@EE I purchased 2 x s21 3 weeks ago on gaming unleashed bundle and somehow they was both put on the wrong plan the last resort from your customer resolution team exec was to return the phones and offer me a good will gesture of 30 as the deal has now ended ....really frustrated

@EE It was to call universal credit for an advance loan as have no money,managed to get £5 top up but was swallowed up waiting to be connected,thank you for a dire service.

@BBCWatchdog are you able to help a town where @EE service has been unreliable due to mast failure and people are having huge problems getting compensation or getting out of their contracts?
