    Not at all surprised to find that @itvx is a pile of rubbish. Not integrated into Freeview Play's TV guide, no Channel list in the app's UI, so using it for catch up is a pain in the neck. Didn't they do any usability tests? Unbelievably bad. That's if it loads... #itvx

    @FreeviewAdvice Hi. I'm in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and my freeview is pretty unwatchable. I keep retuning but it makes no difference. Earlier I had no ITV which is ridiculous. Can you please help?

    Apparently not many watched this due to issues. We saw it. For those who have Virgin 360, just speak Hornby Model World into the remote, select it on screen, choose series 2 and click play episode 1. I hear it didn't go out on Freeview for some reason. #Hornby #HornbyAModelWorld

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow Could you help long standing customers get better treated? I've stayed with my broadband cable service since 1997 and am now paying £94 per month at 80 to virginmedia. I don't want to change as I can't get Freeview here and they are still better than the opposition for repairs.

    @DinkNewman @SmithsonianTVUK I had same problem. Bit of digging showed that channel stopped showing on Sky and Freeview on 6 jan. Very disappointed as I loved the channel

    @wonderlust484 If you have freeview itv4 HD is not avaliable.. so it looks.. terrible. Freesat, Sky and Virgin have the ITV4 HD channel I believe.
