@LlamaBusiness @skytv Bailed on them last year, never looked back Unless you live in the sports channels, look at what you get for your £, then see what would be free on freeview/freesat & what is on other services like Netflix

@jinxyjane1960 @BBCNews Incredibly naïve comment. I realise not everyone will see tough times, but this is going to cause all kinds of problems. Even me on my £8 mobile contract and Freeview. I don't see it as unpopular, I see it as something that has no idea what many will face.

@virginmedia My brother gifted me a years subscription to Netflix, which then just automatically tapped £10 a month onto my bill & I had no idea how to cancel it. So £43 to £66 is a big leap for pretty much the same service I get from Freeview and the pubs WiFi next door.

@a516digital It s like that idiot who looked like harry hill, came to s ort my freeview, never ordered him or booked him. He just turned up. But he made things worst not better.

@GBNEWS Sad story, but if he already owed £1400 the recent price rises aren't the cause of his problem. He also has a sky TV remote, perhaps switch to freeview as a start.....

.@Freeview question - how come the PSB muxes aren’t treated equally? The BBC one and the HD one seem to have a much better signal from Wenvoe than the “normal” ITV one. (I can get Mendip off a random bit of metal.)

@did_40 @lomelindi12 Can you both listen to the repeat of Health Check on the World Service at 1.30pm online via smart speaker, sounds, on DAB, Freeview? A very big feature on MS which seems to offer hope and it does seem reliable what they talk about it.

I'm so glad I have satellite. Just been watching a bit of Freeview and a plane flew over and I lost signal. It's a bit like some of these issues with DAB.... nothing is as strong as it should be. Now I'm Netflix and chill.
