@continuouzly Sorry about this, are you accessing My5 via a Freeview Play device? We are aware of problems playing content on these devices and are hoping to get an update released this week that we believe will resolve this issue.

@GitGrumpygit Did that for years until one day no deal that was 7 years ago not bothered at all now would never go back to paying for tv . Freeview with Netflix and the wife has amazon . Box set city

@FreeviewAdvice what’s the deal with @LGUK TVs not getting FreeView Play? One of their customer reps mentioned licensing issues, others say your developers are working on finishing apps for new TVs (odd, given those apps worked perfectly fine on same WebOS Last year). What gives?

@FreeviewAdvice I have lost BBC1,2,4, ITV and Channel 5 in HD. Any reason why this is happening. Freeview jumps from channel 100 to channel 106. Help.

@bt_uk Hi Aaron, I am in complete disbelief as to how long this takes to resolve. I don’t care who resolves it & not my problem he’s not in. I’m paying full price for freeview! I demand compensation and a quick resolve as this is just embarrassing for @bt_uk
