    @EE thank u for leaving me vulnerable with no money in my account and no food in my cupboards not even toilet roll cause u messed up an over payment refund on 26th I’ve been penniless since that date I am on chemo & have multiple health issues including severe mental illnesses

    @ShaunClarke04 @EE charging of your phone is covered by them. if you're using up too much data they will alert you to stop watching Netflix so much. if you're not using all your data, they will tell you that you can save money by going down to a cheaper plan which you can do at any time.

    Is it quite easy to switch mobile networks and take your number with you? Would have liked to have stuck with @EE because I've been with them years but their 'best' upgrade deals are poor compared to others
