Colin B (@Gwapple13) reported@JAMESRW1981 @SeddSezz I don't have any streaming services apart from Freeview play, all my lights are LED, I don't heat my house unless it's bitterly cold, I don't smoke, never have. I like a couple of beers after working 9-12 hrs a day. Hardly ever get takeaways or take the Mrs out for a meal.

Ruby 🏳️⚧️ (@RubyOtaku_) reported@frombwtocolor Woah Annoying we had to stop our Sky package in 2007, we got it briefly after we moved and stopped having cheap cable as a treat. And then were on Freeview for years. Would have loved this!

Philip Wattis (@flincauk) reported@RichardWellings Replace the BBC with a subscription based streaming service - not dissimilar to IPlayer, and they can use their Freeview channels to promote and advertise the subscription service.

The moderately far right 🏴 (@freefromwoke) reported@GBPolitcs Why should I pay a tax for a service I choose not to use? If I choose Sky, TNT, Paramount, Disney, Netflix ect. I pay for it. The ones I don’t pay for (Freeview services) are funded by advertising. Frankly the public funding for C4 should be revoked too.

Spencer 123 (@Spencer83809805) reported@pnemanicstreet @virginmedia hi mike... i'm in the same situation.. been a customer since 'Encom' which was 1994... apparently my bill is going up from £65 to nearly £130.. not going to wash.. a top of the range freeview box for me and community fibre

Raymond Terrific (@ergopropterhoc1) reported@Dee_Cab1 They are running it in the evenings on Freeview channel 34, “Great! TV” it is called. Thank goodness they are showing the version that doesn’t have the awful added laugh track.

Louis May (M0nsoonYT) (@LouisMay07) reportedGutted about this… CITV was amazing for a kid who only had Freeview. Cartoons like Pokemon, Horrid Henry and Grizzly Tales, live action like Jungle Run. Kids today are missing out massively- I urge ITV to change this decision and keep CITV for the new generation. #SaveCITV
