Plus they’ve now realised, they can’t go to subscription fee system, as the freeview boxes that the majority of UK households use, don’t support it.

Postcards From Protest (@PostFromProtest) reported@MEGA_NATIVE @PolitlcsUK Yes you can. You can watch any service you pay for. Discovery+ is not part of the licence fee terms. You sound confused to me. The licence fee is only required for live terrestial broadcasts and BBC iplayer. Terrestrial is BBC/ ITV/ C4 and 5 and some Freeview channels.

There is some interesting films and series, but also some real shite! Do it, have a look, you can cancel at any time

EE (@EE) reported@liampdwyer Thanks for getting back to us, Liam. This service can be accessed on freeview on channel 236, or if you're watching on the app. If it's hardly working, it'll be best to reset your TV box, and possibly your broadband.
