  @justnvc @EE I had a similar experience with the house my ex bought. The house had been rented 2 years before the date of purchase, but they never shut down their service. We could have moved in and they would be paying for our electricity bills as we had no way to contact them !

  @IamjustWendy @EE thats the problem. i could've done a shed load of work not knowing if their obvious internal outage was or was not having an effect on my broadband. as it happens it seems purely coincidental. and a factory reset on their box fixed it.

  @EE i cant get into the app to check the service (fibre to prem) quality in my area which appears to have taken a massive download hit today whats going on, and can you put this checking service into the public domain and not buried behind an account service which is failing

  @EE why does your internet go down for a few seconds multiple times every evening? If it’s for updates how do I change the time that this happens because it’s exactly when I need it most! Service has been appalling since day dot!
