@EE actually there is, my signal lately has been terrible but I can't seem to find anything wrong, I've reset and constantly check the signal in my area but there are no issues apparently.

@EE our home lost its broadband yesterday, my wife was told it would be fixed this morning and then this afternoon and now probably not till monday, no offer too cover data usage on the mobile bill and unable to add free data due to wrong sim? Terrible customer service!

@EE Nope -No order placed -won’t get the 45 mins of life back either - wasted Complaint raised Got to wait 72 hours for a call ???? Not feeling much customer service - after before a customer over 21 years & a very racked off daughter! Great start to the weekend 😡
