Im not very happy with sky , wind knocked out dish so a week with no tv! Had to buy Freeview box , not happy. Don’t even start me on price hike or mobile issues and then there’s the broadband! Grrrrr

Interesting, I signed up to a forum account on Digitalspy forums and had to wait for an admin to authorise it, but the account ended up being deleted 24 hours later. All I wanted to do was make a thread to query about a freeview transmitter issue. Incompetent mods. .@digitalspy

@greatmoviesuk why does your channel 49 on BT and Freeview keep going to signal quality 0% every few minutes No other channel does

@leemurphy100 It has gone ****. The boxes are old and clunky, they make you take Now tv subscriptions for more channels (which suits me but I already have the app so out came the talktalk box). I'd rather they just did phone and broadband rather than charge for a glorified freeview box.

@FreeviewAdvice Freeview didn't start a fire that caused the damage...nor did the company who now manage it. How quick do you think it takes to put up a temporary mast that's over 1000ft high (so that it still reaches everybody affected). You can't expect anyone to just throw a tower up..

@FreeviewAdvice Fortunately my TV has freesat. Freeview play is terrible and you can't easily watch live TV on it. I fear I may have turned to the dark side forever

Viewers able to receive the temporary Freeview service from Eston Nab in Redcar, Hartlepool and area, a reminder this only carries the main Public Service Broadcasters, so you won't get as many channels as you did directly from #Bilsdale.

@hackerb0t Example. I was at a recycling dump and a guy was throwing away a huge LG LCD screen. I said whats up with it? he said"cant get it to tune into tv signal" He said I could take it. Plugged in my pc, ps3 & freeview terrestrial tv box using the scart/hdmi all worked. Opportunities
