@aj__lmao It being a Friday night and on freeview TV doesn’t help either, but it’s definitely largely down to the mood following the last 3 games.

@belperite Hi. Good question. The satellite feed is broadcast in DVB-S. It has to be converted into a DVB-T multiplex using a modulator so that Freeview devices can receive it. The solution for ITV/C4 and C5 means they can use a similar system to that used in hotels and ships, no encoder.

@shen_shiwei @SameeraKhan I've never seen it on Freeview, even a look now, not there. I see RT, AL Jazeera, Sky, BBC etc, even GBNews. (PressTV long gone) any idea what channel it "should" be on? Also, could it be restricted by regions/signal etc.

Got up this morning switched on sky news as usual, as usual no new news, checked Google no new news, just reporters trawling any old breaking news to carry on a story to justify their jobs, nothing to watch, Freeview nothing to watch only people's opinions, we pay for this crap.

The TV itself can do Freesat and Freeview HD. Unfortunately the loft aerial has a ****** signal so I need to sort that out.

It is turning into quite a successful week for “terrible films I love” popping up on niche Freeview channels. Tonight on channel 33 (if I can get it) - Matthew McConaghay vs a dragon that is mainly offscreen for what we can only assume were budget reasons. #reignoffire
