@EinCymru Yep it is true - can't get it on any Freeview service (might with Sky) - so annoying - have choice of North West or West Mids.

@GBNEWS @Nanaakua1 Excellent. I nipped over to Freeview 236 yesterday & sure enough, I had to re-tune the telly! Once I'd done that I could see the GB News test signal screen ready & waiting. 👍

That's relevant to viewers who have compatibility issues with these channels. HbbTV is mandated for all Freeview Play devices, whereas MHEG is now hit-and-miss.

In 2021, Montgomery (as chairman of Local Television Limited) launched a rival to channel 7 Freeview service That's TV in Manchester on channel 99 and outlined plans for a new 'Northern TV Network' which would include Local TV's channels in Liverpool, Leeds and Newcastle.

Due to a transmitter fault, we are currently off on FM in the Herefordshire area. You can still listen on DAB, online or via Freeview. Engineers are working on resuming service.

@a516digital When I tried the TV, nothing, it was worst than before, when freeview contacted me, I told them its worst than before, and wanted to know who contacted them. They hung up. I know about the issues, I have a contractor who lives opposite,

@a516digital Freeview sent harry hill round, he knew what the trouble was, he took down my setup and put up a budget system from b and q, and mounted it using the wrong polaraity, he told me that's the best he could do, he even left without me knowing!
