    @EE By actually speaking to me. The account is in my husbands name who is terminally ill with stage 4 cancer, trying to sort a huge bill caused by EE not applying a requested spending cap on our daughters phone. Zero care, zero help and zero compassion.

    @EE Hi, when I told your messaging service they told me it was fake and to report it. When I called you help line they told me it was fake and to report it. But it was genuine ? Everything’s sorted now anyway

    @bt_uk @EE I’ve made an order for the new unbreakable broadband I was wondering before my BT broadband is activated can I use the EE backup network as my temporary Wi-Fi until my activation date?

    @MrsRSole1 @EE 30 years of loyalty thrown away. Simply for refusing to fix something that is their fault to begin with, and offering no viable solution that takes my neurodiversity into consideration.
