    @EE your service is absolutely shocking,my 86 year old dad still can’t get his WI FI set up,had two engineers visit,try and call but can’t speak to a human,never using you again

    @EE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CRAP………..bots that answer your calls are hopelessly frustrating and it have taken me almost 2months to get everything working in my home since my so called UPGRADE!!! Two hubs because of a problem with initial hub, likewise with extenders!!! APPALLING!
