@jonrog1 @Blankzilla It was never the content, or really the ads that were the issue. It was the tech behind it. I don't know about cable boxes in the US, but set-top boxes for Sky and Freeview and most built-in TV guides and systems for getting to content were slow and awful.

If you watch live streaming services (e.g. ITV Hub, All 4, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Sky Go), or use BBC iPlayer*, you need a TV Licence.

@BBCNews I don't know of its a technical problem but my favourite BBC News program on freeview on ch 101 during the local news seems to have gone? Just faint water 💧 and going. Where are the pictures? A lovely beach? A competition every day for the best?
