Im not very happy with sky , wind knocked out dish so a week with no tv! Had to buy Freeview box , not happy. Don’t even start me on price hike or mobile issues and then there’s the broadband! Grrrrr

@Seons_Le @virginmedia Well we live in the first world bit hard to have 3rd world problems isn't it you clown we pay a fee we expect it to work if we don't pay a fee we get less than Freeview with a message telling us to pay on screen so why shouldn't we complain

@MrsWardley @FreeviewAdvice After giving up on the freeview channels, I did check again about 90 mins later before I had to leave home and the channels had returned... Still want to know what happened to cause this big outage? (Btw our separate Virgin Media cable TV service suddenly failed today too, odd.)

VM TV is down, but internet still seems to work. So that's all the 'normal' channels even if you've got no TV aerial for FreeView. Relax people.

@FreeviewAdvice I live in Hawkshead, near Ambleside in Cumbria. We have no Freeview reception at all, and haven't had for a couple of days. Can you help? Can't find any info as to whether there are some works going on. There is apparently a Hawkshead transmitter. Thanks.

@stephensaunt1 @PaulbernalUK @virginmedia You only get compensation for a complete outage. VM have put a couple of Freeview channels on to worm their way out of compensation. Very disingenuous company.
