I was told by @EE there is music channels and also told them my Dad pays for a Netflix for me which gives us 4K and no adverts, they said I can just sign in with that. It says EE don’t have screen sharing so it asked me to £13 to pay on top. I’ve placed Cancelation now 😞

@RalphUpton @EE They used to be good. Can’t get thru to anyone now. Before my bill is due they have stopped my data even though I have unlimited everything. Very very poor. Leaving them. Disgusted

@EE It's impossible to get the info I need from EE. Going round in circles. Keep calling 150 which doesn't give me the info I need. Login to my account, tells me to text 150. Arghhhhh...service has gone downhill SO much. Please provide a number where I can speak to a human.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE EE & BT who owns it are the worst company in terms of customer service I have ever come across, I dumped BT a year ago because of it. I know several people who have had long running issues with EE overcharges that they say they will sort out & then don’t

Hard to believe it was possible to receive the level of customer service received today from @EE Three hours of me phoning them. Spoke to 11 different people. All very apologetic about the mistakes made. Told what my options were. Made my decision. They’ll get back to me.
