    I was coerced into signing up for @bt_uk by @EE and now I have a barely working, slow AF internet and a TV that doesn't work properly as it won't connect to said internet. Fuming is an understatement. Come back @SkyUK – all is forgiven.

    @EE Thanks - what is the difference in network quality between you and BT mobile? I can see they use EE but their prices are so much cheaper?!

    @MarcAllera @EE That’s great, but what about having a policy for customers affected by domestic abuse? Right now they’re being told it’s their problem, nothing they can do. No protection of addresses. No one knows what to do or how to handle except rudely & shaming them.

    @EE It’s about being overcharged since January so I guess billing/accounts. Have had two advisors say they’d sort the refund and would get back to me, but they never do.

    Morning @EE can you help? I am on holiday and only way EU roaming. But when I sent a message to 150 with ROAMEU the message back is that Europe and rest of the world roaming has been enabled! I don't want that, just EU
