@LlamaBusiness @skytv Bailed on them last year, never looked back Unless you live in the sports channels, look at what you get for your £, then see what would be free on freeview/freesat & what is on other services like Netflix

@talkSPORT @Sjopinion10 That's a bad idea. Sky have rights to other sports too, so a netflix football service would be yet another thing to pay for if you like multiple sports. More football needs to be on freeview channels like BBC and ITV.

The first 12 minutes of Sky (freeview) news at 1pm today in the UK was about a trial in the USA. I am so glad i do not pay for this rubbish. I know they are owned by the same company (Comcast) as a major USA woke network

I am emphatically the least sporty of sporters but I feel terrible for archery. It looks really, really demanding and difficult - and also not something I’d watch as long as the Food Network remains on Freeview.

@PhilWilliams These channels have not said no, they have said they havent been approached as yet. I opposed the creation of the Premier League but i support this Super League. Inevitable it will be on a streaming provider rather than Freeview, Cable or Satellite.

@FreeviewAdvice @FreeviewAU @FreeviewTV Okay understood. I thought Freeview was like a joint venture between all the free to air broadcasters to get them all to work together to combat Foxtel and streaming services, my bad

2/ the EE TV service. What are other formerly happy EE TV clients feeling about and doing about this? Is there any way we can continue to use the EE TV box for receipt, recording Freeview programmes etc ?

@HumaxUK I have an HDR-1800T Freeview recorder and I can't watch the programme I'm recording because there's no sound. Very disappointing. Is there a fix for this?

@58paulb @Bigdogdigs Always used to buy Panasonic. Then I had a hard drive fail on a freeview box. Panasonic were no help at all, because they didn’t want me to repair it myself.

@SBunching I disagree, more football is available to watch than ever but virtually none is on free to air. 1st Prem game I watched live was actually in a stadium, we didn’t have Sky in my house so I never had the opportunity. I became a fan through FA cup and champs league games on freeview
