    @EE HI, I placed an order last night. Just over an hour later, I received 2 emails one saying that my order was on the way and another saying that it has been delivered when it obviously has not. Since then, I am unable to track the order as it says there is a problem! Pls help.

    @EE another day goes by and still no resolution- your organisation really is the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to have a service forced on me that isn’t fit for purpose, I’m fed up with sorry, I’m fed up of the whole damn saga - your service deserves every single one of these piles and yrs It’s now 18 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

    @EE EE, your broadband service stopped in my flat yesterday. I can’t reach you by mobile as it takes me via a web link to an on line webpage to report a fault. Having done this I receive a text message to say I don’t have an account with EE??!! If that is the case then why are you taking money from my bank account. This is really trashy service and rather than run around in circles for the next 3 months I will switch. But how can I cancel an account that does not exist? What a total shower.

    @djp4cm4n @VodafoneUK Left them a few years ago after god awful customer service, no decent signal anywhere , no discounts/ upgrades over my time with them. Now with @EE. Still awful signal at home on a 5G plan but elsewhere perfect

    @tescomobile your phone signal is extremely poor, why is it so bad? Visited your St Helens store earlier today and couldn’t get a signal outside/inside the store! Oh and your WiFi is poo as well. Should have stayed with @EE but they’re mega expensive!

    @whatdoumeantho @EE Nope! I got sent in a circle of Jargon and just gave up very disappointed as i have been an EE customer for over 10 years

    @akaMrsO @Hlrybuck @EE The people in my local ee shop are very nice. But They are so laid back -they're almost supine. BT owns EE - and they are just as bad. I am not comfortable in this digital age. Bring back carrier pigeons, morse code, proper telephones, the abacus and television with 3 Channels.
