Im not very happy with sky , wind knocked out dish so a week with no tv! Had to buy Freeview box , not happy. Don’t even start me on price hike or mobile issues and then there’s the broadband! Grrrrr

@james__love @Dr_Eoin_Malcolm @Aontaithe2021 They wouldn't be able to geoblock the Freeview signal in Derry though. It's too near the border/Republic for that. It's easy to block on Sky, because they know exactly which jurisdiction cards are registered in.

@tvchrisstewart Yep, it's exploiting the sick to charge £7.90/hr for Freeview on very poor equipment. But don't blame Tories, blame New Labour. TV sets came in 2000 as part of PFI commitment to give all patients access to TV, as long as they paid. Patient power, they called it. Blair's a ****.

@RosStewart1 I agree. The equipment is so old I'm surprised it can still carry a signal, so the initial costs must have been recovered by now. What they're doing is selling Freeview.
