    Not at all surprised to find that @itvx is a pile of rubbish. Not integrated into Freeview Play's TV guide, no Channel list in the app's UI, so using it for catch up is a pain in the neck. Didn't they do any usability tests? Unbelievably bad. That's if it loads... #itvx

    @connor_naismith @GMcGarrySport @MarkBirtles Crewe fan here, like a lot of our (small and very tinpot) fanbase I won’t bother travelling 20 minutes down the road for today’s game, because it isn’t a derby. Do I listen on freeview or will it be on DAB as we’re playing a big club?

    @GBNEWS Problem is Freely isn't free.... You need a broadband connection costing you tens of pounds per month. Where as Freeview and Freesat are actually free to view.

    @JENBROOK8 @CounsellingSam I don't have WiFi at my home only use phone don't use any streaming service only Freeview TV and don't have a mobility car only a disabled bus pass

    Unsurprisingly, so many things have not been considered with the whole "shutting off terrestrial" tv thing. For instance, companies like BT/EE do NOT broadcast the Freeview channels on their online service in rural Scotland. These come in on the aeriel, the rest through your ...

    @TheBasedMother You will soon have no choice. All electrical goods will be connected to wifi. This is one of the reasons they want to ditch Freeview, because it is not a two-way service; and it is not subscription.

    @_Leyanelle_ @DaveyTheTroll Stv player had a major habit of freezing randomly then utterly crashing comedically large parts of Dundee down by the Tay are served by the relay transmitter at Tay bridge on the fife side which has a significantly reduced freeview service compared to rest of Dundee

    Worst case scenario on That's TV channels on Freeview I'm posting this because Freeview channel 75 That's Entertainment deadline is over and nothing been broadcasting yet the deadline was on Wednesday 22nd July 2026. Freeview channel 7 & 8 That's Local channels are not affected by this. All That's channels on Freeview will be removed from the EPG without notice.     @manumally @wazzak23 Ah for me radio is actually faster that freeview lol. At the moment seems to be just a few seconds tho. Having said that I don’t think matterface is as bad as ppl make out to be fair

    @MartinAsto6999 @NzFubar TVNZ+ has the WC rights. They are also after the rights for the NRL off sky. According to my local tv aerial guy we have only another 18 months of satellite service left, we latched onto a S.Korean one. Freeview will disappear, everything will have to be subscription.

    @2810jeremy @BROKENBRITAIN0 It's not the TV set we pay a license for here in the UK, it's any broadcast, BBC, ITV, CH4, CH5 and Freeview, including on-demand BBC iPlayer. You do not need a license to play games, dvds, most of netflix prime etc, that's why so many are cancelling it, we are paying for ****.
