    @EE Yes I signed up to it but never got notifications last time around so I don’t hold out much hope this time, last time I didn’t get an email and only knew because of a tweet you guys pig out but by the time I read it they had all gone 😭

    @EE Why is it whenever i have problems with my broadband yous always have to blame things. Like my xbox is too far away from the router? Its been working all night but now cant apparently load apps or install games. Absolutely scam of a company.

    Here's an idea @EE - self-provisioning for eSIMs. Let the user request an eSIM swap - commit to an additional charge - then provide them with the QR code on the web portal. No need to post, reduce inbound calls, happy customer, win/win.

    @EE @EE you was the only ones to reply... Shame your upgrades department don't have a better attitude and just ignore the text service. Showed them a better deal. And they just ignored me twice.
