    @EE just sat waiting to be spoke to on your customer service line and absolutely nothing, completely disappointed in the in the uks number 1 service provider for the last 8 years

    @EE what’s up with your website and app - I can’t add any add-ons. All I get is an error page or 404 page (different errors appear for web and the app). Adding some data would be great!

    @EE if you don’t answer your phone calls how do your customers get help? I upgraded on 12.08.22 but got charged today at my old contract rate…. Maybe I’ll just cancel my DD and pay what I should be-oh wait you’d be in contact with me quick fir not paying even if it is your fault
