Nice to see @EE unable to resist the tap in of charging Britons roaming charges without an iota of a viable reason to. If you're paying roaming charges for Europe in 2021, you're absolutely mad. Go with any network who wouldn't charge , because there's no good reason to. None.

As an @EE customer (I’m guessing others may feel the same) when we can finally travel abroad again the suggestion today that you want to reintroduce European roaming charges for whatever reason (greed I suspect)will leave me looking for another provider. #justacustomer

@EE Those pressures were already there though so what has changed to justify this change (other than your profits)? Can you point me to the ‘incredible pressure’? Needless to say I shall be leaving your network as a consequence of this profiteering.

Goodbye @EE As soon as my contract is at an end I’m off to a network who aren’t money grabbing b******d. Couldn’t resist the urge to bring back roaming charges to further boost their own bottom line.

@Shouty_Dave @EE Yeah, I think for me really I just don't want to encourage this kinda ****. Seems easier to just move before they lock me in for a year.

@EE @GNU_Dinux So why did ee say at the end of 2020 that you would not reintroduce roaming charges in the EU? CAn't help but feel you're a bunch of lying spivs so I'll be roaming to a different network as soon as I'm out of contract with ee.

Over 200 days ago I got a new iPhone 12 from @EE with a 5G contract. I think I have been on a 5G network for about 60 minutes. I wonder if they will offer a refund or say they are working on getting in my neighbourhood by 2030.

@StanCollymore @EE EE, Sky and BT are the worst telecommunications companies in the UK.

@EE Only apply to those who choose to roam!!! Most people these days on holiday, or travelling, use social media. We are more dependent on our phones than ever. Adding a roaming cost, however little, is a stealth increase in price. Poor reasoning by yourselves

@EE I would hate for all this investment in customer service to then out source customer service reps to ROI or elsewhere. If you charge this all the related jobs should be i the UK
