Dai John (@Dai_John_7) reported@EE since switching from BT to EE with the new hub all I’ve had is problems, having to constantly switch it all off and reset it. WIFI still off and call centre shut, looks like my plans to work from home tomorrow are gone. Terrible service, time to switch providers

Though it seems the phone is only available through @currys. My current carrier @EE doesn’t even stock the, nor do I think they plan too! Please help & advise

You have also had the gall to send me a bill for a service I’ve yet to receive,meanwhile statutory compensation accrues at £6.46 per day
