@bt_uk @EE and their subsidiary dept 'Enjoy', sorry to cancel my contract with you at BT but due to the benal way the company 'Enjoy' work's who were supposed to set up my phone twice, I was left with no alternative to cancel, they're a completely useless load of idiots serious

I liked @EE so much I ordered their broadband, they've missed two appointments with no communications and now when I ring their helpline from an EE phone it hangs up. Not the best of starts, shame because your mobile service is excellent.

@EE trying to upgrade, using upgrade anytime. 13 year customer, 3 lines. Trying to charge me 100% more for upfront cost than I paid on my other line 3 months ago....bye bye EE

@EE is literally the WORST company ever, been with them since they was Orange and have 3 mobile contracts and broadband too, yet they refuse to price match to @skyuk on an upgrade and yet instead want more money PLUS an upfront cost too! #AVOIDEE #EE
