  @EE @RaPiDkIlLzZz Come on…. EE have been having huge problems for months, maybe years. I’ve not been able to access my business account on the app or online for something like 8 or 9 months. Can’t get a statement. Can check contract status. EE have admitted they have enormous tech problems.

  @StaffsComms @EE @TradeStandards business internet through EE. Hasn’t worked for over 3 weeks. No communication and no help to fix and I’m breaching contact if I want to leave. The irony!!!

  @EE @EE if l come here would my problem be solved faster?l am at my wits end. Your technical team and call centre have for the past year failed to link my products to my EEapp. The cherry on the top is l can’t cancel any of my plans because l will be penalised for a YOU problem.

  @EE I’ve spent allday being told there’s no issues, when in fact 30house down the road have had no internet allday and have been affected if your on EE, BT & Sky so why aren’t your staff being open and honest about the situation????.

  @EE @mynameisAndyJ @EE I’ve had this emergency alert 12 times now. My partner who has the same iPhone but on Sky mobile has only had it twice, why am I getting it so many times?

  @EE what’s happening? I’ve received another text saying that equipment is ‘in its way’. It’s already been cancelled in July but EE refused to collect it having left 3 unwanted boxes in my front doorstep for me to fall over. This building is structurally unsound and the equipment isn’t needed. I was told by EE to put it in my recycling bin but the council refused to take the bin with your junk in it. EE customer service is a nightmare

  @EE I’ve tried to call but I can’t call, I’ve already set up roaming, it’s working, I have no spend cap, I’m on a local network. It’s not working. I can’t call to check a delivery if calls are not working from my phone…
