Is anyone having problems with @FreeviewTV at the moment through an aerial? We've only got 53 channels and can't get channels 1-6 either. #television #freeview #tv

of all the streaming services I use (there are many as I don't have freeview, sky or virgin) @ITV is by far the worst... works as and when it wants, freezes, jumps, and won't let you pause/rw or fw... thank goodness I don't watch many of their shows...

  • Gpearce555 Greg (@Gpearce555) reported

Absolutely stupid that Amazon has made watching Parcs and Recreation now almost unbearable to watch because even though you still have prime you still have to watch it through their Freeview service so there's no way to get rid of the ads...

@kelvmackenzie Can anyone answer a question for me? If the TV licence is specifically for the BBC, why must I pay for a TV licence if I "watch or record TV on any channel - via any TV service (e.g. Sky, Virgin, BT, Freeview, Freesat)" I don't ever watch BBC channels or use iPlayer....????

@Ayrhead2 @jeffsprogress @ColinBrazierTV A TV Licence covers you to: watch or record TV on any channel via any TV service (e.g. Sky, Virgin, Freeview, Freesat) watch live on streaming services (e.g. ITVX, All 4, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Now, Sky Go) use BBC iPlayer*.

  • ProudPatriot478 ProudPatriot478 (@ProudPatriot478) reported

@Dnewton99886451 @ColinBrazierTV Unfortunately you still need a licence if you watch Freeview. I don't even have that. I don't have an aerial & just have the Netflix, Prime, Disney & YouTube apps on my tv. I have the Apple TV app atm as I get it free with my phone contact til mid April but I never even watch it.

@AnneCardwell4 Sorry to hear about the problems receiving Freeview though if you aren't happy with what the broadcasters are putting out, you would get in touch with the broadcaster in question. Fraser
