Plus they’ve now realised, they can’t go to subscription fee system, as the freeview boxes that the majority of UK households use, don’t support it.

I've stayed with my broadband cable service since 1997 and am now paying £94 per month at 80 to virginmedia. I don't want to change as I can't get Freeview here and they are still better than the opposition for repairs.

My package was due to increase to £118, got offered a deal with Gigabit and £30 off, down to £88, then got it reduced to £78, ismybill fair down to £68.
