    @FreeviewAdvice Re:Winter Hill Freeview Retunes on Feb 20th &April 22nd,2020. Will there be assistance for those Viewers to Winter Hill,living in North Wales,such as the Help scheme,as in 2009. Winter Hill has Tens of Thousands of North Wales viewers.

    One customer I have on my books,who had a visit from an aerial installer,was told the change dudnt affect us in North Wales. If you are receiving Winter Hill for Freeview,you WILL need to retune know the Dates given!

    Love that @TalkingPicsTV now has Encore on the red button on Freeview, but the ratio is all wrong. Happy to watch in 4:3 if made that way but everything is in it, making some images stretched upwards. Please fix!

    @TPTVEncore @TalkingPicsTV Incredibly slow loading on a Panasonic Viera 49ES500. Even with the cache files preloaded. Also, no indication that the red button has been pressed to show the app is actually loading. All other Freeview+ services working fine.

    @TalkingPicsTV A Sky engineer is coming out to fix it , with a new box , best from , Tim. , so I will watch in the meantime on Freeview.

    @JamesTurner37 @timalmond So what if the person could only afford the TV subscription? Sounds like virgin media are holding customers to ransom in your complex and could be forcing other customers into debt especially with COL crisis at present. Try an indoor aerial and signal booster for freeview tv.

    @bt_uk Dissapointed in your TV services . After being a Sky customer for years I thought I'd give BT a go . Can't even view BTSports in HD without paying extra and entertainment channels are mostly available on Freeview anyway.. Think I'll be returning to @SkyUK

    @NikkiGoldblatt @itvhub Can you please check for updates by clicking on the Freeview Play button, go to Settings, go to System Information, and select Check for Updates. If the issue persists please DM us with a screenshot or photo of the System Information screen.

    @TheCMReed @Potato_Fi @TurtleBeach Nope, no change 😫 POV1 is “stuck” in freeview mode so I can’t do things like select the throttle in training mode. I’m guessing this isn’t an issue on yours then which gives me hope for a fix from TB

    @BBC an issue the last 4 days with interference from Emley Moor TV Mast. It affects all BBC channels and cannot recieve some other channels especially channel 83 and others at that end of the freeview list upto 101. The HD channels are not affected. This is thru TV and digibox

    @POPTV_UK @FreeviewTV Well it doesn't work says not supported. TV supports freeview etc and samsung plus tv
