@EE I keep getting disconnected (X3) from your support line that you charge me 25p per call, I'm now three hours waiting on hold, you have sold me a data plan that doesn't work, signed me up to a one year contract that should have been on a per-month basis.

@EE I'm in the US traveling, I need to contact you about a missing phone and a delivery in uk that had nor happened. Its too expensive to call because hold is so long. The contact messaging service on the website is not working. No 'start conversation' button appears. Please advise

@EE Live in York. I cannot get to the internet, via my 4GEE. Two phone calls involving technical support this week and four hours of waiting on phone. No change, no call backs. I work at home. Sorry, but very frustrating.
