@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Very easy solution - make the companies offer roaming to their customers when their service is poor- no infrastructure required, just a flick of a switch! Gives UK customers the same service as uk visitors much in the same way when we go overseas #roaming4all

  • jaykona3670
    JC (@jaykona3670) reported

@EE still waiting for the extender hub to resolved. Donโ€™t say call customer services on 150, it doesnโ€™t provide anything other than a rubbish text message service using a BOT.

  • No_to_wokery
Provoke the Woke ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™Š๐Ÿ™‰ (@No_to_wokery) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE You had 13 years to fix this mess. What do did the Tories do in government again ?

  • jaykona3670
    JC (@jaykona3670) reported

@EE Tried that and end with a text message service that I have already been through about 4 times with no success. I was given no option to talk to a guide, the call just hung up at the end. I canโ€™t book an engineer as the link provided by the BOT will not load.

    Paul The Runner (@paulierunner) reported

@EE your signal has been utterly useless of late, even on major A roads. You are a business-prevention exercise. Please sort it out.

  • Nigeblueboi
    Nigel. Red. ๐Ÿšด. Tories/Reform = Dreck (@Nigeblueboi) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE No wonder you're out with the washing posting crap like this. Your mobiles don't work or you can't operate them more like, so any resources allotted to cycling infra and pedestrian safety can gtf.

  • cunningstuntss1
Hope is NOT a Strategy (@cunningstuntss1) reported

@EE And the Broadband connection has just gone down again this morning. What is going on? This broadband service is unreliable. Every day, it goes down.

  • BuzzardCapital
    Buzzard Capital (@BuzzardCapital) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE 2010-2024. More things your government did **** all about. Sit down and shut up. Catch you tomorrow with your next hypocritical whinge.

  • CouncillorLuke
    Councillor Luke Bennett (@CouncillorLuke) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Correct. I had a better reception from my first (Cellnet) mobile in 1995 (in Devon)! Gone are the days of being able to rely on a decent signal! Despite that, ugly / tall mobile phone masts are everywhere (with zero effort to camouflage them or place them 'sensitively').

  • MikeCloudsdale
    Mike Cloudsdale (@MikeCloudsdale) reported

@EE @TomTugendhat Ditto in SW London, usually only get one bar of signal and frequently have issues with calls cutting off or breaking up.
