    @EE Hi, nothing needed. I’ve contacted the ombudsman to see if there’s a way of ending my contract early. It’s genuinely disappointing to see your network connectivity go so poor.

    @EE I've been on hold for over two hours today and yet again I've been cut off trying to resolve an issue that keeps happening on a monthly basis & I'm no closer to a resolution. Your customer service is absolutely diabolical

    @EE I’m trying to access service plans for possible upgrades and both the app & website constantly tell me there are no service plans available no matter what handset I choose. But if I log out it tells me plans. Will this be updated?

    @EE If by sorted u mean put in a complaint after the online help told me my phone was at my local store for it not to be

    @EE Apparently they are sending an engineer out but the signal has been out for 2 weeks. I haven’t been home all day so I don’t know what the situation is presently, I’ll let you know tomorrow
