Impressed with @EE support last night & text based line check with @bt_uk which saw an @OpenreachHelp engineer here first thing to fix a line issue. Less impressed the fault is a result of neighbours ignoring a cable marker, digging it out, and then cutting said cable!

  • Rizzie47 Rizzie (@Rizzie47) reported

@EE Hi guys, I’ve been having really bad reception coverage for the past 2-3 days and with that hardly any 4G. Are you guys doing maintenance around my area? Thanks

  • electricmonk111 Andy Key (@electricmonk111) reported

@Isv71903127 @EE I'm aware of that, but if you have two numbers and two contracts on the same account - as I do - then EE ask you to call them for the codes. (Also I wanted to check that they wouldn't close the whole account down as soon as the first PAC code was processed!)

  • baffledonlooker Baffled Onlooker 🏡😷 (@baffledonlooker) reported

@EE Hope your 4G signal is haggis friendly, that's an area know to be part of their migration route.

  • TomBWFC95 Tom (@TomBWFC95) reported

@EE Singal in my area seems to have been poor since Saturday l. Postcode BL4. Had 1 bar all weekend and today.

@EE hi, I have a flexplan which I need to cancel as I've just started a contract with you, can I transfer my number from my ee flexplan to my new ee contract?

  • RamseyMatt87 Matt Ramsey (@RamseyMatt87) reported

@EE Wouldn’t get your hopes up, parts of the south of England have had poor/no signal for a few days

  • rachelbbridge Rachel Bridge (@rachelbbridge) reported

My router dropped out, one call to @EE and they are sending out a replacement as well as upping my phone data so I can hotspot in the meantime... best customer service always.

  • anouskagrace Anouska Linney (@anouskagrace) reported
