On matey question I flack through channels via virgin media no problem on any channel including the awful gb news however on Freeview all channels good Quality except the awful gb news which the worst of the lot a bit like the content I dot know about sky fst

@jonny_b_badde @Nigel_Farage Don’t need to I haven’t watch @GBNEWS since it started I could ether watch on Freeview 236 or virgin 626 but done nether except I watch 50 seconds 25 on Freeview picture and sound was crap 💩 and virgin picture and sounds was very good but channel is bollocks all time crap 💩

@Sonic_Sinclair @bbcmicrobot Technically it is, there's support for it in DVB. There's several channels on DVB satellite that uses it, not sure there's any on freeview. Certainly all the original services shutdown or moved to MHEG. The BBC mheg service was incredible but that's shutdown now too 🙁

@soapachu The fact that they're hogging valuable bandwidth on Freeview will never not infuriate me. In a saner world they'd not exist and Talking Pictures would have the budget and spectrum space to go HD.

Once again it's all coming down to rubber rather than driving ability. This is why I never watch F1 anymore, except for this one which, one way or another, will be a history-maker. Oh, and it's freeview too. #AbuDhabiGP

@FreeviewAdvice @FreeviewTV No, I don't mean *onto* those platforms. I mean a Freeview-produced streaming stick to *be* a platform in addition to the service integrated into some TVs. The problem with those platforms is they don't carry all services. A neutral platform could solve that.

The best thing about having my phone contract and home internet with @ThreeUK is that when it goes down in my area I get to sit in the dark with a cold cup of tea and watch Freeview.

@GBNEWS Well I'm hoping production quality head increased since I last tried it. But the SD picture quality is unwatchably poor, do until it comes to HD on Freeview I can't watch.
