    @LeilaniDowding @EE We had a power cut Saturday, WE LOST OUR BROADBAND CONNECTION FOR 4 HOURS. the providers of our fibre optic broadband had a recorded message on their phone line to "email them" or use their website to report an issue !

    @EE @OliverH69492772 You go to Gran Canaria get a ferry out at sea and get a perfect 5g signal but back home down at my local sea front you no data signal at all . pathetic.

    @Wozza777 @LeilaniDowding @EE A lot of elderly people don’t have a mobile, some people live in areas where there is no mobile signal.

    @bt_uk @EE 1 month into a new internet deal and now the 3rd time I have been disconnected due to your poor admin. Been messed around numerous times. 2 engineer visits (5m each), 2 routers , 2 contracts , no email comms ...internet down today due to contract swap over , no comms .
