    @My_Metro The mobile signal and tunnel @EE relay hasn’t worked between Gateshead Stadium and Gateshead for months. Used to have full signal across the entire route but now I get no service from Gateshead until we get towards Central. Is there a known issue?

    @EE you filthy horrible company. I was happy with BT and when I tried to tell you I don't want to be with EE and canceled my contract, you put a £2000 bill on me? ... Awful. Good luck. @bt_uk .

    @hrrylolz @EE They constantly lie. I was offered a iPhone 17 pro max on the app telling me I was eligible tried to do it. Told I can’t. 25 years a customer can’t even do a better deal on Apple Music for someone who has 3 lines with them. We’re better off elsewhere!

    @EE It's been 10 days. Every time I speak on the phone to someone, after being put on hold for ages they eventually get back to me with a completely different answer. Today I was told that the original engineer booking was never actioned in the first place! We will be leaving @EE

    @EE Hi EE I'm having issues logging into the app ..I've deleted it and installed it several times and it keeps coming up with error messages "were having trouble with Wright now" ...I can log into my account via your main website.

    My 96 year old gran who is more or less deaf and never wears her hearing aids has somehow got a voicemail service added to her phone by @BT @EE and now can’t get to it fast enough to answer it. My father phoned to cancel it and was told it’s cancelled but it’ll stay on her phone for a month. This is a very vulnerable elderly woman that has no requirement for voicemail. This should never have been added in the first place and it needs to be removed immediately! I wonder if someone got commission for setting this up?

    @EE you sent me an order confirmation email and a plan confirmation email last Friday but apparently my order didn’t complete. Still not responded to my complaint about this and your previous response on here was also dreadful. UK’s best mobile network? Absolutely unbelievable!

    @EE I’m looking for some help with regards to my old contract phone, we’ve given it to my daughter, set up a new Apple ID but it’s went into activation lock. Contacted Apple and they need proof of purchase, we don’t have that as it’s been 2+years Is this something we can request
