    @EE third time in a month I haven’t received call back that I have been promised. Total of 3 hours and 8 minutes on the telephone to you so far for zero result. Can’t imagine how you would treat someone who hasn’t had several contracts with you for years! Sort it out!

    @EE I already spoken to the technical team twice this week and they didn’t help me which is really frustrating. After troubleshooting unsuccessfully, they told me there was nothing else to do

    @EE Been trying to get onto the app for hours but keep getting told something is wrong, almost impossible to talk to anyone as there's no option on the helpline. Last time this happened someone at EE had suspended my account as I had a different logon. Took ages to fix. Unhappy

    @EE Why are u telling me this now I was unable to ring any of those numbers earlier. When I try to ring EE, I received a message to say you had tried to call earlier. Not spoken to EE for over a week while they’re trying to resolve my issue. 25 times best provider is rubbish.
