@Devinemufc @EE It’s horrible mate. I’ve no problem with EE, I’ve been with them for years and I’ve no problem with inflationary increases. I’m fortunate enough to be able to afford them. I have a problem with them inflicting a 7.5% increase on people though. Horrible.

Receiving a very very poor level of service from @EE today. Is this what we are now to expect since they were taken over by BT? 🤔 #customerservice #iexpectbetter #yourebetterthanthis

  • CadeteFan InsanelyDived (@CadeteFan) reported

@EE How do I talk to someone who will actually listen to a genuine complaint I have that has led to me trying to cancel my broadband within the 14-day cooling-off period? I have emails to prove I was misled by an EE employee. So far no one seems interested??

  • CadeteFan InsanelyDived (@CadeteFan) reported

@EE @catgirldjh @EE could you respond to my two tweets? One about the online complaints form being broken and the other about who to try to speak to?

  • kazz1n Karin (@kazz1n) reported

.@EE when are you going to fix the 2 masts that aren't working in Bedminster? Mine and my husbands data have been really patchy on our phones. Know other people in the area also having issues

  • nepney steph (@nepney) reported

@EE EE what a dreadful time I’m having with your customer service at the moment

  • DarrenSteinmann Darren Steinmann (@DarrenSteinmann) reported

@EE can you please sort out. I feel let down on this occasion as I have previously never had an issue with the roam further passes. Can you call me to discuss as I am unable to contact EE. Thanks

  • mat_rants MatLeaveRants (@mat_rants) reported

Thank you @EE for causing yet more stress. Why would you send an existing customer a new number when they update their package. Easily fixable? I hope so. But why create the problem in the first place? More wasted time on automated systems is just what people want.
