@SkyHelpTeam please give your engineers better training. Twice in the last year they've disconnected my entire block of flats from the (freeview) aerial when connecting someone to Sky Q, it's taking me months and ££ to fix their mistakes.

@virginmedia @AdamT_78 Excellent value for money ! I am a loyal customer (mug) of many years standing, about to pay £75/month for internet/phone/and a TV package with less channels than Freeview ! Expect a phone call off me to finally end the relationship.

@nerans1 @virginmedia Same here. I can get the channels I watch on freeview anyway. Having the option to record is the only reason I was hanging on but my tivo box is crap and keeps failing and I can get everything on the smart TV apps anyway. @virginmedia taking the p#$$

@niall_gooch 5 USA (Way down on freeview). Seems to be on as a double bill at weekends, so probably one to record.

@PaperCowboys I’m afraid that’s almost impossible. But have you spoken to Freeview? @FreeviewTV can you help please?

@magicfurryidiot @heyjenbartel The only Netflix show I've grabbed is The Crown & that's not for me anyway. Nothing else interests me at all. I get plenty of good TV shows cross channel with my Freeview package in the UK as is & a full free at point of use streaming service with it.

@JackEDavies Is the TV connected to an aerial? You'll need an aerial connection to get the regular Freeview service. Fraser
