    @EE As I've said, I've already tried around 20 times, and I've already said this 150 simply doesn't work, hence cannot be a legitimate number. How many more times must I try?? If one has to have a mobile contract with EE than this would explain it.

    @EE It's not an EE phone. It's a Xiaomi Redmi 9 bought from Amazon. Why tell me to ring 150 if that number only works for EE phones? And as I said, it doesn't work, I tried around 20 times.

    @EE I’ve been trying to contact you for 2 days, when I finally got a very slow responding chat they agreed to raise a complaint…what is this text about? I SHOULD NOT have to get in touch again to keep my complaint open.

    @stuuk11 @EE That’s my point. What happens if you need to call ambulance police or fire engine. Or ca a neighbour for help. It’s so dangerous

    @LeilaniDowding @EE Most people have a cordless phone in their home. If the power went out it becomes useless. Only corded phones work in a power outage
