@EE is so frustrating when I have an open complaint and I await for a call and I don’t get a heads up when they call and can’t call back and don’t know when they’re going to call again.

@EE had no broadband since Tuesday, spoke to your tech support on Wednesday morning and turned out to be a faulty power supply, was told one would be sent out that day, it's now Saturday and still no replacement so no broadband. How hard to send this out?!!! Official Complaint

I’ve had no internet for over a week @EE and they are not even thinking about starting on it - yiu think we have no problems with digital ID? Just take a look at Marks and Spencer’s outtage in the summer

@EE I’ve lived in my area for 6 years. The network has always been bad. I have a mast round the corner so I don’t understand why I have no 5g coverage.

@EE I need to cancel one of my sim only phone contracts as I no longer run my own business and don’t require the sim deal. I also need to cancel my watch contract as I no longer want my watch.

@drummergirl2000 @EE Yesterday, then I rang up yesterday evening and was told they have no intention of starting work yet. I’ve never heard thr like of it service is going backwards
