@Sonic_Sinclair @bbcmicrobot Technically it is, there's support for it in DVB. There's several channels on DVB satellite that uses it, not sure there's any on freeview. Certainly all the original services shutdown or moved to MHEG. The BBC mheg service was incredible but that's shutdown now too 🙁

On matey question I flack through channels via virgin media no problem on any channel including the awful gb news however on Freeview all channels good Quality except the awful gb news which the worst of the lot a bit like the content I dot know about sky fst

@jonny_b_badde @Nigel_Farage Don’t need to I haven’t watch @GBNEWS since it started I could ether watch on Freeview 236 or virgin 626 but done nether except I watch 50 seconds 25 on Freeview picture and sound was crap 💩 and virgin picture and sounds was very good but channel is bollocks all time crap 💩

One bad thing about #Freeview TV is all the begging adverts. Ignore em all, ain't contributing towards inflated staff salaries. Plenty of local little charities.

@abbeylinegold I was, but i just looked up channel 4. I'd agree I mainly grew up with 4 I my TV does not even have freeview Just the smart thingy Too many channels showing too much crap between the rare gems that do exist cross platform and new platform

@MartinSLewis This is nothing new. Each year @skytv & @virginmedia are always hiking up their prices to something else & for what bb that doesn’t work & tv channels you never watch. I’d rather stick to Freeview from now on & find myself a cheap bb by shopping around.

@FreeviewAdvice is there a known issue in the Peterborough area? I’ve noticed we’ve lost many Freeview channels and I can’t see why. Numerous re tunes haven’t resolved the problem
