@mikeportsmouth We got £40 off very easily by saying we were going to leave, but still too much so will be looking at the options in this thread. But have a good Ariel now so Freeview for us just to decide which broadband to go for. Virgin are awful though. Good luck

@Foxtel Is this a bad joke? It's 2021, but add a bit of wind and for the last 72 hours my $100/month 18-years-installed Foxtel satellite dish signal has suddenly been breaking up and stuffing about worse than Freeview. Seriously?? #notgoodenough

  • yetanotherevans Laura Evans (@yetanotherevans) reported

After watching TV exclusively on catch-up for almost a decade we've got ourselves a Freeview box and let me tell you I was not ready for the emotional onslaught that is the Christmas adverts. My poor pathetic heartstrings

Just watched “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” (1986) on the Great Movies channel (Freeview 33). Unfortunately and inexplicably they cut out the final scene. #FerrisBueller

@JSpaced10 Because the licencing for the Freeview crap is cheap. Original shows are not. Gotta maximise those profits, son.
