    @EE my phone is persistently losing its Internet connection. Every few seconds. Across multiple apps. I’ve rebooted, reset network, deleted and reinstalled apps and I’m up to date with iOS. What on earth is going on???

    @EE after spending hours on your website messenger, on the phone and in store your tech department established the issue. The phone I was sent was blacklisted and marked as stolen. It is finally working

    @EE your 4G router service is atrocious. Have been non stop problems for the last 2 weeks. I’m trying to work and it’s impossible with the internet dropping out every 5 minutes. Have reset router 3 times already today.

    @EE Hi, I have DM’d with an enquiry regarding EU roaming, please can you help? Been charged £3.32 ex VAT for 48.15KB usage. Expect the £2 per day for using my data, calls and texts, but a little concerned about the random amount. Don’t want to end up with a big bill. Thanks! :)
