@speshmagiclady I wish we had foreign language TV on Freeview to help people get over their apathy around other languages - British people would be much more engaged with learning if the words were passively around them and they could just dip into watching a telenovela or something.

@m1ctk @DaveMor16686271 @GBNEWS That's a shame. Why don't they broadcast in HD on freeview? SD looks like crap.

GB News look and sound, which has just gone live on Freeview and YouView channels 236. If you can’t see it there, you may need to retune your TV. This guide will help.

@GBNEWS I have found your signal on Freeview but not Freesat. I understand it should be 216. Is this correct and if it is, when will the signal broadcast to find. Cheers.

@virginmedia Really? I hadn't considered that. My issue isn't my services being cut its the fact you make Freeview unwatchable it's a shits trick and is nothing but spite it's not like it goes away after 5 minutes I have to record what I want to watch to avoid the bloody thing

@kisekinasuteki Ah so that's what it was. Sucks because I don't even know if I can follow the race live since it isn't on Freeview nowadays. :/

@ChrissieLefranc @kaled10 @GBNEWS I believe the test signal is only being broadcast on freeview at the moment because the signal needs physically tuned in on many boxes like old tellys were. On Sky the test signal is less necessary as no tuning by the user is necessary, just keep checking 515 until it appears.

@lbc the bbc Is a good thing if it needs a new funding model it should be general taxation like every other public service. Subscription won't work because of freeview and also the radio networks can't go on subscription either
