    Given up. Tried the process exactly as stated on the glossy package from @ee with another email address. It just doesn't work. Worst customer onboarding experience ever.

    Terrible service and harassment from @EE for my Nanna 🥺 stopping her from topping up her phone, rude call takers and then the phone being unusable.

    @EE HORRENDOUS SERVICE!!! My phone cannot get a signal and constantly drops calls it can’t even pick up 3G let alone five! Been on hold for 35 minutes and can’t even get to speak to anybody!!! Business customer absolutely furious 😡😡😡

    @EE our ee phones and ee work phones have awful reception in new build house. No thick walls and postcode saying we should have excellent reception. What can we do?
