@AlStewartOBE Freeview v cable or satellite TV. Mobile phone v smart phone. Holiday abroad v stay at home. Big brand clothes v supermarket brand. Putting more clothes on v keeping heat on. All choices we have to make to 'make ends meet'. Reasonable to check with those seeking support.

@danielcox194 if freeview - atmospheric issues

  • dook42_domini Dook 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 🇳🇿 (@dook42_domini) reported

freeview has been largely unwatchable for months since they took off the 5G bands for mobile networks... let alone with atmospheric issue today.. only channel which seems reasonable at the moment is @horror_channel

  • joan_ant192 Joan Anthony (@joan_ant192) reported

@revoltinghippie @80_mcswan Euronews is not too bad but can be a bit boring (freeview 271)

"What's happening" ***** if I wanted to always know other people's interpretation of "what's happening" I wouldn't need the internet for that. I'd just chain myself to freeview television. No one is supposed to absorb this much ****, it's bad for your goddamn mind.

  • Superwendii Jack Russell's Rule (@Superwendii) reported

@midkentforbrit1 First get rid of all mobile contracts and tv subscriptions. Get sim only and freeview only. This plus cooking from scratch would be a massive help for everyone to reduce their outgoings. Plus get a good freezer. Freeze yellow ticket reduced stuff. Make extra for another day.

@FreeviewAdvice Hi I am having trouble with the ITV channels on Freeview, it started a few weeks ago when the picture pixelated and popped, the channel has now disappeared completely and is showing no signal, BBC channels OK

  • timbirds1 Tim Salisbury (@timbirds1) reported

@TalkingPicsTV Have to watch on Freeview as the Sky signal dish is effected by roof working scaffolding erected.

  • MarcAllen81 Marc Allen (@MarcAllen81) reported

@vistaextra @Callumizatt @virginmedia Definitely a Virgin problem... all channels not just those. I've switched to freeview and it's fine.

  • pipbegley Philip Begley (@pipbegley) reported

The more they charge the less service they offer. My package about to rise to £121 a month, found what I want elsewhere for £46. Just broadband and sport channels. Rest covered by freeview. Don't see reason to pay to watch Rio Bravo 3-4 times a week. So many channels dulpicate.
