  @EE made a complaint about not being able to access my account over 2 weeks ago. Promised IR would sort and also promised to escalate the matter. Heard nothing and still can’t access account. This has been going on since you swapped us from BT Looking for a new supplier 😡

  @EE I tried to phone you twice yesterday (12.30pm and 17.00pm). I am not spending 25 minutes and 45 minutes of my life on hold. Why don't you offer a call back service? @Ofcom

  @EE Looks like their E E. X has broken down. Would not recommend how things like alarms, all the mod cons in the house don’t work. One of the biggest mistakes I’ve made. I’m going to consider sky and see what penalties they will cover for me if I leave E E.

  Have been having signal issues for the last two days @EE and your checkers has confirmed that there are no issues in my area, and yet one bar and continuous EE Edge displaying at regular intervals during the day

  @EE Zero response to this - luckily I'm not in contract on the two accounts I have with EE, or my broadband so next week I'll be cancelling this service and getting a new provider
