  • FWestfield Francis Westfield (@FWestfield) reported

More problems with freeview, reported today. Phew, not just my reception then.

  • itvhubhelp ITV Hub Help (@itvhubhelp) reported

@devonfromdevon @itvhub Thank you for confirming this, with some Freeview devices to activate subtitles you'll need to switch them on so you'll need to enable subtitles via the TV's captions/accessibility settings. If you're having trouble with this, please DM us - with your TV's Model Number.

  • FWestfield Francis Westfield (@FWestfield) reported

Is the service down webpage states no problems with freeview today. Odd as my signal still has not returned. If this continues for one more week I will dispense with my TV licence and watch DVD's and videos and use my laptop.

  • LuminolNights Ethan Black (@LuminolNights) reported

I have a tv and I’ve never even accidentally come across GB News or wherever it is that Piss Morgan steals his bread. Where is it broadcast, freeview?

  • Cydonia59 Jim Bennett (@Cydonia59) reported

Anyone else lost there Freeview signal in the lake district

  • I_Returneth Stephen(insert appropriate virtue signalling flag) (@I_Returneth) reported

Really starting to think the TV Licence isn't worth it anymore. No not because of the usual childish reason that "I don't like what's on BBC1" but because of the COM7 signal being so degraded now with the 5G takeover we're getting 2nd Class Freeview and channels are vanishing.

  • rsmck Ross McKillop  (@rsmck) reported

Big mistake to remove @BBCNews HD from Freeview. Hotels, airline lounges, foyers etc where BBC has prevailed for years will switch to another news service rather than retrofit freesat or IP based solutions just to keep the same channel :(

  • FormulaStoo Stoo G (@FormulaStoo) reported

Bad news: confirmation that FreeSports will be leaving Freeview next week Good news: looks as though the FreeSports Player will still be available to watch the channel online. Fingers crossed, anyway

  • htwcentral Historical Television Website (@htwcentral) reported

@whocolour @WhyNotts_ @Forces_TV Also from what I've read in the past, there's a future intention to further slim down Freeview to make way for more mobile frequency allocations and the subsequent switch to HD will mean only twelve or so channels in total. There won't be any +1 services so not as bad as it seems

  • Jeffery22748212 Jeffery (@Jeffery22748212) reported

@FreeviewAdvice so freeview is taking several channels off the service. What a load of rubbish. Your service is now becoming a very poor second to the likes of freesat. pixleation issues bad affected by weather and if you live near railways or airports useless.
