Yesterday I called EE to upgrade to a handset contract as my phone is a visual representation of this year and is hanging on by a thread. The phone was delivered this morning. Great service if you ask me @EE

@EE I know you prefer ppl to call you with there problems, and that you not bothered with helping anyone on here. How else can anyone contact you if your 'most reliable network' is out of service since yesterday? I mean talk about making things difficult for ppl.

Have to say bit dissappointed to go in store and be told no stock of the item required @EE although available to order online apparently obviously being a customer for over 20 yrs counts for nothing nowdays so no mobile now for at least a week hopefully no-one needs to contact me

@EE I submitted a complaint on your website 2 weeks ago and I have not received a response. You said you could provide my FTTP broadband cheaper than BT, I ordered it, it was cancelled and nobody told me. Now I’ve missed my BT Black Friday offer. You’ve cost me money. Not happy!!

15 December, I signed up for @EE international add-on minutes to use during my travel abroad. It is 29 December and I DO NOT/NEVER had phone access while abroad. After weeks, days, & hours @EE can’t fix the issues and @EE charges me against my add-ons for phone tech support.
