It regularly says that channels are not available despite them ok via app and has to be rebooted several times. Can we get replacement?

Not integrated into Freeview Play's TV guide, no Channel list in the app's UI, so using it for catch up is a pain in the neck. Didn't they do any usability tests? Unbelievably bad. That's if it loads... #itvx

Freeview app doesn't work on Chromecast and indoor rabbit ears work minimally. What am I supposed to do to get free to air tv? Only option I can think of is stream from phone or lappy
