@currys your harlow store is staffed by complete ********* waited over 40 minutes after someone said i i would get help as I needed a tv with built in freeview, they had no ******* clue after 40 minutes I went to @Argos_Online and got one

@Virgin how do I go about leaving Virgin because I'm paying roughly £63.50 a month for a phone that I never use only to ring you up when there's a problem.. most of my viewing is on Freeview now and I have Amazon HD fire stick and Netflix account

@smurfing66 I believe that is the case, although the actual Freeview channel depends on which transmitter you get your TV signal from. The other thing is that Radio Solent broadcasts different matches on different frequencies / Freeview channels (Cherries, Saints, Pompey and Eastleigh)

@BBCiPlayerForum I don’t understand why iPlayer has stopped using a grid channel and programme finder for everything that is showing on all the iPlayer channels? It’s a huge omission, makes no sense… I have to use the Freeview app on my phone to see what’s on. BBC pl fix!!

@FreeviewAdvice Thanks but I've already tried that direct on the Freeview website. Says it's available in my area but clearly isn't. I also lost BBC Four HD and BBC News HD a couple of months ago. Aerial strength is 100% for other channels so no problems there. Pity.

@PhilipsCare_UK hi, all my freeview apps (iPlayer, itv hub all4) have stopped working on my TV. Performed update on tv. Still no joy. Model is 55OLES805/12. Tried clearing data and checked I have HBBTV cookies enabled. Any help appreciated.

@InspireAndStyle Hi, Karen. If you're getting FVP-300 on all Freeview Play players, check to see if there's a software update available for your Freeview Play device. If you've done an update and the player are still not launching on the TV, contact the devices manufacturer for support

@premierinn @ukJ0N If the TV signal is Freeview off a terrestrial aerial then this channel may be on Multiplex that can't be received by the current aerial installation. It is broadcast on the same COM 6 Multiplex as RT News (channel 234).

@grahamlaurie1 oh yes, that's freeview 9 for me. I should've looked there. on web iplayer it is clocked as BBC1 - why can't they make navigation easy!? grr. never mind, here we are, hooray!
