@FauxChisels @_Nightingales Can anybody help? I don't have Freeview or Sky so I downloaded the Sky Go app on my laptop but it's not working. I tried watching The Art Of Architecture to test it out but it says Sky Go is currently unavailable. It's looking like I won't get to see the film😕

We're fed up with the @skytv service 20 mins of every hour is adverts, & too much of the Sky output is crappy Reality TV We pay a premium over Freeview for really cheap n nasty US low rent garbage & history docs devoid of history So we're trying out Netflix. Quite like it.

@win_confidante I'm still watching freeview on an old analogue TV plus I'm too tight to pay for it. I've got the game of thrones dvds from my sister to watch, I don't like Tom cruise so top gun was never of much interest I've seen an iron-man & a couple of captain America's but nowt special

  • GrahamWatts15 Northern Lad 💙 (@GrahamWatts15) reported

@virginmedia The worst customer service in the world and a company that has always neglected long time customers over new ones. The costs are also astronomical including charging customers to deliver freeview channels in every TV package

  • RG2Gas ⚽ RG2 Gas ⚽ (@RG2Gas) reported

@KeithBrookman The atmosphere that night was unreal, you knew it was a big game when there were Police helicopters flying overhead in case of trouble as you walked down Freeview Road. The noise and surge when we scored was epic!

  • HOWJORD Howard (@HOWJORD) reported

@darkcompass @AbuIbsu @BBCNews It would be nice if you actually had a choice. Buy if you want Freeview without the BBC you still have to pay as there's no way to turn it off. It should be a subscription service.

You dont need a #TVLicence if you dont watch or record live TV & you dont use BBCiPlayer. If you cancel your licence, disconnect coaxes, erase all channels from your TV, sat box, freeview box & PC/laptop tv software (& any other devices). imho. Dont answer the door to a TV goon.

  • WooTube Andy Wootton (@WooTube) reported

@CarlaDoris Manhattan T1 Freeview box £35, if your PC had HDMI-in. Bought my boy the satellite version because had Sky dish but crap TV reception.
