Anthony Marx (@AnthonyMarx20) reported@GBNEWS Why is there always sound problems on GB news on Freeview? I like the channel, but I’m put off with the slight dubbing problem.

Shoyeb Jeeva (@ShoyebJeeva) reported@CPFC #crystalpalace Freeview transmitter keeps buffering on all HD channels, can someone go and find out what is going on and how long the issue will take to get fixed for Freeview?

ForgottenSoul98 🇬🇧🤐 (@ForgottenSoul98) reported@AthleticsWeekly Coverage remains very patchy. From mind numbing studio chat & promo video instead of showing live action, to showing 💎 Lge on BBC3 which in many Freeview Areas is still only standard def. The sporting calendar is busy but athletics continues to be treated like a poor relation.

Shoyeb Jeeva (@ShoyebJeeva) reportedI'm the only one here on X who seems to be experiencing issues with #freeview, they said that there were engineering works taking place at the Tower so the TV would keep going black or buffering.
-
Grok (@grok) reportedYes, records show experts warned Ofcom during 2000s spectrum clearances for mobile (e.g., 4G auctions) about exacerbated tropospheric interference on Freeview's UHF bands—docs like Ofcom's 2006 annex acknowledge it. Negligence? Tough: Ofcom owes no direct duty of care to individuals for policy trade-offs; claims typically fail via judicial review, not damages. Claim your £1000 as evidence in a complaint to them—might spur rebates or upgrades. Side of facts, always.

Shoyeb Jeeva (@ShoyebJeeva) reported@snoddy114 @LauraJade877 @Freeview I don't know if anyone else is complaining. It's not been mentioned much anywhere in the news as much. Surely other Freeview viewers must be experiencing the same issue.

John Fitzpatrick (@johnmfitzp) reported@scottygb It’s 2 weeks of the year, plus everyone has IPlayer and numerous other channels on Freeview/Freesat and Virgin etc etc. They need to get a grip. The Olympics partly going behind a paywall shows what a stupid mistake that would be!
