    @EE Done all that, I guess as you'd expect. Seems to be the service, although I've been an EE broadband customer for a while and I guess the router's getting a little old.

    @EE the mobile data doesnt work due to such poor signal nothing like Rita ora said on tv or the man that keeps saying how great it is... is it worth contacting Ofcom?

    @EE Can anyone help? I can't actually call you as I have no mobile signal (I'm with you)for the past 6 months (previously reported and you can't explain it)whereas it used to be perfect & now my wifi is shocking. Going down SEVERAL times a day. Not ideal when working from home.

    @EE went into your Hempstead Valley store today to look at new phones shame the customer advisor was more interested in playing mobile poker than serving people!!
