The #5g nonsense is awful. People setting fire to masts serving critical communications is madness. The frequency used in 5g has been redeployed from tv / freeview but still considerably lower power. 5g’s only side effect is faster & lower latency mobile internet #5gconspiracy

@UKTVPlayHelp All the other streaming apps work ok, iPlayer, ITV X, All 4, My 5, aswell as Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The problem is only with the Freeview Play platform.

@PBSAmerica just watching @DrJaninaRamirez on the Freeview play catch up service. I have noticed however, that the commercials are all in the wrong places, halfway through a sentence and on a couple of occasions halfway through a word. Any chance of looking at this? Thanks.

@oocukkidstv @retromod8 @NionLogos182 I remember there was also iPlayer on Freeview (on my TV at least) from strong memory along with Channel 5's On-Demand service, Demand 5 (now My5).

@SamsungUK I have a UE437U7020KXXU LCD and approx. 6 months ago Samsung TV Plus automatically installed and removed my Freeview channels. I managed to get rid of the channel but it keeps coming back like a bad smell every time I auto retune.

@ITVXhelp You haven't even managed to launch on You view the Freeview platform, and from your response you don't currently have any plans to do so, which is rather worrying, never mind the missing BritBox content Doc Martin you only have S9 & S10, Britbox has S1 to S10 🤬

Ah, good old Freeview. I'm only just back from my elderly mother's and she rings me to say she can't watch TV because it says that the channels have to be retuned. She can't do it herself so I'll have to go back and do it. It's a stupid system isn't it?

@Gaz_THFC £84!!!! I used to have to pay £65 a month. Switched to freeview via Sky for £5 a month and got a new sky Q box. Hated it. Going to cancel in March when my contract ends. Switched to BT TV for £6 a month, freeview, Netflix and Sky entertainment for 24 months.
