    @HisenseGlobal I have just bought a Hisense smart tv. Was told by the shop it has freeview. However, it’s freeview plus which seems to mean I can only watch tv through the individual channel apps and not able to get a tv listings of all channels to scroll through. Can you help?

    @AdamP1242 I don't understand how they couldn't just switch the channel? I'm struggling to work out what the problem was. It's literally just a freeview menu.

    Can someone explain why the BBC are showing both matches on channels available in HD via Freeview (good thing) but @ITV have shoved one of the matches to ITV4 which doesn’t have a HD version on Freeview (bad thing)?

    @BritBox_UK @ITVX This sounds like a repeat if the Ondigital saga, became ITVDigital closed down and became Freeview.

    @BlitzExternals Hi, there. If the TV isn't letting you accept the Freeview Play Terms and Conditions, check to see if there's a software update available for the TV. Otherwise, you'll need to contact the TVs manufacturer for further support. Fraser

    @robertscot83 The red button is a news service Robert, available on Freeview only for the moment, but we will continue to improve/expand the service when it is possible for us to do this.

    I'm sorry, mum and dad. The shelf in the living room didn't fall down because of dad's shoddy work or mum putting too many figurines on it. I hated them watching me while I was trying to enjoy the 10 minutes freeview so I pulled the shelf down. Sorry about the 20 year argument
