20pm if I want it again! So seems cheaper to cancel and resubscribe! How does that benifit loyal customers? @MartinSLewis @moneysavingexp
