    @EE am I the only person have signal drop all the time it’s driving me crazy and I you want to charge me £300 to cancel something that is unreliable

    @EE, will always take calls when they want money, but, if there’s a problem, ‘suddenly’ no one is available. There is mo customer care. Cue the ‘advice’ not to criticise, and ‘sorry you feel that way’ dismissal, from EE.

    @EE reduce service to PAYG users, they cannot make calls. Not that EE ever reads comments.

    @EE My pay as you go pack has just renewed and the 15GB of data has not been added, why?!!! This is the umpteenth problem I have had with you people!!!! It is not good enough!!!

    @EE Can you help please. I have a phone which as BT Sport Ultimate as part of the plan, however I have yet to be able to watch it as it requires a BT Sport ID & none of the links sent either recognise the phone number as valid or allow me to create an ID using the phone number.

    @EE I did call in yesterday, but they seemed not to be able to help and were seemingly confused between add-ons and smart benefits. Is there anywhere I can find out how to do this.
