Rach ⚽ (@RoyKentsSocks) reported@EE I recently ordered full fibre with digital home phone incl a handset. The hub arrived last week with a note saying the handset would follow due to stock levels. Our service is now up and running, order marked as complete and the handset is on our bill but still not received.

Rachel Ralph (@RachelRalph8) reported@WeAreOpenreach Our service provider has done this twice whilst we've been on hold. Both times have resulted in assurances that it will be done in minimum 2 weeks. Both times have been lies. Im at my wits end @EE
