Algie🕊️💜🎧 (@OfficialAlgie) reported@MrWayneGarton @Kieronocall @StanCollymore There's 100s of channels on Freeview... without all the streaming sites that lots of people have... I see no issue...x

Sheila Ennis (@sheilatester) reported@I__W______ I expect most of us are. Things not too bad except on #bbc1. I don't have Netflix but plenty to choose on Freeview.
-
Scott Reid (@ascottreid) reported@scottygb Also - and I'm not an expert in this and I could be wrong - is there not a technical issue where it's a bad idea for too many Freeview channels to show the same thing at the same time? I'd assumed that's why BBC Three and BBC Four were off the air rather than simulcasting.

Phil's Train and Retro Life (@FactsStomp) reported@a516digital Brilliant, thank you. For some reason the BBC seem slow or reluctant to update their listings which for programmes not broadcast makes my Freeview box give a "recording failed due to power loss" error.
-
Bute Hoose (@Bute_Hoose) reported@srobb68 @Boukalaki @garryhooper It won't happen..... Also, Freeview is a consortium of broadcasters (of which the BBC is only part)> Remove the BBC altogether then you'll just end up with crap adverts and a larger bill to pay whichever entity comes in to take over.

Lemonhunny (Lesley) 💉💉💉💙💙 (@Lemonhunny) reported@Toughtruth5 @StGilesHighKirk Nobody had to have it on 24/7. If you did, you're stupid. I probably haven't watched 3 hours all told, because amazingly in 2022, there are lots and lots of other free channels, showing regular programmes, even without subscriptions (Freeview etc). Or maybe, just turn it off?
