Hadn't realised rural Freeview was still so terrible compared to in metropolitan areas. I get 80 Freeview channels in Dudley nr Birmingham, Dad gets 21 in South Shropshire! And doesn't even get Sky News which I assumed was on Freeview everywhere.

@MartinSLewis We only started a paid service with disney+ 2 years ago. Last year we shared with my brother & sister (not allowed but not stopped yet!) so works out £91 per household. But me & my wife hardly watch anything so we'll be dropping out. Freeview is all we really watch & have a pvr

I'm getting twitchy already... neighbours have scaffolding all around their house and its totally taken down our #Sky signal. No TV. For at least four weeks. Even Freeview won't work. No Corrie. No Judge Judy. Nothing. #bereft #tvaddicted

The @BBCiPlayer live stream is a solid 90 seconds behind the Freeview HD feed. Really expect better latency in 2022. And I'm on gigabit, no issues my end, stream starts instantly.

@MartinSLewis Well speaking as someone who has JUST terrestrial tv they are all pretty bad, I tend to watch Freeview and Channel Five more often.

@BBC No, because we can't see anything! There have been so many Freeview outages, again today. We've had days & days of no service. Can't get terrestrial or other channels. The old TVs were far better in terms of reliability. Now, planes affect service, weather affects service, etc.

@ThatKerryHudson @Di__ers I’ve got food network on freeview/ freesat. Also would recommend Zen for internet. Good customer service ratings which is unusual in that industry.

@FreeviewTV Wish Freeview would focus on getting it to work! Outages yet again! The map shows many outages, yet it states no problems. Shows reports, then places a red line above those reports & says only outages above the red line. Showing 'No Service' repeatedly is not good enough.

@wearyprovo Can you cancel online I hate the phone because they put you through to other ppl, I want to stop mine to, I never watch it any more, except sky news and you get that on freeview.
