  @EE Guys I pay for uncapped speeds and have 5G across all these devices, 2x iPhone and iPad yet I get this problem all the time I do speed test and it says 70+mbps as well as still devices are overheating/frying and typing on my screen at the same time every time I get a new device??

  @MarkyTalk @EE Try @spusu_uk same network, fraction of the cost. Apparently they manage this by only providing customer service via WhatsApp (although I find it works well). Only issue I have is no Direct Debit option. Just card.

  @EE how on earth can you have 4 bars of signal and 5G and yet you can’t do anything online. Horrendous!

  @EE Hi, my mother has been trying to get through to your customer service all morning with no luck. She’s disabled and is struggling to find the correct number/option to speak to someone. Would it be possible for someone from your team to contact her, please? We’d really appreciate the help. Thank you.

  @bt_uk now being told there’s a area fault that will take a week to fix?! A WEEK. Forget using this service and forget using @EE as providers. No urgency at all. Pathetic

  Been with @EE /Orange over 20 years and now having to pay a small fortune to get out of a non competitively priced contact? 2 phones on basic SIM only..1 out of & 1 in contract (10 mth left) £23 pm! £5 pm each on Sky . £117 to cancel plus new cost £22 for 1 SIM. @MartinSLewis

  @omotforest I've just signed up, when @ee sold their broadband to the ***** at @BT I felt I should just continue the service but then despite being a customer for 8 years they did a hard credit check which ****** my credit score for a year. So cheerio ********.

  @EE Thank you! Just transiting through to head to Switzerland. I’ve restarted my phone several times and turned off WiFi. It’s not giving me an option of purchasing an add-on for 10 days. Please help as I don’t want to be stung with daily charges.
