  @EE Have phoned no. supplied. I just want to report App is not working, despite re installing. The menu system to report an issue with the app seems to be non existent!

  @EE you sent me an order confirmation email and a plan confirmation email last Friday but apparently my order didn’t complete. Still not responded to my complaint about this and your previous response on here was also dreadful. UK’s best mobile network? Absolutely unbelievable!

  @EE I’d really recommend you provide the service I’m paying you for. Don’t see what calling the tech team will achieve when it’s your end that’s the issue, again.

  @EE With respect, your call centres have failed spectacularly to help me in 15-20 attempts. They have put me through to Apple support, BT support, cut me off, not resolved my issue. Why would I call again? You have had a life chances. @Offcom is my last resort.

  @EE got lots of problems with my internet connection when i am out and about besides being on full data plan i now see my mobile data is switched off very unhappy with EE as I can no longer call you to sort it

  @EE your new customer service method is rubbish, i call, i get a text message browse some bloody site, to get another text message I WANT TO TALK TO A BLOODY HUMAN not do this ridiculous rigamaroll.... Absolutely poor design choices...
