@bobbert_ Full Sky Q except Sports & Kids, Netflix, Prime and Disney+! I initially got Sky as the Freeview signal was ****, but since then a masthead amp has been installed on the communal aerial so all good now. Think I prefer your idea of £11.99 a month, as I hardly watch any of it!

@101Maurice We get EE 4G but it's pretty patchy I live in a suburban area a couple of miles from Poole in Dorset and can't get a freeView signal so have to use Freesat....

@FreeviewAdvice Since Sunday I've not been able to get these channels - 1,2,9,12,25,27,34,39,51,56. In this day and age I find it totally unacceptable that its still possible to get a bad signal for 1 day, never mind 3 days +. I can't afford cable or satellite tv, freeview is all I've got

Live sport is just about keeping Foxtel afloat, although you do have to wonder what would happen if the FTA networks finally decided to work together and build a "Freeview Sports" service which could potentially offset costs for some of those ever-increasing sports rights deals!

Dear Elon Musk, Will starlink help me get good reception for Freeview? I’m fed up of having to access widgets and apps to watch live TV. I just want a regular TVguide so I can make a decision in one place like I used to have with an aerial. Thank you, Michelle Speller

@stevencamlou @juneslater17 Agreed, use youtube, freeview, freely, nowTV, etc. Sounds like they need a reality check and debt counselling. No shame in getting help to maximise what you can have for the least money.

@ofcom @bbc @10DowningStreet If Freeview is switched off in favour of Freely (which is good in some contexts) on a day like today when there is a major outage you could be at home with no broadband, now no landline AND no TV. So no idea what is going on. Is that sensible? No.

So during the big Vodafone meltdown yesterday, we had no internet at all (not on my phone either, because it uses Vodafone's network as well). So I had to... watch Freeview with an aerial, to make sure the world did not come to an end. Raising a glass to Freeview today!

@cordbusters @MediaBoyUK Laughable really when you cannot get ITVX to stream on the Humax FHR-5000T, I doubt the Humax FHR-6000T will have Freeview just Freely with all its buffering! I wonder if the TV guide will load on the 6000 because it never did 100% on the 5000 LOL

@suemonkman29 Freeview has >100 channels. Wireless radios still work. Paper books are still a thing. Popping in to see a disabled neighbour used to be the norm. I'm not convinced the underlying problem has anything to do with money.

@ofcom If your broadband goes down report it with your mobile. If, like Vodaphone, both go down, use your landline. No. That's on broadband too. Oh well, watch Freeview ... no that's going soon with Freely. Can you see why moving to 100% broadband delivery is not a good idea?

@KernalKornflake @GBNEWS I use Brave on my PC but I just switched to EE at home. The app was there yesterday now it’s gone. It’s also not being broadcast on their internet TV but all the other freeview ARQB channels are like Quest etc! And YouTube sucks with ads outside of Brave!
