@LlamaBusiness @skytv Bailed on them last year, never looked back Unless you live in the sports channels, look at what you get for your £, then see what would be free on freeview/freesat & what is on other services like Netflix

@timglanfield Very much depends on the price of the service and whether there's anything else on the channel to justify it. If it was included with Prime or Netflix then yes, but maybe not if it's on something naff like BritBox. I'd rather it went to a Freeview channel such as E4.

@LBC @darrenadam Most of the youngsters I know have given up Freeview channels but kept Netflix. That way they save money and never have to watch Allsopp. Win win

I got my current TV 2 years ago and having no Internet this morning I've just had to learn how to navigate the regular TV side of it instead of streaming. The selection of stuff on offer is shockingly bad on Freeview. 😱 At least I can still listen to @KerrangRadio! 🤘

@whatuptkhere The "freeview" apps now all require a sign in to watch the free to air streams. It's not enough to just sit through ads any more, they have to capture your personal data too.
