    @EE problem still not fixed. Phone support told us to go in store. Staff in store told us that phone support had lied to us. What do we do now?

    @Swinglow1984 @MarinaPurkiss @EE Well done, takes effort to be that nasty. How does being billed for a service that wasn’t provided to you, equate to being thick? If I pop an invoice through your door for washing your car, when I didn’t do it…does that make you thick?!

    @EE I’m not yet a customer .. I want to join, but the student offer is on the All Rounder but can’t workout how to get it on the iPhone version

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE I'd escalate this to the people level. Potentially vulnerable customer, obvious fraud, distress caused. Don't let them get away with it. Hopefully EE will see the reputational damage this sort of thing causes.

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE EE are owned by BT. I've heard EE's systems are all over the place. I'm not surprised by this. Hopefully you can reach a satisfactory resolution.

    @EE complety wasted trip to our local EE store. You’re phone support gave us totally the wrong information and wasted a whole day. Phone still doesn’t work, now can’t get through on the phone either

    @MarinaPurkiss @EE Horrible but unsurprising. BT has always been an appalling company especially when dealing with issues like these. Go straight to CISAS, Comms Ombudsman and possibly Legal Ombudsman. EE don’t have a dedicated complaints team. That’s the major issue.
