@Sonic_Sinclair @bbcmicrobot Technically it is, there's support for it in DVB. There's several channels on DVB satellite that uses it, not sure there's any on freeview. Certainly all the original services shutdown or moved to MHEG. The BBC mheg service was incredible but that's shutdown now too 🙁

Disappointed that @skytv without a dish was announced as #SlyGlass and not the service launched in other countries. Seriously, WTF is that? I'll be stuck with Freeview and the limited features of @NOW for a while 🙁💩

@docrussjackson @ta_mills A freeview retune meant l lost most channels a few months before I cancelled it anyway and even new cabling, a filter and a signal booster didn’t help. I refuse to pay for something with opt-in alternatives just to be an obedient sap.

It's currently impossible to "stream it like it's TV". Whomever solves this problem, Wins. And, people want Freeview channels as basic. They'll subscribe for my Eva Longoria Movies. 😎

@TalkingPicsTV Getting VERY poor reception in Diss at the moment from Freeview/Tacolneston, but that's likely a transmitter problem, not you.

@danowen79 @LukeCustardtv NOW sent me a questionnaire about this a little while ago. Sounds like a great TV. I especially like the built-in soundbar. But as a pay-lite customer, I wouldn't pay for full Sky. And no Freeview tuner rules me out.

@FreeviewAU @FinancialReview There's an issue with this service that, if you change the channel and there is no program information, the banner remains on screen forever. Only way to remove is to hit green button to open Freeview guide, then hit back, then exit. Sony Bravia X95G.

@SimonNewton5 @TransAm58 @arqiva ... many areas that are served by relay transmitters (ie. not the main masts - but secondary relays) do not have access to the full range of Freeview channels - the broadcasters decided it is not worth the cost to cover those areas with a primary service, let alone a backup.
