On January 11th another text from @EE warning me that if I didn’t return phone that I’d already traded in at the store on December 5th I would get a £275 charge. I phoned up again, explained it all, asked to call store which I did in l/down again told not to worry.

@EE Now you’ve had a good nights sleep, can you do something about your 4G at EX22 7JN. Service has been extremely poor this week. Constantly disappearing, fluctuating DL and UL speed. Some of us rely on it for business and it’s simply not good enough.

Currently @EE are just passing the issue between folk there while I have been charged £275 for not returning an old phone they tool off me in store. I’ve had enough. What more can I do? How is this service @MarcAllera?

@EE But you can enter homes of people who are not shielding? That’s why I was looking up the equality act 2010. People who are shielding are at higher risk of bad outcome if they get Covid but no greater risk of contracting or passing Covid than someone without those health issues.
