@EE I am not sure if this helps, but I have had the same issue on multiple occasions over the course of the past few weeks. It appears to be limited to the "Pay monthly" tab, with "Customer service" and "Technical support" also being affected in addition to "Join EE".

@EE @EE so Christmas done and back to work and guess what still no 4G signal. Time to move to another provider I think. Only been a month - looks like top level incompetence - either that or they just don’t care?

Added a third line to my @EE contract earlier this week for one of our kids. Phone arrived on Wednesday and still isn't working. Fair to say the customer experience hasn't met expectations. Assuming there are cooling off periods for issues like this.
