Will there be assistance for those Viewers to Winter Hill,living in North Wales,such as the Help scheme,as in 2009. Winter Hill has Tens of Thousands of North Wales viewers.

Let's hope they keep him in prison this time and hopefully lose the key. As for the TV licence, the channels are free on Freeview, plus you're paying again with Virgin and sky. It should be scrapped.

Jon Wensley (@jonwensley) reported@Boe12986 @GBNEWS @Jacob_Rees_Mogg If they do, they will have to go on a Sky/Virgin/Set-top box platform. People will then have to pay for the base service (>£20 a month) for what was free to air on Freeview before. 18m people use Freeview.

Suddenly the picture is cracking up and going slow. It is not very bad but it is not as perfect as it was. The sound is a bit affected too.
