@RosalynConnors @RodneyMarshall1 You tell me..I've had Freeview freeze and black out like a signal problem before, but this seemed to be a continuous freeze frame right after saying, "shoot the first man that moves" (like a prank) and then a smooth cut to the next scene.

If yours is connected to the internet and it still isn't working, please give the Freeview helpline a ring at 03456 505050 and they should be able to advise you further. @christop_hall @virginmedia Yes. Had Virgin cable TV for a number of years and enjoyed it but costs kept rising. When I reduced services the cost went up! So decided to cancel and just do Freeview. Then the real "leaving problems" began. Nightmare. Never regretted going though and Freeview is fine.
