    @EE No you have a find X3 neo listed whereas I have a find X3 pro. This is the second time I've had issue with this - you had previously had it that I was trading in an iPhone 12 pro max (the device I am upgrading to)

    @EE Yea the 1st, I got a letter from EE confirming this on 7th May. Was live with Vodafone on the 2nd. I got a text on Thursday saying my service had been ceased then Friday got another text saying my bill would be £39.48 :/
