  • GeoffTurner13 Geoff & Christine (@GeoffTurner13) reported

Started watching @GBNEWS shame that the sound on Freeview channel 236 is so poor.

  • wisteriawitch Lynne (@wisteriawitch) reported

@JOEPUBLIC20171 @GBNEWS @afneil I'd be happy just to have some proper sound so I can hear it. Apparently those watching it via Freeview are having the same problem.

  • FatherJones1 FatherJones (@FatherJones1) reported

@DerekWatson @Baronbigbucks @GBNEWS The sound quality generally is poor for this station on Freeview, and the picture quality and sync isn't all that, either. I get Freeview via the Larkstoke relay transmitter, which is a bit duff for all stations, but it's what we're stuck with where I live.

  • Norfolk_Girly PartyGirl 💐 now-staying-indoors 🌼 (@Norfolk_Girly) reported

Turned off #GBNEWS due to syncing and terrible sound problems. Needs better set for breakfast and only 2 presenters. Tried on freeview and sky, both same problems.

  • KrawiecRichard Richard Krawiec (@KrawiecRichard) reported

@GBNEWS Low sound and out of sync, dark (but better than yesterday), lowest resolution of any of the Freeview channels makes the viewing experience hard to enjoy.

  • JohnLewis2468 John Lewis (@JohnLewis2468) reported

@GBNEWS the lip sync on #Freeview 216 is terrible!

  • magj2187 BigTasty🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏉🐑 Aka Matt Jeffery. (@magj2187) reported from Shotton, Wales

@NickPye10 @GBNEWS I’ve only got freeview and the picture quality was really poor like cathode ray tube, no remote control poor, had to turn it off it was that bad

  • Adam20876108 Adam (@Adam20876108) reported

@GBNEWS sound levels VERY LOW on Freeview. Please fix.

  • he1entweets Helen M (@he1entweets) reported

@emilyhewertson Sad really because no sane person could tune in for longer than 10minutes on freeview the sound is so bad and not getting any better.

  • ShutMinds Chris Cross (@ShutMinds) reported

@GBNEWS @afneil 24 hours is enough to get some of the tech issues fixed. Sound is still around 10dB lower than all other channels on Freeview. Why are people repeatedly not miked up properly? It isn't amateur hour - many are wishing you well but their patience is being tested.
