    @sparkygary28 I've never had any TV products except youtube premium. Also have freeview. Pay for amazon prime and broadband.

    @virginmedia The Tivo box is knackered. At least 12 years old & was really slow. Technician booked but not for 6 days. Not mine but my 85 year old Dad's & his only entertainment. I had to buy him a freeview box so he can catch the news. It's not worth £100 per month so might end the contract.

    @midkentforbrit1 First get rid of all mobile contracts and tv subscriptions. Get sim only and freeview only. This plus cooking from scratch would be a massive help for everyone to reduce their outgoings. Plus get a good freezer. Freeze yellow ticket reduced stuff. Make extra for another day.

    @drbenbrown @AyoCaesar I was pleasantly surprised by that, too! Speaking of production values, tTVlooks awful on SD Freeview, but quite OK via HD Youtube. The bombastic graphics look about 20 years out of date.

    So @virginmedia, do you think it acceptable to have us, a loyal 9 year customer, who asked to downgrade, removing Sky Sports/Movies from the package to now having basic Freeview channels, but now charging us £75 PER MONTH for the so called privilege??

    @BILDERBERG_GP @rosiewright99 I agree, watch it at home FreeSat - no problems, come to caravan and watch Freeview - dreadful lip sync....all other channels however, are fine!!

    @thepen_thesword Moon Embracing the Sun, yes, I recall that title. Another one she loved was Crash Landing On You. We're not subscribed to anything other than British Freeview channels and Netflix. I've never heard of Viki!

    As we see, people are letting their Netflix accounts go, probably for economic purposes - don't forget to call up Sky & whittle down your package, especially if you're a long-term customer who's never done so - point it out to them. Or you could downgrade from Sky to a Freeview..

    @FreeviewTV After years of excellent reception, my Freeview signal has fallen apart over the last couple of days. Freezing, pixelating and 'no signal' messages. Tried all the obvious things. Can you help, please?
