@Sonic_Sinclair @bbcmicrobot Technically it is, there's support for it in DVB. There's several channels on DVB satellite that uses it, not sure there's any on freeview. Certainly all the original services shutdown or moved to MHEG. The BBC mheg service was incredible but that's shutdown now too 🙁

@Philips I bought a 50PUS7556/12 50inch 4K UHD LED SMART TV WiFi Dolby Atmos Freeview HD in December (registered it with you) & since the beginning, the TV does not do anything when pressing the remote (but the red light flashes per push) for up to 3/4 minutes. Please can u help?

I got my current TV 2 years ago and having no Internet this morning I've just had to learn how to navigate the regular TV side of it instead of streaming. The selection of stuff on offer is shockingly bad on Freeview. 😱 At least I can still listen to @KerrangRadio! 🤘

@BorisJohnson People in rural Devon mid have stone-age broadband, trickle water supplies, no mains sewage, no mobile signal, no freeview signal, no public transport, but plenty of potholes and powercuts. And you want to provide football pitches with taxpayer money?

@FreeviewTV Hi George, can't find DM (direct email) on freeview website help & support. For my postcode said that there is works in area. Returned now but smart TV is still no and freeview box is OK.
