Phil Coyne (@PhilCoyne) reported@EE I've already done that and been referred to the Ombudsman and given £40, leaving me with a phone that doesn't work with two years left to pay. Doesn't seem like you have taken it very seriously, especially considering the flags on my account that all advisors should be aware of.

Wozza (@Wozza777) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE You use the mobile network
-
Neal (@wxmsmith) reported@EE please provide a contact link or phone number to discuss my mother’s account with you (I am on the account). Your website is no help
-
Carl Meah (@MeahCarl) reported@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk @EE your service is absolutely pathetic 👍

stuuk1🇬🇧🏴 (@stuuk11) reported@Wozza777 @LeilaniDowding @EE A lot of elderly people don’t have a mobile, some people live in areas where there is no mobile signal.
-
Wozza (@Wozza777) reported@stuuk11 @LeilaniDowding @EE I’ve been all through this with my parents they phone switches to the mobile network when the WiFi is down
-
Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!

Jules (@julesw1lko) reportedAnyone had .@EE chop the phone line of an elderly relative without consent ? What did they do about it? @Ofcom any input ? I am absolutely raging that a 90 year old has had her phone line chopped (a number she’s had for oh, 60 years). And the customer service are not great

leilani dowding 🌸🚜 ☮️ (@LeilaniDowding) reported@JimBob1046620 @EE There is when you live in the countryside with no mobile service

Emma-Jane 🇬🇧 (@Cadisbikes) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE This has been forced on my father. So the power goes out, he lives in the middle of nowhere, no mobile phone signal unless he treks out into a field and up to the highest point,.perfect for a man in his 80s. Easy target for thieves, cut power, no 999 can be rang.
