@bbcemt @BBCOne When will this be sorted? I understand it’s expensive on satellite. But I watch on Freeview so already get a regionally transmitted HD service, you just need to give me the correct video!? Even if local the content is upscaled.. #bbc #hd

@FreeviewTV Curious to know in the good old days here in Gorran Haven with analogue TV we might only of had 3/4 channels. Now with Freeview in certain weather conditions we get poor or no signal for days. We can retune and get French channels Can anything be done to resolve it?

Hmmm...Boom Radio is struggling again today 😟but it could still be Bilsdale transmitter related issues. I looked at Freeview TV for the first time since the fire last night. Did a scan. Nothing!

@a516digital What's needed however is to change the technology used and support a better system, such as DVB T2. I don,t see streaming as a threat to freeview or freesat for that matter. As , the title says it's free. Streaming is all paid for. Just ask my neighbours!.

@FreeviewAdvice Freeview didn't start a fire that caused the damage...nor did the company who now manage it. How quick do you think it takes to put up a temporary mast that's over 1000ft high (so that it still reaches everybody affected). You can't expect anyone to just throw a tower up..

@pigletish @roselc04 Hi Anneli, You can acquire Freeview boxes from most retailers, both online and in-store! In regards to indoor aerials, we do not recommend them as they are not guaranteed to provide a signal, they depend on a good line of sight to the transmitter to receive a signal. Dev.

@StevenNT @a516digital Just got it confirmed by my neighbour, he was told way back in February, hes still fuming mad about it, because he was canvassed away from sky by some **** who knew nothing about the freeview problems we have.
