The Rodent (@DugMillward) reported@Channel4 & @channel5_tv with all the problems with your networks going down, no subtitles unavailable to the deaf, why not open a 2nd channel on Freeview with all the same programming at the same time (like the HD channels), but with a Signer and subtitles on screen at all times
