@Cheeseo76847269 £140? How? I have a recordable Freeview box which apart from initial outlay, costs nothing. We do occasionally watch a Netflix/prime film/series but never costs that much

Since summer, I don't listen to any podcasts or any radio, I've muted a lot of twitter, I don't have instagram & try to avoid IG posts, I never did facebook, I never had Whatsapp, I only watch freeview or netflix (if I can stay awake). I'm good at doing nothing all/every day!

@SaintshaneD @virginmedia Call them and explain you cant afford what they are asking for and see what they can do. I did that and my price went down - not by much but all helps. I have 200mb, TV Max (freeview with a few more extra channels) weekend phone 45/m. I stream movies and sport.

@MilesKing10 I think they discontinued iPlayer/4OD support for PS3 so might be this. Freeview box might be a workaround?

Martin Walkerdine (@mwalkerdine) reported
@FreeviewAdvice Is their a reason FREEVIEW is down in the Leicester area as it suggesting no signal when trying to view any channels
-
Lee-Mc (@LJMPetDesigns) reported
Dear @virginmedia just received your email confirming you are doing a big price hike, during a pandemic, when your level of service is atrocious, I’m basically paying for freeview. Where on my account can I find out when my contract expires, as this is a step too far.

@thismorning Schools - Given that we have a National Curriculum why can't lessons be broadcast on additional Freeview TV channels? Most households have more than one way to watch TV and its not relying on broadband. Class teachers can provide support and mark homework.

@BBCSimonMcCoy What happened near the end of the One O'clock News today? The screen went blank, then a few seconds of the news music, then Johnson speaking in the House of Commons. The Freeview information box said 'No Signal'. I am in the Crystal Palace transmission area.
