  @EE Rang 150, menu broken Got on here, your bot told me to ring 150 Managed to get to the digital bot in the App, it just loops, told me to ring 150 Texted HELLO to 150, "Digital Menu is currently unavailable, call 150". Bill still not paid & won't be until someone calls me.

  @EE why does your internet go down for a few seconds multiple times every evening? If it’s for updates how do I change the time that this happens because it’s exactly when I need it most! Service has been appalling since day dot!

  @EE I take out a 5g phone and can’t get any signal even when it drops to 4G I pay good money each month and the signal is **** ! Don’t say check the area to see if theirs a fault either ! Sort or it goes in the bin !

  @robbopalmer @EE I got a refund off them when I cancelled my contract then received 2 letters threatening bailiffs if I didn't pay the outstanding balance which was the refund they had sent me. Absolutely the worse customer service I've experienced 🙄

  @_NFFCJosh @EE frustrating. downdetector is reporting it. my issue my downstream fibre (installed 6months ago) has gone from 900Mb to 60Mb. whilst my upstream is still 70Mb and i dont know if its to do with their "app" issues and knock on effect or my end. i've rebooted all and its the same

  @England @EE Average first half, horrible second half, I really hope that none of them play a single game, what boring football, they couldn't against a semi-professional team, they are going to suffer a lot in the World Cup.
