@EE I work on a busy ind est and my usually strong signal has been non existent for four hours, making calls & data usage impossible. (i'm using a neighbours wi-fi to send this!) What is going on please as I can't work without phone/internet?!

@EE Left and right hand problems today. Yesterday helpful 150 lady ordered replacement SIM card and put message on the system so that my wife could pick it up in Store. Today people at SHREWSBURY wouldn’t look at the system without account holder present. 3hrs & 35 miles wasted

@mouthwaite @EE I’m due an upgrade with @SkyHelpTeam but get refused even though I’ve been a customer with them for 15 years and had 3 phones and 2 sims on contract think it’s the industry have gone to **** I’ll be leaving sky for sure I need a new phone

Hey @EE so, its quite clear youve sold my number to third parties & its driving me nuts. You're Actually allowing 3rd party scammers to call your customers phones constantly. And @VodafoneUK your just as bloody bad because these HM Revinue and customs scammers are on your Network
